In sum, through the cleaning mechanism 10 and the opening and closing mechanism 11, the outer surface of the roller body 1 is controllably and automatically cleaned, so that the cleaning efficiency is increased, the production efficiency is improved, the outer surface of the roller body 1 is not continuously worn, and the service life of the roller body 1 is prolonged; through the position adjustment mechanism 6, the positions of the cleaning mechanism 10 and the opening and closing mechanism 11 are adjusted, the use of the roller body 1 is not affected, and the practicability of the device is improved.

The position adjusting mechanism (6) comprises a sliding rail (601) fixed on the outer ring of the mounting bearing (4), a clamping groove (603) is formed in the moving part (5), the clamping groove (603) is slidably clamped on the sliding rail (601), a plurality of equally-spaced positioning grooves (602) are formed in the side end of the sliding rail (601), a cavity (604) is formed in the moving part (5), a round head ejector rod (605) is arranged in the cavity (604) in a sliding manner, the end part of the round head ejector rod (605) penetrates out of the cavity (604) to abut against one of the positioning grooves (602), a compression spring (606) is fixed at the bottom of the round head ejector rod (605), the other end of the compression spring (606) abuts against the inner wall of the cavity (604), the cleaning mechanism (10) comprises a moving block (1002) and a brush rod (1005), a long notch (1001) is formed in the mounting plate (9), the moving block (1002) is slidably arranged in the long notch (1001), a round plate (1003) is fixed at the end part of the moving block (1002), a supporting rod (1004) is fixed in the middle of the cavity (1003), the brush rod (605) abuts against one of the positioning grooves (602), the two ends of the round head ejector rod (605) are respectively provided with a compression spring (606), the two ends of the compression spring (1005) and the two ends of the compression spring (1005) are respectively provided with a cleaning sleeve (1006), the transmission plate (1009) is fixed at the lower end of the circular plate (1003), the lower end of the transmission plate (1009) penetrates into the cavity (604), the limiting plate (1010) is fixed at the lower end of the transmission plate (1009), the limiting plate (1010) is positioned in the cavity (604), and the limiting plate (1010) is matched with the round head ejector rod (605); the opening and closing mechanism (11) comprises a mounting frame (1101), a micro linear motor (1102), a signal receiver (1105), a battery (1104) and a control chip (1106), wherein the mounting frame (1101) is fixed at the side end of a moving part (5), the micro linear motor (1102) is mounted inside the mounting frame (1101), the end part of an output shaft of the micro linear motor (1102) is rotationally connected with a moving block (1002), a containing groove (1103) is formed in a balancing weight (8), the signal receiver (1105), the battery (1104) and the control chip (1106) are all fixed in the containing groove (1103), and the micro linear motor (1102), the signal receiver (1105), the battery (1104) and the control chip (1106) are electrically connected.
