The waterborne latent curing agent does not have any reaction capability in water through a special end capping technology, and the mixed components have longer storage stability, so that the defect that the two-component coating and the curing agent are completely used up in the service life after being mixed is overcome. The water-based silicon modified polyurethane resin has strong dehydration speed capability after coating construction, can discharge water into the air in a short time, and the water-based latent curing agent and the water-based silicon modified polyurethane resin can quickly react, so that the water-based silicon modified polyurethane resin also has better drying speed. The water-based high weather-resistant elastic coating is a water-based system, has no toxic or harmful solvent, has low VOC, is environment-friendly and safe; the construction is simple, quick and convenient; the paint film has special functional groups and reactive groups, and has high weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, good adhesive force, excellent paint film extensibility and elasticity.

Adding an oily elastic polyurethane curing agent and an ester solvent into a drawing cylinder, uniformly stirring, dispersing at a medium speed for 20-30 min, adding other auxiliary agents, and stirring at the medium speed for 10 min; dispersing at high speed for 20-30 min after feeding is finished, wherein the dispersion temperature is less than or equal to 60 ℃;
when in use, the component A and the component B (namely the sample 4) are fully and uniformly mixed, and then construction can be carried out.
Test conditions and results
From the above table, it can be seen that the drying property, acid and alkali resistance, and water resistance of the systems of sample 1A, sample 1B, and sample 1C are superior to those of other aqueous samples. The use of the method is the same as that of the samples 2 and 3, the curing agent is not required to be added, and the method has the advantages of convenient and simple operation and longer service life. The aqueous product is safer and more environment-friendly, and has excellent physical and chemical resistance with an oily two-component product sample (namely sample 4).

Claims (10)
1. The water-based high-weather-resistance elastic coating is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by mass:
aqueous silicon-modified polyurethane resin: 35-55 parts of a solvent;
aqueous latent curing agent: 2-4 parts.
2. The aqueous highly weather-resistant elastic coating material as claimed in claim 1,
the coating also contains an auxiliary agent.
3. The aqueous highly weather-resistant elastic coating material as claimed in claim 1,
the auxiliary agent comprises a thixotropic agent and a film-forming auxiliary agent.
4. The aqueous highly weather-resistant elastic coating material as claimed in claim 1,
the paint also contains water-based color paste.
5. The aqueous highly weather-resistant elastic coating material as claimed in claim 4,
the water-based color paste comprises a color filler.
6. The aqueous highly weather-resistant elastic coating material as claimed in claim 1,
the water-based color paste also contains deionized water and a dispersant.
7. The water-based elastic coating with high weather resistance as claimed in claim 1, which is characterized by further comprising the following components in parts by mass:
water-based color paste: 15-36 parts of color seasoning; dispersing agent: 1-2 parts of deionized water: 5-20 parts of a stabilizer;
thixotropic agent: 1.5 to 4.5 parts by weight of a stabilizer,
film-forming auxiliary agent: 4-10 parts.
8. A process for preparing the aqueous highly weatherable elastomeric coating according to claim 7,
the method comprises the following steps:
and (2) mixing and uniformly stirring the aqueous silicon modified polyurethane resin and the aqueous latent curing agent in corresponding parts by mass, adding the thixotropic agent in corresponding parts by mass, stirring again, adding the film-forming aid in corresponding parts by mass after the viscosity is stable, stirring, and finally adding the aqueous color paste for stirring to obtain a finished product.
9. The method according to claim 8,
and mixing and uniformly stirring the deionized water, the dispersant and the color filler in corresponding parts by mass, then dispersing, and grinding to the required fineness to obtain the water-based color paste.
10. The method according to claim 8,
the temperature is controlled to be less than or equal to 60 ℃ in the whole stirring process.
