Abstract

一种防水瓦楞纸包括一石头芯纸、一石头胶以及至少两层石头面纸。石头芯纸具有一第一波浪面以及一第二波浪面;所述石头胶仅沾附在第一波浪面的波峰处,以及第二波浪面的波峰处;所述至少两层石头面纸分别借由第一波浪面之波峰处上以及第二波浪面的波峰处上的石头胶粘合于第一波浪面与第二波浪面上,使石头芯纸固定在至少两层石头面纸之间;其中石头芯纸、石头胶及各石头面纸的成分包括有塑料及无机材料。本发明提供的防水瓦楞纸具有防水耐冻的特性,其适用于冷藏冷冻产品的包装。

Description

防水瓦楞纸
技术领域
本发明与瓦楞纸有关;特别是指一种防水耐冻且可自然分解的防水瓦楞纸。
背景技术
目前用于包装的纸箱,尤其是瓦楞纸箱,其纸材通常系以木浆制成,而木浆的来源大多取自树木纤维。虽然目前部分纸类制造业者积极获得FSC(森林监管委员会;ForestStewardship Council)的标章认证,但由于树木生长缓慢,大部分的环保机构仍然建议减少木浆纸张的使用量,以避免森林树木的砍伐。
一般以木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸箱,因具有足够的强度,同时便于搬运载送,因此在各行各业中广泛用于包装及保护产品。然而,当一般瓦楞纸箱用于包装冷藏或冷冻的物品时,从冷藏或冷冻设备取出的瓦楞纸箱会因为环境温度升高而冷凝水气于瓦楞纸箱的表面,若未及时擦干清除凝结于瓦楞纸箱表面的水珠,则这些水珠会渗透至瓦楞纸箱中,使瓦楞纸箱的结构变得湿软脆弱,不但难以搬运,尤其容易破损,而损坏收纳于上述瓦楞纸箱中的物品。
除此之外,以木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸无法承受零下40度C以下的低温;因木浆纸本身容易吸收水气,因此当木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸箱放置于低温冷冻设备中时,这类瓦楞纸箱容易因水气结冰膨胀而造成瓦楞纸箱自身纤维结构的破坏,以致长时间放置于低温冷冻设备的瓦楞纸箱会逐渐破裂损坏,而不堪使用。另一方面,当反复冷冻及解冻时,木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸箱除了结构变得湿软脆弱,难以搬运之外,更容易发霉及滋长病菌,更增加了包装食材的卫生风险。而部分以木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸箱会掺混抗菌防霉剂,以防止这类瓦楞纸发霉及滋长细菌,然而部分抗菌防霉剂可能会溶出渗透至所包覆的食材中,反而增加了食品安全的疑虑。
已知市面上有利用塑料制成中空板来取代现有木浆纸瓦楞纸箱,其产速为15M/min,且需使用高比例塑料与低比例无机粉末来制作,与世界各国倡导的限塑、减塑政策明显背道而驰。
综上可知,现有瓦楞纸箱需砍伐树木制造,造成森林环境的伤害,且木浆纸所制成的瓦楞纸箱对于冷藏或冷冻环境的耐用性不佳;若以塑料中空板制造瓦楞纸箱,须设多条生产线来提高产量且需耗用大量塑料来生产;因此,目前亟需新颖的瓦楞纸箱,以克服现有木浆纸与塑料中空板所制成的瓦楞纸箱所存在的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种防水瓦楞纸,其厚度可达0.6mm~6.0mm,其主要成分包括天然矿石所研磨的无机粉末,且配合少量塑料粘结而成,因此可完全避免使用树木纤维浆料;除此之外,相较于传统木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸,本发明所提供的防水瓦楞纸具有显著的防水耐冻的效果,即使反复进出冷藏或冷冻环境,防水瓦楞纸仍然具有良好的结构强度,且依然可便于搬运载送,而不产生破损,因此本发明所提供的防水瓦楞纸可应用于包装需冷藏或冷冻的物品,例如蔬果、鱼肉类产品等。