本发明公开了一种无铬锌铝镍涂料组合产品,所述产品包含独立包装的A液与B液;A液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:锌粉20‑26份,铝粉3‑6份,镍粉0.1‑0.5份,流平剂0.1‑0.4份,偶联剂1‑6份,溶剂30‑45份,消泡剂0.1‑0.5份;B液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:复合有机树脂28‑32份,硅烷偶联剂0.5‑1.2份;A液与B液混合后搅拌,涂覆于基材后,80‑140℃下预烘10min,230‑280℃固化25min,之后自然冷却至室温,即可在基材上成膜。本发明产品用于处理金属基材,具有不含铬,良好的耐候性和渗透性的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料防护技术领域,尤其是涉及一种无铬锌铝镍涂料组合产品及其应用。
背景技术
随着物质文明的不断进步,人们对生存环境的质量要求越来越高。保护和改善生态环境,实现经济社会的可持续发展,已经成为大多数国家拟定新世纪发展战略的价值取向。介于六价铭对人和环境的危害,在进入九十年代后,欧共体各大汽车制造商纷纷提出在对汽车的零件进行表面处理时,要减少甚至取消涂层中的六价铭离子,有关的草案也被提了出来。国内外已经颁布一些相关的法规来限制或者禁止六价铭的使用。
1999年欧洲通过一项有关报废汽车及其配件的监管条例。此项名为“End of lifeVehicle Directive(EOLVD)”的法规,已于2006年正式生效,条例的4.2及6.3条规定限制使用有害物质如铅、汞、镉、及六价铭。这项条例的出台,对汽车零部件的表面处理提出了更高的环保要求,使得目前在汽车制造行业大量釆用的达克罗涂层技术面临严峻的挑战。
无铬锌铝镍合金涂层是在达克罗的技术上发展而来的,涂层主要釆用铭的替代物作粘结剂,通过涂覆成膜后,能达到和达克罗同样优异的防腐性能,而涂层中却完全不含Cr6+,真正达到材料表面的绿色处理SI。因此开发符合要求的无铬锌铝镍合金涂料是相关领域技术人员的研究热点。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明申请人提供了一种无铬锌铝镍涂料组合产品及其应用。本发明产品用于处理金属基材,具有不含铬,良好的耐候性和渗透性的优点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种无铬锌铝镍涂料组合产品,所述产品包含独立包装的A液与B液;

硅烷偶联剂 0.5-1.2份;
A液与B液的重量比为1-2:1。
优选方案,所述锌粉为片状锌粉,长为10-15μm,宽为0.2-0.3μm;铝粉为片状铝粉,长为5-25μm,宽为0.1-0.4μm;所述镍粉的平均粒径为80nm。优选方案,所述流平剂为丙烯酸流平剂或有机硅流平剂,优选地为RG-5305、BYK-300、BYK-301、BYK-302、BYK-306、BYK-310、BYK-313、BYK-320、BYK-325N中的一种或多种;所述A液中的偶联剂为KH550、KH560、A151(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷)、A171(乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷)、A172(乙烯基三(β-甲氧乙氧基硅烷)、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种;所述消泡剂为BYK-051N、BYK-052N、BYK-053N、BYK-085、BYK-088中的一种或多种。
所述溶剂为二甲酸脂与二甲苯混合制得的高沸点混合溶剂,二甲酸脂与二甲苯的质量比为1:1~7:3。
所述B液中的复合有机树脂为有机硅树脂与环氧树脂按照1:1混合,制得的复合有机树脂。
所述B液中的偶联剂为KH550、KH560、A151(乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷)、A171(乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷)、A172(乙烯基三(β-甲氧乙氧基硅烷)、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种。
使用时,A液与B液混合后搅拌,涂覆于基材后,80-140℃下预烘10min,230-280℃固化25min,之后自然冷却至室温,即可在基材上成膜。
一种所述组合产品的应用,用于金属基材的表面处理。
一种使用所述组合产品处理金属基材的工艺方法,所述工艺方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将还原性除锈剂配制成一定浓度的水溶液,之后生锈金属基材进行浸泡或喷洒于生锈金属基材的表面,之后烘干,烘干温度50-70℃,时间3-5min;
(2)将A液与B液混合后搅拌,涂覆于经过步骤(1)处理的金属基材上,80-120℃下预烘10min,180-280℃固化25min,之后自然冷却至室温,即可在基材上成膜。
进一步优选,所述还原性除锈剂为硼硫酸酯还原性除锈剂。
所述还原性除锈剂为硼硫酸酯还原性除锈剂,其制备方法参见CN109680284A(CN109680284B)中的记载。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明产品在干燥成膜过程中形成硅酸类或其他形式的空间网状结构聚合物,同时与钢铁基体表面形成络合物,使得钢基表面的铁原子也成为涂层无机大分子结构的组成部分,从而形成牢固的化学键,使得涂层与钢基之间具有很好的结合力,同时使得膜层的耐磨性大大提高,且其涂层表面的硬度不低于9H。
