The invention washes by sections and adopts different water temperatures, washing modes and the like in different stages, so that the haematochrome and grease in the bloodstain can be washed in different stages to obtain better washing effect. The invention mainly meets the washing of different components by controlling the water temperature, thereby obtaining better washing effect and solving the problem of difficult blood stain washing on the premise of not increasing the cost.
In particular, the amount of the solvent to be used,
the invention provides a washing method for bloodstain fabrics, which is used for washing the bloodstain on the fabrics and comprises the steps of carrying out staged treatment on the bloodstain fabrics, arranging different treatment temperatures and washing modes in different stages, and gradually increasing the treatment temperatures in different treatment stages according to the implementation sequence, namely firstly carrying out treatment in a treatment stage with relatively low temperature and then increasing the treatment temperature when carrying out next stage of treatment so as to wash different components in the bloodstain.
The staged processing comprises: a first treatment stage and a second treatment stage performed in sequence, the first treatment stage: washing the bloodstain fabric in washing water at a first preset temperature to wash the bloodstain hemocyanin; and a second treatment stage: changing the washing water, and putting the bloodstain fabric into the washing water with the second preset temperature for washing so as to wash the grease in the bloodstain; and the first preset temperature is lower than the second preset temperature.
Blood is red due to the presence of haematochrome, and over time, the color becomes darker and more difficult to wash. And the major component of hemoglobin is protein, which is easily changed by environmental influences, such as high temperature. The other main component in the blood is grease which is easier to wash along with the rise of the temperature, and the different characteristics of the haematochrome and the grease make the haematochrome and the grease difficult to obtain good washing effects at the same time, so that the haematochrome and the grease need to be washed step by step, the haematochrome is washed in water with lower temperature firstly, and then the grease is washed in water with higher temperature. The specific washing process comprises the following steps:
the first processing stage comprises:
and (3) placing the fabric with bloodstains in washing water with a first preset temperature for washing, and discharging the washing water after washing. The first preset temperature is preferably 30-40 ℃, protein can not be denatured in the temperature range, and is relatively easy to dissolve in water, the solubility is poor when the temperature is lower than 30 ℃ and is not easy to wash, and the solubility is changed when the temperature is higher than 40 ℃, so that the protein is attached to the surface of the fabric and is more difficult to wash.
The second processing stage comprises:
and (3) putting the fabric into washing water with a second preset temperature for washing, and discharging the washing water after the washing is finished. Preferably, the second preset temperature is 50-70 ℃, and the fourth preset time is 10-25 min. Because the grease is easy to clean in a high-temperature environment, the grease is difficult to clean in a temperature range of 30-40 ℃. Therefore, in the first treatment stage, the grease is basically not washed away, in the second treatment stage, the temperature of the washing water is increased to wash the grease, and the temperature of the washing water is increased according to the characteristics of the grease, but the temperature is too high to be beneficial to the washing operation and the requirement of reducing energy consumption, so that the temperature of the washing water is set to be 50-70 ℃, and a good washing effect can be achieved.
Preferably, the washing is carried out in a first treatment stage and a second treatment stage using a plurality of different washing modes, for example:
in one embodiment, the washing uses a pulsator or a washing tub as a washing part, and the pulsator or the washing tub is controlled to rotate in forward and reverse directions alternately for a first preset time t1 in the first process stage. Preferably, in the positive and negative rotation switching process, a stalling time T is setStopIn each positive and negative rotation period, the positive rotation time TIs justEqual to the reversal time TInverse directionAnd the forward rotation time TIs justOr reverse time TInverse directionAnd a stall time TStopThe ratio is 1-30. For example, the normal rotation 29s, stop 1s, reverse rotation 29s, stop 1s are repeated, or the normal rotation 12s, stop 8s, reverse rotation 12s, or normal rotation 10s, stop 10s, and reverse rotation 10s are repeated. Further, the rotation speed of the forward rotation and the reverse rotation is 50r/min, the processing time is 4min to 16min, namely the first preset time t1 is 4min to 16min, and preferably 10 min.