本发明提供的防水瓦楞纸可承受零下40度 C以下的低温,且不吸水故不会发霉及滋长病菌,故而保障了包装食材的卫生,且无需添加额外的抗菌防霉剂,因此无食品安全的顾虑。除此之外,本发明提供的防水瓦楞纸可经由简单的消毒步骤,即可回收再次使用,以达到减废的目的。值得一提的是,相较于传统以木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸,本发明提供的防水瓦楞纸可大幅降低生产制造成本,故而可减少纸箱的使用量,以减少森林树木的砍伐;并且,由于本发明提供的防水瓦楞纸系以天然的石头粉制作而成,且可于自然环境中快速分解,因此可达到环境永续经营及保护的目的。
此外,相较于塑料中空板制成的瓦楞纸产速最高只有10M/min至15M/min,本发明提供的防水瓦楞纸的产速可达150M/min以上,且只需低比例(30wt%)的塑料制成,可进行大规模量产以及达到减塑的目的。
缘以达成上述目的,本发明提供的一种防水瓦楞纸包括一石头芯纸、一石头胶以及至少两层石头面纸。所述石头芯纸系呈波浪状,所述石头芯纸具有一第一波浪面以及一第二波浪面相反于所述第一波浪面,且所述石头芯纸具有一厚度介于0.10mm~0.25mm,以及一波高介于0.6mm~6.0mm;所述石头胶仅沾附在所述第一波浪面的波峰处,以及所述第二波浪面的波峰处;所述至少两层石头面纸分别借由所述第一波浪面的波峰处上以及所述第二波浪面的波峰处上的石头胶粘合于所述第一波浪面与所述第二波浪面上,使所述石头芯纸固定在所述至少两层石头面纸之间;其中所述石头芯纸、所述石头胶及各所述石头面纸的成分包括有塑料及无机材料;在所述石头胶中,所述塑料占所述石头胶的重量百分比为30wt%~70wt%,所述无机材料占所述石头胶的重量百分比为70wt%~30wt%;在所述石头芯纸中,所述塑料占所述石头芯纸的重量百分比为15wt%~40wt%,所述无机材料占所述石头芯纸的重量百分比为60wt%~85wt%;在各所述石头面纸中,所述塑料占各所述石头面纸的重量百分比为 15wt%~40wt%,所述无机材料占各所述石头面纸的重量百分比为60wt%~85wt%。
本发明的效果在于,防水瓦楞纸的主要成分包括天然矿石所研磨的无机粉末,且配合少量塑料粘结而成,因此可完全避免使用树木纤维浆料;除此之外,相较于传统木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸,本发明所提供的防水瓦楞纸具有显著的防水耐冻的效果,即使反复进出冷藏或冷冻环境,防水瓦楞纸仍然具有良好的结构强度,且依然可便于搬运载送,而不产生破损,因此本发明所提供的防水瓦楞纸可应用于包装需冷藏或冷冻的物品,例如蔬果、鱼肉类产品等。

具体实施方式
请参考图1,图1为本发明第一实施例的防水瓦楞纸1A的结构示意图。防水瓦楞纸1A 包括石头芯纸12及石头面纸14,其中石头芯纸12具有第一波浪面121;石头面纸14系利用石头胶(图未绘示)粘合于第一波浪面121的波峰处122。
其中,石头胶包括塑料及无机材料,塑料占石头胶的重量百分比为30wt%~70wt%,无机材料占石头胶的重量百分比为70wt%~30wt%。在本发明第一实施例中,塑料占石头胶的重量百分比优选为30wt%~50wt%,无机材料占石头胶的重量百分比优选为70wt%~50 wt%。
在本发明第一实施例中,塑料包括一聚烯烃(polyolefin)组成物,所述聚烯烃组成物一结晶性材料,所述结晶性材料包括金属化聚丙烯(MPP)、聚乙烯(PE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、金属芳香类线性低密度聚乙烯(metallocene linear low density polyethylene,MLLDPE)或其组合。在本发明第一实施例中,无机材料例如可为白色或不含重金属的其他无机材料,其系由天然矿石研磨而得的无机粉末,其主要成分为微米级碳酸钙(CaCO3);无机材料为粒径2~10微米的无机粉末。
