Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a washing control method for removing stubborn stains according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the washing control method for removing stubborn stains includes:
s11: obtaining washing parameters including, but not limited to, washing stage, load weight, and real-time water level value;
s12: controlling the washing water temperature according to the washing stage and controlling the washing rotating speed according to the load weight and the real-time water level value.
The traditional washing method for removing stubborn stains mainly comprises the steps of smearing and rubbing stubborn stains with a specific preparation to achieve a good effect, but the stubborn stains are not thoroughly cleaned when the specific preparation is used for washing, so that the smearing and rubbing cause inconvenience in operation, and the traditional washing method is not suitable for fabrics polluted by more stains.
In the embodiment, the washing control method for removing stubborn stains comprises the steps of obtaining washing parameters, wherein the washing parameters comprise a washing stage, a load weight and a real-time water level value; controlling the temperature of the washing water according to the washing stage; the washing rotating speed is controlled according to the load weight and the real-time water level value, stubborn stains can be washed in a targeted manner through high-low temperature washing and intelligent speed regulation, the cleaning degree of the stains is effectively improved, the trouble that the stubborn stains are difficult to remove by a user is solved, and the convenience is brought to the life of people to a greater extent.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a washing control method for removing stubborn stains according to another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the washing control method for removing stubborn stains in a washing device, such as a washing machine, includes:
s21: when the washing machine enters a first washing stage, controlling inlet cold water to reach a first preset water level, wherein the inlet water temperature is 20 ℃;
s22: acquiring load weight and a real-time water level value, and selecting a first rotating speed according to the load weight and the real-time water level value;
s23: controlling to start operation for a first preset time at a first rotating speed and a first rotating-stopping ratio, and then discharging washing water;
taking blood stain as an example, the blood contains rich heme, ferrous iron in the heme is easily oxidized into ferric iron by air after a long time, and then the ferric iron is coagulated with protein of the heme and is adhered to clothes to be mixed with fabric fibers, so that blood stains are not easy to fall off, and old blood stains are generally difficult to clean. The main component of blood is protein, and if the clothes are stained with protein, the protein in the blood is easily denatured by hot water washing, so that the protein penetrates into the fibers of the clothes, and the washing difficulty is increased. Therefore, the protein stain is firstly removed by adopting a low-temperature mode to wash for a period of time and then drained, and then the protein stain is washed for a period of time. The mechanism of decontamination is also suitable for various stains such as milk stains, sweat stains and the like.
S24: feeding cold water into the washing machine for the second time to a second preset water level, wherein the water feeding temperature is 20 ℃;
the clothes are put into cold water for washing for a certain time, then the clothes are drained for dehydration, secondary water inflow is carried out, and secondary pollution of stains is prevented; in addition, water is only drained twice, so that water resources can be saved.
S25: acquiring load weight and a real-time water level value, and selecting a second rotating speed according to the load weight and the real-time water level value;
s26: controlling to start running for a second preset time at a second rotating speed and a second rotating-stopping ratio;
s27: and the washing machine enters a second washing stage, the heating pipe is started to heat the water to enable the water temperature to rise to 60 ℃, and the water is drained after the washing machine is started to operate for a third preset time at a second rotating speed and a second rotating-stopping ratio.
The molecular motion is more violent at high temperature, so the decontamination effect is better, and the heating pipe is started to heat the water to a certain temperature and then wash the water for a certain time to remove other stains in the blood stains.
In some embodiments, the second predetermined time is greater than the first predetermined time; the first preset time is greater than the third preset time.
In addition, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, a large number of experiments are carried out to respectively obtain the relations of the cleaning effect, the low-temperature cleaning ratio, the different high-temperature cleaning ratios in the high-temperature and low-temperature cleaning and the cleaning ratios under different rotation and stop ratios, wherein the high-temperature and low-temperature cleaning effect is better than that of the common mode cleaning, and the blood stain and the milk stain are cleaned at the low temperature of 20 ℃ and the high temperature of 60 ℃. And comparing the washing effects of different rotation-stop ratios, wherein the rotation-stop ratio of the first washing stage is 10s/5s, and the rotation-stop ratio of the second washing stage is 25s/5s, so that the washing effect is optimal.
The first washing stage is operated for 10s, then the washing equipment is stopped for 5s, and then the washing equipment is continuously operated for 10s, and the operation is repeated; similarly, the second washing stage stop ratio is that the washing equipment is operated for 25s, then is stopped for 5s, and then is continuously operated for 25s, and the operation is repeated.
In the washing process, the excessive foam both can influence the beating of clothing, also can cause certain damage for the motor, do not cause the harm to the motor in order to guarantee the washing effect, consequently, whether real-time supervision water level change surpasses certain threshold value scope in the washing process, if the water level surpasses and predetermines the threshold value scope under the circumstances of current load weight, then judge whether satisfy and get into defoaming procedure condition, if satisfy, then get into the defoaming procedure, if unsatisfied, then adjust the washing rotational speed, make the washing process keep the best beating state always. The specific flow is shown in fig. 7.
S71: judging whether the real-time water level value exceeds a preset water level threshold range or not;
s72: if yes, judging whether the conditions for entering the defoaming procedure are met;
in some embodiments, defoaming procedure conditions are entered, including:
the foam height is greater than a preset foam height threshold.
S73: if so, entering a defoaming procedure;
s74: otherwise, selecting a first rotating speed and a second rotating speed according to the load weight and the real-time water level value.
In some embodiments, selecting the first speed and the second speed according to the load weight and the real-time water level value comprises:
s741: establishing an optimal revolution meter corresponding to water levels with different load weights;
s742: and searching an optimal rotating speed table according to the load weight and the real-time water level value to obtain washing rotating speed values corresponding to the first rotating speed and the second rotating speed.
The optimal revolution meter corresponding to the water levels with different load weights is shown in table 1:
TABLE 1 optimal tachometer for water level correspondence of different load weights
Figure BDA0003272865070000071
In this example, washing was performed by changing the water level: the clothes are put into cold water for washing for a certain time, and then water is fed for the second time, so that secondary pollution of stains is prevented; washing at variable temperature: the high-low temperature combined washing can remove stains which cannot be washed at high temperature and stains which are difficult to remove at low temperature; intelligent speed regulation: the rotating speed is adjusted in the washing process, so that the load is kept in the optimal beating state, and the decontamination effect is improved.