In the second treatment stage, the impeller or the washing barrel is controlled to operate unidirectionally and continuously to wash for a second preset time t2, wherein the second preset time t2 is greater than the first preset time t1, i.e. t2 is greater than or equal to t 1. For example, in the second treatment stage, the washing tub or the pulsator is continuously cleaned in a forward or reverse rotation manner, the rotation speed is 50r/min, and the treatment time is 10min to 25min, i.e. the second preset time t2 is 10min to 25min, preferably 20 min.
Or, the washing adopts a spraying part as a washing part, the spraying part is controlled to spray and wash the clothes towards the position of the bloodstain in the first treatment stage and the second treatment stage, in the first treatment stage, the spraying part is controlled to carry out washing for a first preset time t1 with t1 preferably being 5min-10min at a first spraying intensity, in the second treatment stage, the spraying part is controlled to carry out washing for a second preset time t2 with a second spraying intensity, the t2 preferably being 10min-20min, the second preset washing time t2 is greater than the first preset washing time t1, the first spraying intensity is the maximum intensity, and the second spraying intensity is less than the first spraying intensity.
Preferably, the first treatment stage is implemented with washing water after the washing is implemented for the first preset time t1, and the washing is implemented for the third preset time t3, wherein the third preset time t3 is less than the first preset time t1 and the second preset time t 2. The third preset time t3 is preferably 1min to 3 min. Stopping after the washing time of the first treatment stage reaches a first preset time t1, adding a preset volume of clear water into the washing equipment, preferably adding 1L of clear water, and then treating to uniformly mix the newly added clear water with the previous washing water, preferably performing the washing action or other operations, as long as the water can be uniformly mixed, and then draining to dilute the washed blood stains and avoid the blood stains from adhering to the fabrics again.
Further, before the washing of the first treatment stage, the method further comprises a fourth preset time t4 of soaking the fabric at the first preset temperature, wherein the fourth preset time t4 is less than the first preset time t1, and the fourth preset time t4 is preferably 4min-8 min. Because some impurities exist in the bloodstains and the influence of the weather dryness on the bloodstains is obvious, the influence of the factors on the cleaning of the bloodstains can be reduced as much as possible by sufficient soaking, for example, the bloodstains can be fully wetted, and a part of impurities can be removed by soaking.
Further, before or during the soaking treatment, a heating process is included, wherein the heating process is intermittent heating, so that the water temperature is maintained within the range of the first preset temperature. The heating process of the first treatment stage comprises a water inlet process, and the washing process comprises a water drainage process; in the second treatment stage, the washing process comprises a water re-feeding process, a heating process and a soaking process before implementation, and the washing process comprises a water draining process, a rinsing process and a dewatering process after completion.
For example: heating the washing water, and heating the washing water to a first preset temperature, preferably, the first preset temperature is 30-40 ℃. The specific heating mode can be as follows: the water temperature was maintained between 30-40 c by stopping heating when the water temperature rose to 38 c and starting heating when the water temperature dropped to 32 c.
Preferably, the washing water is intermittently heated in the same heating manner in the first treatment stage and the second treatment stage, so that the temperature of the washing water is maintained within a certain temperature range, specifically, the heating process in the first treatment stage is as follows: stopping heating when the water temperature is increased to 38 ℃, and starting heating when the water temperature is reduced to 32 ℃, so that the water temperature is kept between 30 ℃ and 40 ℃, and washing is carried out in the temperature range; the heating process of the second treatment stage comprises the following steps: when the water temperature rises to 65 ℃, the heating is stopped, and when the water temperature drops to 58 ℃, the heating is started, so that the water temperature is kept between 58 ℃ and 65 ℃, and the washing is carried out in the temperature range.
The invention also provides a control system for realizing the washing method, which comprises a heating module and a control module, wherein the heating module is used for heating water in the washing equipment, the control module is used for heating the heating module, in addition, the control module enables the heating module to heat the washing water to a first preset temperature in a first treatment stage, and enables the heating module to heat the washing water to a second preset temperature in a second treatment stage, and the first preset temperature is lower than the second preset temperature.
