Abstract
The invention is suitable for the field of building decoration electrical equipment, and provides an electrical equipment assembly type integrated mounting device and a manufacturing method thereof. The device comprises a vertical ladder frame, evacuation indicator lamps, fire alarm buttons, wall emergency lighting lamps, a metal 86 bottom box, a metal wire tube, a ladder frame crosspiece, a ladder frame side plate and a decorative cover plate. The top and bottom ends of the vertical ladder frame are fixedly connected with the top plate and the bottom plate of the floor respectively, the back surface of the vertical ladder frame is attached to the surface of a fireproof coating of a steel pipe structural column (containing a pure steel structural column, the lower part is the same with the pure steel structural column), the ladder frame side plates and the decorative cover plate encapsulate the vertical ladder frame, and the electric equipment such as the evacuation indicator lamps are integrally installed on the vertical ladder frame and are covered by the decorative cover plate. The parts of the device are easy to concentrate and prefabricate in factories, are convenient to assemble and install on site, and effectively solve the problem that an embedded electric wire pipe and an equipment installation hole cannot be reserved in a steel pipe structural column.

The steel structure building mainly comprises a steel structure beam and a steel structure column, wherein the steel structure column comprises a pure steel structure column, a steel pipe concrete column, a steel reinforced concrete column and the like. In addition, in order to ensure smooth and safe evacuation of personnel in a building during a fire, evacuation indicator lights, fire alarm buttons, emergency lights and other fire escape and lifesaving facilities are required to be installed in the building, and the facilities have a specified installation height and distance and are generally installed on a wall body or a column of the building, so that a large number of facilities are required to be installed on the surface of a concrete filled steel tube column, but the fireproof coating on the surface of the column must not be damaged. The invention aims to provide an electric equipment assembled integrated installation device and a manufacturing method thereof, which can solve the problem that a fireproof coating on the surface of a concrete filled steel tube column can be damaged when a fire evacuation indication facility is installed on the surface of the column in the prior art.
The invention is realized in such a way that the assembled integrated installation device of the electrical equipment is tightly attached to the surface of the steel pipe structural column and comprises a vertical ladder frame, evacuation indicator lamps, fire alarm buttons, wall-mounted emergency lighting lamps, a metal 86 bottom box, a metal wire pipe, a ladder frame crosspiece, a ladder frame side plate and a decorative cover plate; the top end and the bottom end of the vertical ladder frame are respectively and fixedly connected with a top plate and a bottom plate of a floor, the back surface of the vertical ladder frame is attached to the surface of the fireproof coating of the steel pipe structural column, and a crosspiece of the vertical ladder frame is horizontally fixed on the vertical ladder frame; the side plates of the ladder frame and the decorative cover plate encapsulate the vertical ladder frame, wherein the side plates of the ladder frame are positioned on the side surfaces of the vertical ladder frame, and the decorative cover plate is positioned on the front surface of the vertical ladder frame; the evacuation indicator lamp, the fire alarm button and the wall emergency lighting lamp are embedded on the decorative cover plate.
In one embodiment, the vertical ladder is secured to the floor of the building by metal angle steel and expansion bolts.
In one embodiment, the evacuation indicator, fire alarm buttons, and metal 86 bottom boxes of the wall emergency lights are all secured to the ladder rungs by welding or bolting.
In one embodiment, the metal conduits for powering and providing signal connection to the evacuation lights, fire alarm buttons, and wall emergency lights are fixedly mounted to the ladder rungs via conduit clamps.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the electric equipment assembly type integrated mounting device, which comprises the following steps:

s4, fixedly mounting a metal wire tube of the evacuation indicator lamp, the fire alarm button and the wall-mounted emergency lighting lamp on a ladder frame crosspiece through a tube clamp;
s5, holes are formed in the corresponding positions of the electric equipment installed on the decorative cover plate, and evacuation indicator lamps, fire alarm buttons and wall-mounted emergency lights are installed;
s6, packaging the vertical ladder frame through the side plates of the ladder frame and the decorative cover plate.
In one embodiment, in step S5, holes are formed in the decorative cover plate at 0.5m, 1.5m and 2.4m distances from the ground, and evacuation indicator lamps, fire alarm buttons and wall-mounted emergency lights are respectively installed in the holes.

The metal wire tube 6 supplies power and provides signal connection for the evacuation indicator lamp 2, the fire alarm button 3 and the wall emergency lighting lamp 4, and the metal wire tube 6 is fixedly arranged on the ladder frame crosspiece through a tube clamp.
