Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present application are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present application may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
It is to be noted that, unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by those skilled in the art to which this application belongs.
A washing control method, a washing control device, a laundry treating apparatus, and a storage medium according to embodiments of the present application will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Insoluble organic matter stains are common in daily life, such as blood stains, milk stains, egg white, sweat stains and the like. Although insoluble in water, the stains belong to 'emulsified' stains, can wet the surface of the fabric and penetrate into fiber bundles in the yarns through capillaries to form chemical bonds with the fibers. Blood stains are typical insoluble organic matter stains, and iron in heme exists in a ferrous form and can be dissolved in water when blood is not coagulated. Over time and/or with increasing temperature, the ferrous iron in the hemoglobin oxidizes to ferric iron and complexes with the protein, which solidifies to form a blood stain on the fabric that is difficult to remove. Other protein stains, such as milk stains, sweat stains and the like, are not obvious when being stained with clothes due to relatively light color, but if the treatment is not thorough, the stains are denatured and condensed on the fabric, so that the clothes are yellow, and the appearance is influenced.
The washing control method provided by the embodiment of the application aims at the characteristics of indissolvable organic matter stains such as blood stains, milk stains and sweat stains, and firstly washes away through large-water-volume prewashing, and stains which are not solidified and denatured are washed away along with water flow as far as possible. Then setting a proper temperature to stimulate the activity of protease in the detergent to the maximum extent and ensure that the coagulated stains closely combined with fiber macromolecules are degenerated and disintegrated. The insoluble organic substance stains adhered on the load are separated and dispersed in water by matching with reasonable washing mechanical force, so that the washing effect on the insoluble organic substance stains is greatly improved. Referring to fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 101: determining the stain type of the load as a predetermined type.
The predetermined type includes a poorly soluble organic substance type. The insoluble organic substances include blood stain, milk stain, egg white, sweat stain, etc. The execution main body of the embodiment of the application is a clothes processing device such as a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine and the like. The clothes treatment equipment is provided with keys for a user to set stain types, and the stain types can comprise keys of insoluble organic matters, or comprise keys of blood stain, milk stain, egg white, sweat stain and the like. In other embodiments of the present application, the stain type may also be set through a touch screen of the laundry treatment apparatus.
The user puts the load into the washing tub of the laundry treating apparatus, and sets the stain type of the load through a button or a touch screen for setting the stain type. The laundry treating apparatus determines whether the stain type is a preset type according to the stain type of the load set by the user.
Step 102: and controlling the washing barrel to pre-wash according to the load weight of the load and a first motor parameter corresponding to the preset type.
The pre-washing is a stage of pretreating the load, large water volume is adopted and strong mechanical force is matched to wash the load, and the unsolidified and denatured stain on the surface of the load is washed down along with water flow as far as possible.
After the load is put into the washing tub, the laundry treating apparatus further weighs by a weight sensor provided at the bottom of the washing tub to obtain a load weight corresponding to the load. And determining a first water amount required for pre-washing according to the load weight and the preset type of the load, wherein the first water amount is more than or equal to the preset multiple of the load weight. The preset multiple may be 4 or 5, etc.
The water quantity coefficient corresponding to each stain type is set in the clothes treatment equipment in advance, and is larger than or equal to the preset multiple. After the clothes treatment equipment determines that the stain type of the current load is a preset type, the water quantity coefficient corresponding to the preset type is obtained. The product of the water quantity coefficient and the load weight of the current load is calculated, and the product is determined as the first water quantity required by the pre-washing. A first quantity of water is then injected into the washing tub. And then controlling the motor to drive the washing barrel to operate for a first preset time period included by the first motor parameter according to a first beat and a first rotating speed included by the first motor parameter corresponding to the preset type. And controlling the motor to drive the washing barrel to operate for a second preset time period included by the first motor parameter according to a second rotating speed included by the first motor parameter when the first preset time period is reached, wherein the second rotating speed is greater than the first rotating speed.