在本发明第一实施例中,石头芯纸12及石头面纸14分别为一材料层。其中,材料层包括无机材料、塑料及添加剂,其中无机材料、塑料及助剂系彼此混合。在本发明实施例中,无机材料占材料层的重量百分比为60wt%~85wt%,塑料占材料层的重量百分比为15wt%~ 40wt%,而添加剂可视需要另外添加,添加剂占材料层的重量百分比为小于2wt%。在本发明实施例中,无机材料例如可为碳酸钙(CaCO3),但不以此为限制;塑料例如可为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚苯乙烯(PS)或其组合,但不以此为限制;添加剂例如可为加工助剂、滑剂、增韧剂或其组合,但不以此为限制。其中,滑剂例如可为硬酯酸锌、硬酯酸镁或其组合,但不以此为限制。
值得一提的是,在实务上,石头芯纸12及石头面纸14分别可为如台湾发明专利I535913号所记载的五层可分解(降解)环保纸、如台湾发明专利379272号所记载的环保纸制造方法所制成的环保纸。
请参考图2,图2为本发明第二实施例的防水瓦楞纸1B的结构示意图。第二实施例的防水瓦楞纸1B与第一实施例的防水瓦楞纸1A的差别在于,相较于防水瓦楞纸1A,防水瓦楞纸1B多了一层石头面纸14。在本发明第二实施例中,石头芯纸12、石头面纸14及石头胶的成分组成与第一实施例相同,因此不在此赘述。
防水瓦楞纸1B包括一层石头芯纸12及两层石头面纸14,其中石头芯纸12具有彼此相背的第一波浪面121及第二波浪面123;两层石头面纸14中的一层系利用石头胶(图未绘示) 粘合于第一波浪面121的波峰处122,而两层石头面纸14中的另一层系利用石头胶(图未绘示)粘合于第二波浪面123的波峰处124,以形成一单层(single wall)防水瓦楞纸1B。
在图2中,石头芯纸12具有厚度t,且石头芯纸12系呈波浪状,石头芯纸12具有波高H。在本发明第二实施例中,厚度t系介于0.10mm~0.25mm,波高H系介于0.6mm~6.0mm。一般来说,若厚度t越小,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)越弱;若厚度t越大,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)越强;然而,在本发明第二实施例中,当厚度t 小于0.10mm时,则因石头芯纸12太薄致使其结构支撑力太弱,进而导致防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)极差,而不堪使用;当厚度t大于0.25mm时,虽然平均抗压强度 (FCR值)更好,但因石头芯纸12太厚致使防水瓦楞纸1B重量增加,且徒增材料及制造成本。一般来说,若波高H越大,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)越弱;若波高 H越小,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)越强;然而,在本发明第二实施例中,当波高H大于6.0mm时,则因石头芯纸12的波高H太高使其结构支撑力太弱,进而导致防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)极差,而不堪使用;当波高H小于0.6mm时,虽然平均抗压强度(FCR值)更好,但因石头芯纸12的波高H太小致使防水瓦楞纸1B整体比重过高,不符实际应用价值,且徒增材料及制造成本。