The washing machine further comprises a temperature detection module, wherein the temperature detection module is used for detecting the temperature of the washing water, is connected with the control module and receives detection data of the temperature detection module. The control module controls the heating module to be turned on or turned off according to the detection data of the temperature detection module, for example, when the temperature of the washing water is detected to reach a preset temperature range, the heating module is controlled to be turned off, and when the temperature of the washing water is detected to be lower than the preset temperature range, the heating module is controlled to be turned on, so that the effect of keeping the temperature of the washing water within the preset temperature range can be achieved, and the fabric can be cleaned under a suitable temperature environment.
The washing machine is characterized by further comprising a weighing module, wherein the weighing module is connected with the control module and used for weighing the fabric to be cleaned, and the control module determines the using amount of the washing water according to the weight after receiving weighing information of the weighing module.
The invention also provides washing equipment which can be used for washing bloodstain fabrics by the washing method or is provided with the control system.
The washing equipment can execute the washing method through the limitation of washing temperature, washing time and washing mode, or the washing equipment comprises a bloodstain cleaning mode, and the bloodstain cleaning mode executes the washing method aiming at the bloodstain fabric to clean the bloodstain on the fabric. The washing apparatus includes: the heating module is used for heating the washing water; also comprises a washing barrel, a wave wheel or a spray head for cleaning the fabrics, and preferably also comprises a weighing module for weighing the fabrics so as to determine the required washing water amount according to the weight of the fabrics.
For example, when the washing apparatus is provided with a washing tub or a pulsator, that is, the washing apparatus is a washing tub washing machine or a pulsator washing machine, in the first treatment stage, the washing tub or the pulsator alternately performs forward rotation and reverse rotation, and preferably, the forward rotation and the reverse rotation have the same rotation speed and time, or the forward rotation and the reverse rotation have different time, different rotation speed, and the like.
Preferably, the washing apparatus is a pulsator washing machine, the pulsator rotates at a rotation speed of 50r/min, and stops for 1 second at a forward rotation stop ratio of 29 seconds, stops for 1 second at a reverse rotation stop ratio of 29 seconds, and has a running time of 5min to 15min, which may be 10min, for example.
After the operation is completed, a certain amount of washing water is added into the washing device, for example, 1L of washing water is added, then the impeller is rotated, the newly added washing water is fully mixed with the original washing water, for example, the impeller is rotated at a rotating speed of 50r/min, the rotating time can be 1min, and the newly added washing water is preferably water at a temperature of 30-40 ℃, so as to ensure that the haematochrome can be dissolved into the water most. The new washing water is added, so that the original washing water can be diluted, the concentration of the haematochrome in the water is reduced, the heme in the water can be reduced from being attached to the fabric again in the draining process, and the cleaning effect is improved.
And in the second treatment stage, the washing barrel or the impeller adopts a second cleaning mode of continuously operating in a forward rotation or reverse rotation mode. For example, the washing device is a pulsator washing machine, the pulsator rotates at a speed of 50r/min, the period is completely stopped, the pulsator is maintained at the rotating speed for 20 minutes, and then the washing water is discharged, so that the second treatment stage, namely the cleaning of the grease, is completed.
Preferably, when the washing equipment performs washing operation through the spray head, in the first treatment stage, the spray head sprays the blood stain at the position with the maximum water yield, preferably, the spraying time is 3min-7min, and the temperature of the sprayed washing water is 30-40 ℃.
Similarly, in the second treatment stage, the spray head sprays the position of the blood stain for 10-20 min, and then the cleaning in the second treatment stage is completed.
Preferably, the bloodstain cleaning mode is provided with a rinsing stage between the first treatment stage and the second treatment stage, and the fabric subjected to the first treatment stage is rinsed, so that the washed bloodstain is rinsed completely and prevented from being attached to the fabric.
Further, the bloodstain cleaning mode also comprises a rinsing and dewatering stage after the second treatment stage is completed, so that the whole cleaning process is completed on the fabric. Alternatively, a drying phase may be included to improve the user experience of the washing apparatus.
Preferably, the washing apparatus comprises a washing tub provided with one or more, for example one, first and second treatment phases being carried out in the same washing tub.
