A circular cake automatic smearing rotating device is characterized by comprising a bottom plate (1), a motor (2), a first rotating shaft (3), a first belt (4), a rotating disc (5), a movable disc (6), a scraping mechanism (7) and a material spraying mechanism (8), wherein the motor (2) is arranged in the middle of one side of the bottom plate (1), the first rotating shaft (3) is rotatably connected in the middle of the bottom plate (1), the first belt (4) is wound between the middle of the first rotating shaft (3) and an output shaft of the motor (2), the rotating disc (5) is arranged at the top of the first rotating shaft (3), the movable disc (6) is slidably connected at the top of the rotating disc (5), the scraping mechanism (7) is arranged on the bottom plate (1), and the material spraying mechanism (8) is arranged on the scraping mechanism (7); also comprises a clamping mechanism (9), the clamping mechanism (9) comprises a first supporting column (91), a first movable frame (92) and a third compression spring (93), the lifting mechanism comprises a second supporting column (94), a second movable frame (95) and a fourth compression spring (96), wherein the two sides of a rotary table (5) are connected with the first supporting column (91), the first movable frame (92) is connected between the first supporting columns (91) in a sliding manner, the first movable frame (92) is connected with the rotary table (5) in a sliding manner, the third compression spring (93) is arranged between the two sides of the upper part of the first movable frame (92) and the first supporting column (91), the two sides of the right part of a bottom plate (1) are connected with the second supporting column (94), the second movable frame (95) is connected between the second supporting columns (94) in a sliding manner, a lifting rod is arranged at the lower part of an output shaft of a motor (2), the lifting rod is in contact with the second movable frame (95), and the fourth compression spring (96) is arranged between the two sides of the second movable frame (95) and the second supporting column (94); the clamping mechanism (10) comprises a supporting plate (101), a second movable plate (102), a fifth compression spring (103) and a third movable frame (104), the supporting plate (101) is connected to two sides of the turntable (5), the second movable plate (102) is connected to the supporting plate (101) in a sliding mode, the lower portion of the second movable plate (102) is connected with the turntable (5) in a sliding mode, the fifth compression spring (103) is arranged between the outer side of the second movable plate (102) and the supporting plate (101) on the same side, the third movable frame (104) is arranged at the bottom of the second movable plate (102), and the third movable frame (104) is in contact fit with the first movable frame (92).
