At present, the kinds of pigments used in ceramic painting DIY are very many, and the pigments generally include inorganic pigments and organic pigments. Inorganic pigments, also known as mineral pigments, are produced naturally, are limited in quantity, expensive, costly, difficult to use, and not practical for everyday leisure and recreation. The organic pigment makes up for the defects, has colorful and bright color, strong tinting strength and no toxicity, gradually rises in industrial development and application, and continuously replaces the market share of inorganic pigments to be widely applied to a plurality of fields such as printing ink, plastics, coating and the like.
With the consideration of environmental protection and safety, the specific gravity of the aqueous painting materials is increasing, and even if an aqueous system is not adopted, the safety of the pigment is expected to be better guaranteed, so that the composite pigment adopting the aqueous system as the organic pigment is a more expected direction. Based on the existing ceramic colored drawing pigment and the defects thereof, the special composition is added to improve the defects of the colored drawing pigment and improve the dispersibility and the aging resistance of the colored drawing pigment.

The sodium bentonite is preferably 50 to 75 mass%, more preferably 60 to 70 mass%, in the additive.
The micronized wax refers to polyethylene wax which has good dispersion effect and anti-sedimentation effect in a system, and can further enable organic pigments to have better dispersibility in the system and enable colored drawing pigments to show stronger stereoscopic impression by matching with sodium bentonite. The mass percentage of the micronized wax in the additive is 20-35%, preferably 23-30%.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stabilizer is one or a combination of two of di-n-octyltin dilaurate and nano zinc oxide. On the whole, the appearance, the adhesive force and the aging resistance of the colored drawing pigment are good, and the obvious defects of poor dispersibility, poor adhesive force, poor aging resistance and the like of the organic pigment in the aqueous resin are well solved.

the colored drawing pigment was brush-coated on a ceramic plate having a thickness of 1cm at a thickness of 50. + -.5. mu.m, and then dried and cured at 25. + -. 2 ℃ in an atmosphere of 55. + -. 5% humidity, and the relevant properties were measured, and the results are shown in Table 1.
Appearance: the cured test plate is placed under natural light for visual observation, if no obvious defects such as brush marks, particles, bubbles, wrinkles or shrinkage holes exist, the coating is uniform, the test plate is evaluated as qualified, otherwise, the test plate is evaluated as unqualified;
and (3) testing the adhesive force: according to the GB/T1720-2020 circle drawing method; after the measurement is finished, detecting scratches by using a quadruple magnifier and grading;
and (3) aging resistance test: adopting a Q-Sun xenon arc lamp aging test box according to the regulation of cycle A in GB/T1865-2009; the evaluation of the results was carried out in accordance with GB/T1766.

The results in table 1 show that the color drawing pigment of the invention has good appearance, adhesive force and aging resistance, and specifically, the appearance has no obvious defects of brush marks, particles, bubbles, wrinkles or shrinkage cavities after being dried and cured; the adhesive force is less than or equal to 2 grade; in the artificial accelerated aging test, the color change grade is 0-2 grade, and the pulverization grade is 0-1 grade; in the cracking grades, the cracking number is 1-2 grades, and the cracking size is S1-S2 grades; in the peeling grades, the peeling area grade is 1-3 grades, and the peeling size grade is S1-S2 grades.
The appearance, adhesion and aging resistance of comparative example 1 were significantly deteriorated, and the resulting colored drawing pigment was poor in properties and could not be used for normal drawing due to poor mixing of the organic pigment with the aqueous resin as a whole. The adhesion and aging resistance of comparative examples 2 and 3 were both reduced from example 5, showing that the use of micronized wax and stabilizers in the additives has a beneficial effect on the enhancement of pigment adhesion and its resistance to chalking, cracking and/or flaking.
The above examples and effects show that the colored drawing pigment of the invention has more reasonable composition, no obvious apparent defect, good adhesive force, more obvious aging resistance and better overall performance, and is better for ceramic colored drawing.

Claims (10)

1. The ceramic DIY colored drawing pigment comprises water-based resin, organic pigment and additives thereof, and is characterized in that: the additive consists of sodium bentonite, micronized wax and a stabilizer.
2. The ceramic DIY coloring pigment of claim 1, wherein: the stabilizer is one or the combination of two of di-n-octyl tin dilaurate and nano zinc oxide.
3. The ceramic DIY coloring pigment of claim 2, wherein: the stabilizer is a composition of di-n-octyltin dilaurate and nano-zinc oxide, and the weight ratio of the di-n-octyltin dilaurate to the nano-zinc oxide is (2-3): 1.
4. the ceramic DIY coloring pigment of claim 1, wherein: the mass percentage of the sodium bentonite in the additive is 50-75%.
5. The ceramic DIY coloring pigment of claim 1, wherein: the mass percentage of the micro-pulverized wax in the additive is 20-35%.
6. The ceramic DIY coloring pigment of claim 1, wherein: the water-based resin is selected from water-based rosin resin emulsion or water-based acrylic emulsion.
7. The ceramic DIY coloring pigment of claim 1, wherein: the organic pigment is phthalocyanine blue pigment or phthalocyanine green pigment.
8. The ceramic DIY coloring pigment of claim 1, wherein: the mass percent of the water-based resin is 50-75%, the mass percent of the organic pigment is 20-45%, and the mass percent of the additive is 1-8%.

The method of making a ceramic DIY color drawing pigment according to any one of claims 1-8, wherein: the method comprises the following steps: firstly, accurately weighing the water-based resin, the organic pigment, the sodium bentonite, the micronized wax and the stabilizer according to the components; then adding the sodium bentonite into the water-based resin, and stirring at medium speed for 10-20 minutes; then adding organic pigment, stirring at a slow speed for 10-20 minutes, and stirring at a medium speed for 5-15 minutes; continuously adding the micro-powder wax, and stirring at high speed for 5-8 minutes; and finally, adding a stabilizer, slowly stirring for 20-30 minutes, uniformly mixing, and standing to obtain the water-based paint.
10. The method of making a ceramic DIY color drawing pigment of claim 9, wherein: the rotating speed of the low-speed stirring is 300-500 rpm; the rotating speed of medium-speed stirring is 800-; the high-speed stirring speed is 1500-2000 rpm.