值得一提的是,石头芯纸12中相邻波峰(即第二波浪面123的波峰处124)及波谷(即第一波浪面121的波峰处122)之间定义有水平距离d,石头芯纸定义有半波数Fno,半波数 Fno=单位距离D/水平距离d。在本发明第二实施例中,单位距离D系介于28cm~32cm,优选为30cm,水平距离d系介于1.9mm~5.0mm,半波数Fno系介于60~120,波高H与水平距离d的比值H/d介于0.9~1.8。一般来说,若半波数Fno越小,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)越弱;若半波数Fno越大,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR 值)越强;然而,在本发明第二实施例中,当半波数Fno小于60时,则因石头芯纸12的半波数Fno不足使其结构支撑力太弱,进而导致防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)极差,而不堪使用;当半波数Fno大于120时,虽然平均抗压强度(FCR值)更好,但因石头芯纸12的半波数Fno太大致使防水瓦楞纸1B整体比重过高,不符实际应用价值,且徒增材料及制造成本。另一方面,若波高H与水平距离d的比值H/d越大,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)越弱;若波高H与水平距离d的比值H/d越小,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)越强;然而,在本发明第二实施例中,当波高H与水平距离d的比值H/d大于1.8时,则因石头芯纸12的半波数Fno不足使其结构支撑力太弱,进而导致防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)极差,而不堪使用;当波高H与水平距离d的比值H/d 小于0.9时,虽然平均抗压强度(FCR值)更好,但因石头芯纸12的半波数Fno太大致使防水瓦楞纸1B整体比重过高,不符实际应用价值,且徒增材料及制造成本。
除此之外,防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)也与石头面纸14的厚度呈正比,即若石头面纸14的厚度越大,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)越强;反之,若石头面纸14的厚度越小,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)越弱。
瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)还与石头芯纸12的软硬度呈正比,即若石头芯纸 12越硬,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)越强;反之,若石头芯纸12越软,则防水瓦楞纸1B的平均抗压强度(FCR值)越弱。而石头芯纸12的软硬度系与其成分组成有关,若石头芯纸12中的无机材料比例越高,则石头芯纸12越软;若石头芯纸12中的无机材料比例越低,则石头芯纸12越硬。举例来说,含有无机材料比例为80w/w%的石头芯纸12 的硬度小于含有无机材料比例为50w/w%的石头芯纸12。此外,石头芯纸12的软硬度系与其厚度有关,若石头芯纸12的厚度越厚,则石头芯纸12越硬;若石头芯纸12的厚度越薄,则石头芯纸12越软。在一实例中,可借由调控石头芯纸12中的无机材料比例,以制成所需厚度的石头芯纸12,并且得到最佳的平均抗压强度(FCR值)。
请参考图3,图3为本发明第三实施例的防水瓦楞纸1C的结构示意图。第三实施例的防水瓦楞纸1C与第二实施例的防水瓦楞纸1B的差别在于,相较于防水瓦楞纸1B,防水瓦楞纸1C多了一层石头芯纸12及一层石头面纸14。在本发明第三实施例中,石头芯纸12、石头面纸14及石头胶的成分组成与第一实施例相同,因此不在此赘述。
防水瓦楞纸1C包括两层石头芯纸12及三层石头面纸14,其中各石头芯纸12分别夹设于石头面纸14中的两层之间,且各石头芯纸12的第一波浪面121的波峰处122利用石头胶粘合于石头面纸14中的一层,而其第二波浪面123的波峰处124利用石头胶粘合于石头面纸14中的另一层。