The first beat can be expressed as a1/B1, a1/(a1+ B1) > 100% ≧ 80%. The first rotation speed is between 45rpm and 55rpm, such as 45rpm, 50rpm or 55rpm, etc. The second speed is greater than or equal to 150rpm, such as 150rpm, 155rpm, 160rpm, and the like. The first preset time period is greater than or equal to 3min, such as 3min, 4min, 5min, and the like. The second preset time period is greater than or equal to 2min, such as 2min, 3min, 4min, and the like. The embodiment of the application does not limit specific values of the first beat, the first rotating speed, the second rotating speed, the first preset time and the second preset time, and the first beat, the first rotating speed, the second rotating speed, the first preset time and the second preset time corresponding to each stain type can be set according to requirements in practical application.
In the pre-washing stage, the first water volume in the washing barrel is larger than or equal to the load weight of the preset multiple, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate according to the first rotating speed and the first beat, then the washing barrel is controlled to rotate according to the second rotating speed, the load is flushed by adopting large water volume and strong mechanical force, and the unset and denatured stain can be flushed down along with water flow as far as possible.
And when the second preset time is up, determining that the pre-washing stage is finished, and controlling the drainage pump to drain water, so that the stains washed off in the pre-washing stage are discharged out of the washing barrel along with the water flow.
And determining the second water quantity of the re-inlet water and the dosage of the detergent according to the load weight and the stain type after the water drainage is finished. The embodiment of the present application may determine the second amount of water and the dosage of the detergent in any one of the first and second ways as follows.
First, a second amount of water is determined based on the weight of the load. The dosage of detergent is then determined according to the preset type and the second amount of water.
Specifically, the corresponding relation between the load weight interval and the water amount is preset in the clothes treatment device, and the corresponding relation between the different water amount intervals and the detergent dosage under each stain type is preset in the clothes treatment device. The preset two corresponding relations are set according to the requirement of the stain type on the concentration of the washing liquid, so that the concentration of the washing agent in the aqueous solution is improved to the maximum extent under the condition that the load is completely soaked, and the washing efficiency is improved.
The laundry treating apparatus determines a load weight section to which the load weight belongs. And acquiring the water volume corresponding to the load weight interval to which the current load weight belongs from the corresponding relation between the preset load weight interval and the water volume, wherein the water volume is the second water volume for re-entering water. And determining the water volume interval to which the second water volume belongs. And according to the determined water volume interval, acquiring the dosage corresponding to the determined water volume interval from the corresponding relation between the water volume interval of the preset type, which is the stain type of the load, and the dosage of the detergent.
Second, the detergent dosage is determined based on the load weight. Determining a second quantity of water based on the predetermined type and the determined dosage.
Specifically, the correspondence between the load weight interval and the detergent dosage is preset in the laundry treating apparatus, and the correspondence between the different dosage intervals and the water amount for each stain type is preset.
And obtaining the dosage corresponding to the load weight interval to which the current load weight belongs from the corresponding relation between the preset load weight interval and the dosage of the detergent. The dose interval to which the dose belongs is determined. And according to the determined dosage interval, acquiring the water quantity corresponding to the determined dosage interval from the corresponding relation between the dosage interval and the water quantity under the stain type of the load, namely the preset type, wherein the water quantity is the second water quantity for re-water inflow.
After the second water quantity and the detergent dosage are determined through the first or second mode, the water inlet device is controlled to inject the water with the second water quantity into the washing barrel, and the detergent feeding device is controlled to feed the detergent with the dosage into the washing barrel, so that the concentration of the detergent in the solution in the washing barrel meets the requirement of the stain type (namely the preset type) of the current load, the solution in the washing barrel can ensure that the load is completely soaked, the detergent concentration in the solution can be improved to the maximum extent, and the washing efficiency is improved.
Step 103: and controlling the washing barrel to wash according to the preset temperature corresponding to the preset type and the second motor parameter.