本发明产品采用片状锌粉、片状铝粉和镍粉,在形成膜层的过程中,金属粉层层叠加,在基体与外界腐蚀介质之间搭起了屏障,有效地保护了基材,起到多金属防腐蚀。
本发明形成的涂层彻底摒弃了对环境及人体有害的六价铭及三价铭,实现了清洁生产,同时涂层无闪点,无可燃性和爆炸性。在生产、运输和施工过程中无需采取严格的防火措施,大大简化了生产和施工条件,使安全性能提高。
本发明产品不但可以处理钢、铁、合金,还可以处理烧结金属及用于特殊的表面处理。它可以应用到日常生活的各个领域。
本发明形成的涂膜还具有自修复作用,当膜层遭到破坏时,锌的氧化物向被损坏的涂层部分移动,积极修复涂层。
本发明采用有机树脂复配得到涂料的粘接剂,选用硅烷偶联剂作为涂料的钝化剂,有机硅树脂的主链为-Si-O-Si-,侧基-R包括甲基、乙基、乙烯基等取代基,在与环氧树脂、硅烷偶联剂、金属粉等交联固化时,会产生缩聚反应,取代基就会被别的基团所代替,从而形成大分子链的网状结构,层层覆盖在基体上,从而保护基体,有机硅树脂与环氧树脂交联,环氧树脂中的羟基参与反应,环氧基保留,配制的防腐蚀涂料兼具有机硅树脂与环氧的优点,具有较好的耐热性,耐紫外线及大气老化以及良好的耐腐蚀性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
本申请实施例中选用的还原性除锈剂为CN109680284A(CN 109680284B)实施例3制得的还原性除锈剂。
实施例1
一种无铬锌铝镍涂料组合产品,所述产品包含独立包装的A液与B液;
A液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:锌粉(片状,长为10-15μm,宽为0.2-0.3μm)20份,铝粉(片状,长为5-25μm,宽为0.1-0.4μm)6份,镍粉(平均粒径为80nm)0.1份,流平剂BYK-301 0.1份,偶联剂KH560 2份,溶剂(二甲酸脂:二甲苯,质量比为1:1)45份,消泡剂BYK-051N 0.4份;
B液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:复合有机树脂(有机硅树脂:环氧树脂质量比1:1)28份,硅烷偶联剂KH560 0.5份;
采用本实施例组合产品处理金属基材的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将还原性除锈剂配制成25%的水溶液,之后生锈金属基材进行浸泡或喷洒于生锈金属基材的表面,之后烘干,烘干温度70℃,时间3min;
(2)将A液与B液按照重量比为11:9混合后搅拌,涂覆于经过步骤(1)处理的金属基材上,80℃下预烘10min,280℃固化25min,之后自然冷却至室温,即可在基材上成膜。
实施例2
一种无铬锌铝镍涂料组合产品,所述产品包含独立包装的A液与B液;
A液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:锌粉(片状,长为10-15μm,宽为0.2-0.3μm)26份,铝粉(片状,长为5-25μm,宽为0.1-0.4μm)3份,镍粉(平均粒径为80nm)0.5份,流平剂BYK-301 0.3份,偶联剂KH560 6份,溶剂(二甲酸脂:二甲苯,质量比为7:3)40份,消泡剂BYK-051N 0.1份;
B液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:复合有机树脂(有机硅树脂:环氧树脂质量比1:1)30份,硅烷偶联剂KH560 1.0份;
采用本实施例组合产品处理金属基材的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将还原性除锈剂配制成25%的水溶液,之后生锈金属基材进行浸泡或喷洒于生锈金属基材的表面,之后烘干,烘干温度60℃,时间5min;
(2)将A液与B液按照重量比为13:7混合后搅拌,涂覆于经过步骤(1)处理的金属基材上,120℃下预烘10min,180℃固化25min,之后自然冷却至室温,即可在基材上成膜。
实施例3
一种无铬锌铝镍涂料组合产品,所述产品包含独立包装的A液与B液;
A液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:锌粉(片状,长为10-15μm,宽为0.2-0.3μm)24份,铝粉(片状,长为5-25μm,宽为0.1-0.4μm)4份,镍粉(平均粒径为80nm)0.5份,流平剂BYK-301 0.4份,偶联剂KH560 4份,溶剂(二甲酸脂:二甲苯,质量比为2:1)30份,消泡剂BYK-051N 0.5份;
B液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:复合有机树脂(有机硅树脂:环氧树脂质量比1:1)32份,硅烷偶联剂KH560 1.2份;
采用本实施例组合产品处理金属基材的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将还原性除锈剂配制成25%的水溶液,之后生锈金属基材进行浸泡或喷洒于生锈金属基材的表面,之后烘干,烘干温度50℃,时间5min;
(2)将A液与B液按照重量比为1.5:1混合后搅拌,涂覆于经过步骤(1)处理的金属基材上,100℃下预烘10min,280℃固化25min,之后自然冷却至室温,即可在基材上成膜。
实施例4
一种无铬锌铝镍涂料组合产品,所述产品包含独立包装的A液与B液;