接着请一并参考图1、图4至图6,图4为本发明一优选实施例的防水瓦楞纸的制造方法流程图;图5为本发明一优选实施例的防水瓦楞纸的制造设备示意图;图6为本发明一优选实施例的成型楞轮组的第二齿轮的上视图。在图4及图5中,以防水瓦楞纸1A的制造方法为例说明。
防水瓦楞纸1A的制造方法至少包括以下步骤:

在本发明实施例中,塑料占石头胶的重量百分比为30wt%~70wt%,无机材料占石头胶的重量百分比为70wt%~30wt%。在本发明实施例中,塑料占石头胶的重量百分比优选为 30wt%~50wt%,无机材料占石头胶的重量百分比优选为70wt%~50wt%。
在图5中,防水瓦楞纸制造设备2包括石头芯纸供应单元22、成型楞轮组26、胶轮组28、石头面纸供应单元24及压轮20,其中石头芯纸供应单元22系用以提供石头芯纸12;成型楞轮组26系借由石头芯纸12连接于石头芯纸供应单元22,当石头芯纸12通过成型楞轮组26后,石头芯纸12成波浪状,且具有第一波浪面121;胶轮组28系用以提供石头胶16,胶轮组28邻近成型楞轮组26,以将石头胶16沾附于石头芯纸12的第一波浪面121的波峰处122;石头面纸供应单元24系用以提供石头面纸14;压轮20系借由石头面纸14连接于石头面纸供应单元24,压轮20邻近成型楞轮组26,且成波浪状的石头芯纸12及石头面纸14 同时通过成型楞轮组26及压轮20之间,使沾附有石头胶16的石头芯纸12的第一波浪面121 的波峰处122与石头面纸14彼此粘合。
在本发明第一实施例中,石头芯纸12及石头面纸14分别为一材料层。其中,材料层包括无机材料、塑料及添加剂,其中无机材料、塑料及助剂系彼此混合。在本发明实施例中,无机材料占材料层的重量百分比为60wt%~85wt%,塑料占材料层的重量百分比为15wt%~ 40wt%,而添加剂可视需要另外添加,添加剂占材料层的重量百分比为小于2wt%。在本发明实施例中,无机材料例如可为碳酸钙(CaCO3),但不以此为限制;塑料例如可为高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚苯乙烯(PS)或其组合,但不以此为限制;添加剂例如可为加工助剂、滑剂、增韧剂或其组合,但不以此为限制。其中,滑剂例如可为硬酯酸锌、硬酯酸镁或其组合,但不以此为限制。
值得一提的是,在实务上,石头芯纸12及石头面纸14分别可为如台湾发明专利I535913号所记载的五层可分解(降解)环保纸、如台湾发明专利379272号所记载的环保纸制造方法所制成的环保纸。
在图5中,成型楞轮组26包括第一齿轮262及第二齿轮264,第一齿轮262与第二齿轮 264彼此啮合。石头芯纸12设置于第一齿轮262及第二齿轮264之间,且当石头芯纸12由第一齿轮262及第二齿轮264之间通过后,石头芯纸12成波浪状。进一步来说,第一齿轮 262与第二齿轮264彼此啮合,因此当石头芯纸12从第一齿轮262及第二齿轮264之间通过时,第一齿轮262的齿峰及第二齿轮264的齿峰263将石头芯纸12折压成波浪状。在本发明实施例中,第一齿轮262与第二齿轮264之间的最小距离系大于或等于石头芯纸12的厚度。
请一并参考图5及图6,成型楞轮组26包括负压装置266,且第二齿轮264包括多条负压沟265从第二齿轮264的表面凹入。负压装置266连通于第二齿轮264的负压沟265,以将成波浪状的石头芯纸12吸附于第二齿轮264上。
在图5中,胶轮组28包括彼此邻接的多个滚轮282、284、286及石头胶供应单元288。石头胶供应单元288系将石头胶16提供于滚轮284、286之间,且滚轮282、284、286中的一个(即滚轮282)系邻近成型楞轮组26的第二齿轮264,并接触成波浪状的石头芯纸12的至少一个波峰处122。在本发明实施例中,滚轮282、284、286中的相邻两个(例如滚轮282、 284或滚轮284、286)系可操控地调整两个滚轮282、284(或滚轮284、286)之间的距离,用以控制石头胶16于石头芯纸12的第一波浪面121的波峰处122的沾附量。