Specifically, before the first treatment stage begins, a certain amount of washing water is added into the washing tub, then the washing water is heated, and then soaking, washing and other operations are performed. After the first treatment stage is completed, the washing water in the washing tub is drained.
Before the second treatment stage, adding the same amount of washing water as that in the first treatment stage into the washing tub, heating, washing, and draining the washing water.
Or, the washing device can also comprise two washing barrels, at the moment, the first treatment stage and the second treatment stage are respectively carried out in the two washing barrels, washing water can be simultaneously added into the two washing barrels and can be heated simultaneously, after the fabrics are treated in the first treatment stage, the fabrics are directly taken out from one washing barrel and then put into the other washing barrel, so that the processes of water drainage, water addition and heating can be reduced between the first treatment stage and the second treatment stage, and the whole cleaning process can be quicker. On the other hand, the arrangement of the plurality of washing barrels can also be used for sequentially cleaning a plurality of fabrics to be cleaned, and different washing barrels can be used for cleaning at different stages.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling the washing apparatus includes:
the method comprises the following steps:
selecting a blood stain cleaning mode:
the fabric to be washed is placed into washing equipment, after the bloodstain washing mode is selected, the washing time can be set according to the size of the washed fabric or the amount of bloodstains, namely, the washing time is increased on the basis of the default washing time, and the washing time of the first treatment stage and/or the washing time of the second treatment stage can be increased to ensure a better washing effect.
Preferably, the washing apparatus is capable of weighing and determining the amount of wash water required based on the weight of the fabric to be washed.

Soaking the fabric for 4-10 min, starting to run the washing of the first treatment stage, wherein the washing time is 5-15 min:
when the water temperature rises to 38 ℃, timing is started, and when the timing reaches 5min, the washing of the first treatment stage is operated, the impeller or the washing barrel starts to rotate at a rotating speed of 50r/min, the rotation-stop ratio is that the impeller or the washing barrel is rotated at a positive speed for 29 seconds, the impeller or the washing barrel is rotated at a negative speed for 1 second, the impeller or the washing barrel is rotated at a negative speed for 29 seconds, the impeller or the washing barrel is rotated at a negative speed for. Or, a spraying washing mode is adopted, the position with the most obvious color is continuously and strongly sprayed by the maximum impulsive force, and the default washing time is 5 min. Preferably, the time for the first washing may be increased, for example, may be increased in a unit of 5 min.
Preferably, after the washing in the first treatment stage is finished, water is injected into the washing equipment, and after the water injection is finished, the washing is carried out again, and then the water is drained:
after the washing in the first treatment stage reaches the preset washing time (5min-15min), water injection, preferably 1L of clean water, is started to be injected into the washing equipment, and after the water injection is finished, the washing action is executed again, namely the impeller (or the washing barrel) washes for a certain time at the rotating speed of 50r/min, for example, after 1min, the water drainage is started.
After the drainage is finished, injecting water into the washing equipment again, and heating:
and after the water drainage is finished, detecting that the water level is reduced to a set position, injecting water into the washing equipment again, heating the washing water and keeping the washing water at a second preset temperature, namely entering a second treatment stage.
The second preset temperature is preferably 50-70 ℃, the washing time is 10-25 min, and water is drained after washing is finished.
The specific heating mode can be as follows:
when the water temperature rises to 65 ℃, the heating is stopped, and when the water temperature drops to 58 ℃, the heating is started, so that the water temperature is kept between 58 ℃ and 65 ℃. Then, the second treatment phase, i.e. the impeller (or washing tub) is rotated at 50r/min (either in the forward or reverse direction), completely without interruption, and maintained at this speed for 20 minutes. Finally, draining water to finish the second treatment stage.
Finally, rinsing and/or dewatering the fabric:
after the second treatment stage is completed, the fabric may be rinsed and/or dewatered.
In conclusion, the blood stain is washed in stages, and the washing water with different temperatures is used for washing in different stages, so that different components in the blood stain can be well washed, and certain components in the blood stain, particularly haematochrome, cannot be influenced by temperature change.
