The plant pretreatment device for fermented wine according to claim 1, wherein the laying unit comprises a first electric rotary table (201), a rotating roller (202), a rope (203), an electromagnet (204), a first filter plate (205), a first toothed bar (206), a support ring (207), a second electric rotary table (208), a screw rod (209), a second filter plate (210) and a toggle assembly (211); a first electric turntable (201) is arranged at the upper part of the first fixing plate (5) at the left; a rotating roller (202) is fixedly connected with a rotating part of the first electric turntable (201); two ropes (203) are wound at the middle part of the rotating roller (202); the lower parts of the two ropes (203) are fixedly connected with an electromagnet (204); a first filter plate (205) is arranged between the two electromagnets (204); six first toothed bars (206) are fixedly connected to the lower part of the first filter plate (205) in an annular and equidistant manner; the upper surface of the first supporting plate (2) is fixedly connected with a supporting ring (207); two second electric turntables (208) are arranged at the upper part of the support ring (207); the rotating parts of the two second electric turntables (208) are fixedly connected with a screw rod (209); the two screw rods (209) are rotationally connected with the fixed disc (4); the two screw rods (209) are connected with a second filter plate (210) in a rotating way; six toggle assemblies (211) are annularly and equidistantly connected on the upper surface of the first supporting plate (2); the six first toothed bars (206) are respectively connected with a toggle assembly (211); the support ring (207) is connected with the distribution unit.
3. The plant pretreatment device for fermented wine according to claim 2, wherein six cylindrical projections are annularly and equidistantly provided on the lower portion of the first filter plate (205).
4. The plant pretreatment device for fermented wine according to claim 2, wherein six cylindrical holes are equally spaced in an upper ring shape of the second filter plate (210).

The plant pretreatment device for fermented wine according to claim 4, wherein the toggle assembly (211) comprises a second support post (21101), a slide block (21102), a telescopic rod (21103), a first straight gear (21104), a first electric push rod (21105), a second fixing plate (21106), a second straight gear (21107), a slide rod (21108), a fixing frame (21109), a toggle plate (21110), an elastic member (21111), a third fixing plate (21112), a second toothed bar (21113) and a second supporting plate (21114); the upper surface of the first supporting plate (2) is fixedly connected with a second supporting column (21101); the upper part of the second strut (21101) is connected with a sliding block (21102) in a sliding way; the sliding block (21102) is fixedly connected with the first toothed bar (206); a second supporting plate (21114) is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the first supporting plate (2); the upper part of the second supporting plate (21114) is rotatably connected with a telescopic rod (21103); the telescopic part of the telescopic rod (21103) is fixedly connected with a first straight gear (21104); the first straight gear (21104) is meshed with the first toothed bar (206); a first electric push rod (21105) is fixedly connected to the lower part of the second supporting plate (21114); a second fixing plate (21106) is fixedly connected with the telescopic part of the first electric push rod (21105); the second fixing plate (21106) is rotatably connected with the telescopic rod (21103); a second straight gear (21107) is fixedly connected to the left part of the telescopic rod (21103); a sliding rod (21108) is connected to the upper part of the second supporting plate (21114) and is positioned above the telescopic rod (21103) in a sliding manner; the front part of the sliding rod (21108) is fixedly connected with a fixed frame (21109); the front part of the fixed frame (21109) is rotationally connected with a poking plate (21110); a third fixing plate (21112) is fixedly connected to the rear part of the sliding rod (21108); an elastic part (21111) is sleeved outside the sliding rod (21108), one end of the elastic part (21111) is fixedly connected to the second supporting plate (21114), and the other end of the elastic part is fixedly connected to the third fixing plate (21112); a second rack bar (21113) is fixedly connected to the left part of the third fixing plate (21112); the second rack bar (21113) is meshed with the second spur gear (21107).