在本发明实施例中,滚轮282、284、286中的至少一个可用于加热石头胶16,使石头胶16具有较好的流动性,以沾附于石头芯纸12的第一波浪面121的波峰处122上。在本发明实施例中,石头胶 16系加热至介于130℃至160℃,使石头胶16受热呈熔融状态,而可沾附于石头芯纸12的第一波浪面121的波峰处122上,并且待石头胶16冷却后,石头胶16会固着于石头芯纸12 及石头面纸14之间,以粘合石头芯纸12及石头面纸14。值得一提的是,当石头胶16系加热至介于130℃至180℃而呈熔融状态时,为避免石头胶16因环境温度较低而快速冷却,故防水瓦楞纸1A的生产环境亦会维持在160℃至130℃之间,此时石头芯纸12及石头面纸14 会略为软化,且当呈熔融状态的石头胶16沾附于石头芯纸12及石头面纸14上时,石头芯纸 12及石头面纸14接触石头胶16之处会略微熔融,而使石头芯纸12及石头面纸14的一部分与石头胶16混合在一起,且在石头胶16冷却后,石头芯纸12及石头面纸14可借以更为紧密的结合,不易受外力拉扯而分散。
当滚轮282、284、286及成型楞轮组26的第一齿轮262及第二齿轮264转动时,石头胶 16被滚轮282、284、286带动而向成型楞轮组26的第二齿轮264移动,使石头芯纸12的波峰处122沾附到石头胶16。
成型楞轮组26的第二齿轮264邻近压轮20,且成波浪状的石头芯纸12及石头面纸14 同时通过第二齿轮264及压轮20之间。在本发明实施例中,借由压轮20,使沾附有石头胶16的石头芯纸12与石头面纸14紧密粘合。在本发明实施例中,压轮20与第二齿轮264之间的最小距离系小于或等于石头芯纸12及石头面纸14的总厚度。
在本发明实施例中,可将第一实施例提供的防水瓦楞纸1A、第二实施例提供的防水瓦楞纸1B及第三实施例提供的防水瓦楞纸1C分别用于海鲜或蔬果包装的用途,但不以此为限制,本发明各实施例提供的防水瓦楞纸1A、1B、1C可用于包装各类物品。本发明各实施例提供的防水瓦楞纸1A、1B、1C可用于冷冻海鲜肉类或5℃-13℃的淋水冷却蔬果包装的用途;举例来说,防水瓦楞纸1A、1B、1C可进一步加工制作成防水瓦楞纸箱、防水瓦楞纸袋或防水瓦楞纸圈,以做为各类物品的包装材。
借由本发明的设计,防水瓦楞纸的主要成分包括天然矿石所研磨的无机粉末,且配合少量塑料粘结而成,因此可完全避免使用树木纤维浆料;除此之外,相较于传统木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸,本发明所提供的防水瓦楞纸具有显著的防水耐冻的效果,即使反复进出冷藏或冷冻环境,防水瓦楞纸仍然具有良好的结构强度,且依然可便于搬运载送,而不产生破损,因此本发明所提供的防水瓦楞纸可应用于包装需冷藏或冷冻的物品,例如蔬果、鱼肉类产品等。本发明提供的防水瓦楞纸可承受零下40度C以下的低温,且不吸水;碳酸钙的化学特性不会发霉及滋长病菌,故而防水瓦楞纸保障了包装食材的卫生,且无需添加额外的抗菌防霉剂,因此无食品安全的顾虑。当包装含有液体的容器(例如瓶装水、饮料或调味料)时,若有液体渗漏,传统以木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸容易因吸水而破裂解体,进而造成所包装的容器散落,甚至造成位于下方的木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸同样因吸水而破裂解体;此时,木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸十分容易因吸水而发霉孳生病菌;相较于木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸,本发明提供的防水瓦楞纸不会因吸水而破裂解体,因此不会造成所包装的容器散落,以保护其他含有液体的容器的完好性,且使彼此堆叠的防水瓦楞纸箱保持完好的堆叠状态;另一方面,本发明所提供的防水瓦楞纸不会吸水,因此防水瓦楞纸的本身不会发霉及孳生病菌。