A液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:锌粉(片状,长为10-15μm,宽为0.2-0.3μm)20份,铝粉(片状,长为5-25μm,宽为0.1-0.4μm)6份,镍粉(平均粒径为80nm)0.1份,流平剂RG-5305 0.1份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷2份,溶剂(二甲酸脂:二甲苯,质量比为1:1)45份,消泡剂BYK-051N 0.4份;
B液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:复合有机树脂(有机硅树脂:环氧树脂质量比1:1)28份,乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份;
采用本实施例组合产品处理金属基材的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将还原性除锈剂配制成25%的水溶液,之后生锈金属基材进行浸泡或喷洒于生锈金属基材的表面,之后烘干,烘干温度70℃,时间3min;
(2)将A液与B液按照重量比为11:9混合后搅拌,涂覆于经过步骤(1)处理的金属基材上,80℃下预烘10min,280℃固化25min,之后自然冷却至室温,即可在基材上成膜。
实施例5
一种无铬锌铝镍涂料组合产品,所述产品包含独立包装的A液与B液;
A液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:锌粉(片状,长为10-15μm,宽为0.2-0.3μm)20份,铝粉(片状,长为5-25μm,宽为0.1-0.4μm)6份,镍粉(平均粒径为80nm)0.1份,流平剂BYK-313 0.1份,甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷2份,溶剂(二甲酸脂:二甲苯,质量比为1:1)45份,消泡剂BYK-053N0.4份;
B液所含原料及各原料的重量份数为:复合有机树脂(有机硅树脂:环氧树脂质量比1:1)28份,甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份;
采用本实施例组合产品处理金属基材的工艺方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将还原性除锈剂配制成25%的水溶液,之后生锈金属基材进行浸泡或喷洒于生锈金属基材的表面,之后烘干,烘干温度50℃,时间5min;
(2)将A液与B液按照重量比为11:9混合后搅拌,涂覆于经过步骤(1)处理的金属基材上,120℃下预烘10min,260℃固化25min,之后自然冷却至室温,即可在基材上成膜。
测试例:
对实施例1-5所得基材上成膜的涂层进行性能测试,测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (10)
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合产品,其特征在于,所述锌粉为片状锌粉,长为10-15μm,宽为0.2-0.3μm;铝粉为片状铝粉,长为5-25μm,宽为0.1-0.4μm;所述镍粉的平均粒径为80nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合产品,其特征在于,所述流平剂为丙烯酸流平剂或有机硅流平剂,优选地为RG-5305、BYK-300、BYK-301、BYK-302、BYK-306、BYK-310、BYK-313、BYK-320、BYK-325N中的一种或多种;所述A液中的偶联剂为KH550、KH560、A151、A171、A172、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种;所述消泡剂为BYK-051N、BYK-052N、BYK-053N、BYK-085、BYK-088中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的的组合产品,其特征在于,所述溶剂为二甲酸脂与二甲苯混合制得的高沸点混合溶剂,二甲酸脂与二甲苯的质量比为1:1~7:3。
5.根据权利要求1所述的的组合产品,其特征在于,所述B液中的复合有机树脂为有机硅树脂与环氧树脂按照1:1混合,制得的复合有机树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的的组合产品,其特征在于,所述B液中的偶联剂为KH550、KH560、A151、A171、A172、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的的组合产品,其特征在于,使用时,A液与B液混合后搅拌,涂覆于基材后,80-140℃下预烘10min,230-280℃固化25min,之后自然冷却至室温,即可在基材上成膜。
8.一种权利要求1所述组合产品的应用,其特征在于,用于金属基材的表面处理。
9.一种使用权利要求1所述组合产品处理金属基材的工艺方法,其特征在于,所述工艺方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将还原性除锈剂配制成一定浓度的水溶液,之后生锈金属基材进行浸泡或喷洒于生锈金属基材的表面,之后烘干,烘干温度50-70℃,时间3-5min;
(2)将A液与B液混合后搅拌,涂覆于经过步骤(1)处理的金属基材上,80-120℃下预烘10min,180-280℃固化25min,之后自然冷却至室温,即可在基材上成膜。
10.根据权利要求9所述的工艺方法,其特征在于,所述还原性除锈剂为硼硫酸酯还原性除锈剂。