The preset temperature and the second motor parameter of each stain type in the washing stage are preset in the clothes treatment equipment. The preset temperature can maximally stimulate the activity of the protease in the detergent, and the protease cannot be inactivated due to overhigh temperature. The preset temperature may be between 40 ℃ and 55 ℃, for example, the preset temperature may be 40 ℃, 45 ℃, 50 ℃ or 55 ℃. The specific value of the preset temperature corresponding to the stain type is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the application, and the preset temperature capable of enabling the washing effect to be optimal can be determined through a large number of tests on the load of the specific stain type in practical application.
The second motor parameter includes a second beat and a third rotational speed. The second beat can be expressed as a2/B2, a2/(a2+ B2) > 100% ≧ 80%. The third rotation speed is between 45rpm and 55rpm, such as 45rpm, 50rpm or 55rpm, etc. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific values of the second beat and the third rotating speed, and the second beat and the third rotating speed corresponding to each stain type can be set according to requirements in practical application.
After the washing barrel is filled with a second amount of water and detergent is put in, the clothes treatment equipment controls the heating pipe to be started for heating, and the temperature in the washing barrel is monitored in real time through the temperature sensor. And when the temperature in the washing barrel is monitored to reach the preset temperature corresponding to the preset type, controlling the heating pipe to be closed. And in the heating process of the heating pipe, controlling a motor to drive the washing barrel to wash according to a second beat and a third rotating speed included by a second motor parameter corresponding to the preset type.
Through the washing of this step, heat the temperature in the washing barrel to preset the temperature to cooperate reasonable mechanical force to wash, the activity of the protease in the maximum degree arouses the detergent, promotes the protease and decomposes the protein in the indissolvable organic matter into the amino acid that can dissolve in water, improves washing efficiency.
Step 104: and determining that the temperature in the washing barrel reaches a preset temperature, and controlling the washing barrel to carry out rotary washing according to a third motor parameter corresponding to a preset type.
After the clothes treatment equipment determines that the temperature in the washing tub reaches the preset temperature corresponding to the preset type, the heating pipe is controlled to be closed, and the temperature in the washing tub can be the temperature of water in the washing tub. And controlling the motor to drive the washing barrel to rotate for a third preset time period included by the third motor parameter according to a fourth rotating speed included by the third motor parameter corresponding to the preset type, wherein the fourth rotating speed is greater than a third rotating speed included by the second motor parameter, and the third preset time period is the time period of rotary washing.
The fourth rotation speed is greater than or equal to 150rpm, for example, the fourth rotation speed can be 150rpm, 160rpm or 170 rpm. The third preset time period is greater than or equal to 2min, for example, the third preset time period may be 2min or 3 min. The embodiment of the application does not limit the specific values of the fourth rotating speed and the third preset time, and in practical application, the fourth rotating speed and the third preset time which can enable the washing effect to be optimal can be set by setting a large number of tests on specific stain types.
After the temperature in the washing barrel is heated to the preset temperature corresponding to the stain type, the washing barrel is rotated at a higher rotating speed through the step, and the stain is promoted to fall off from a load by utilizing a higher mechanical force generated by the rotation of the washing barrel, so that the washing effect is improved.
Since the fourth rotating speed is high, the heat in the washing tub is quickly dissipated by rotating the washing tub at the high rotating speed, and therefore, the washing tub is rotated for a third preset time by controlling the motor to drive the washing tub to rotate, and the washing tub is rotated. And then controlling the motor to drive the washing barrel to wash according to a fourth motor parameter corresponding to the preset type so as to continuously wash through mechanical force generated by the movement of the load in the washing barrel when the washing barrel rotates. The fourth motor parameter includes a third beat and a fifth rotational speed, and the third beat may be represented as A3/B3, A3/(A3+ B3) > 100% ≧ 80%. The fifth rotation speed is between 45rpm and 55rpm, such as 45rpm, 50rpm or 55rpm, etc. The third beat and the fifth rotating speed corresponding to each stain type can be set according to requirements in practical application without limiting specific values of the third beat and the fifth rotating speed.