除此之外,本发明提供的防水瓦楞纸可经由简单的消毒步骤,即可回收再次使用,以达到减废的目的。值得一提的是,相较于传统以木浆纸制成的瓦楞纸,本发明提供的防水瓦楞纸可大幅降低生产制造成本,故而可减少纸箱的使用量,以减少森林树木的砍伐;并且,由于本发明提供的防水瓦楞纸系以天然的石头粉制作而成,且可于自然环境中快速分解,因此可达到环境永续经营及保护的目的。
以上所述仅为本发明优选可行实施例而已,举凡应用本发明说明书及申请专利范围所为的等效变化,理应包含在本发明的专利范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种防水瓦楞纸,包括:
一石头芯纸,系呈波浪状,所述石头芯纸具有一第一波浪面以及一第二波浪面相反于所述第一波浪面,且所述石头芯纸具有一厚度介于0.10mm~0.25mm,以及一波高介于0.6mm~6.0mm;
一石头胶,仅沾附在所述第一波浪面的波峰处,以及所述第二波浪面的波峰处;以及
至少两层石头面纸,分别借由所述第一波浪面的波峰处上以及所述第二波浪面的波峰处上的石头胶粘合于所述第一波浪面与所述第二波浪面上,使所述石头芯纸固定在所述至少两层石头面纸之间;
其中所述石头芯纸、所述石头胶及各所述石头面纸的成分包括有塑料及无机材料;在所述石头胶中,所述塑料占所述石头胶的重量百分比为30wt%~70wt%,所述无机材料占所述石头胶的重量百分比为30wt%~70wt%;在所述石头芯纸中,所述塑料占所述石头芯纸的重量百分比为15wt%~40wt%,所述无机材料占所述石头芯纸的重量百分比为60wt%~85wt%;在各所述石头面纸中,所述塑料占各所述石头面纸的重量百分比为15wt%~40wt%,所述无机材料占各所述石头面纸的重量百分比为60wt%~85wt%。
2.如权利要求1所述的防水瓦楞纸,其中,所述石头芯纸中相邻波峰及波谷之间定义有一水平距离d;所述石头芯纸定义有一半波数Fno,所述半波数Fno=一单位距离D/所述水平距离d;所述单位距离D系介于28cm~32cm,所述水平距离d系介于1.9mm~5.0mm,所述半波数Fno系介于60~120,波高H与水平距离d的比值H/d介于0.9~1.8。
3.如权利要求1所述的防水瓦楞纸,其中,所述石头芯纸的数量为两层,所述至少两层石头面纸可为三层,所述两层石头芯纸分别夹设于所述三层石头面纸中的两者之间,且各所述石头芯纸的所述第一波浪面的波峰处利用所述石头胶粘合于所述些石头面纸中的一层,而其第二波浪面的波峰处利用所述石头胶粘合于所述些石头面纸中的另一层。
4.如权利要求1所述的防水瓦楞纸,其中,所述塑料包括一聚烯烃组成物。
5.如权利要求4所述的防水瓦楞纸,其中,所述聚烯烃组成物包括一结晶性材料,所述结晶性材料包括金属化聚丙烯、聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、低密度聚乙烯、线性低密度聚乙烯及金属芳香类线性低密度聚乙烯所构成族群的一种或是一种以上的组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的防水瓦楞纸,其中,在所述石头胶中,所述塑料占所述石头胶的重量百分比为30wt%~50wt%,所述无机材料占所述石头胶的重量百分比为50wt%~70wt%。
7.如权利要求1所述的防水瓦楞纸,其中,所述无机材料为粒径2~10微米的无机粉末。
8.如权利要求1所述的防水瓦楞纸,其中,在所述石头芯纸中,所述石头芯纸的成分还包括有添加剂,所述添加剂占所述石头芯纸的重量百分比为小于2wt%。
9.如权利要求1所述的防水瓦楞纸,其中,在各所述石头面纸中,各所述石头芯纸的成分还包括有添加剂,所述添加剂占各所述石头面纸的重量百分比为小于2wt%。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的防水瓦楞纸,其中,所述添加剂包括加工助剂、滑剂及增韧剂所构成族群的一种或是一种以上的组合。
