Optionally, the lengths of the second side 232 and the third side 233 are the same, and the length ranges from 15mm to 25 mm.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 2, the lengths of the second side edge 232 and the third side edge 233 are too large to easily affect the rotation space of the first board body 11, and limit the rotation angle of the first board body 11; the lengths of the second side 232 and the third side 233 are too small, so that the limiting capability of the limiting member 23 on the second connecting surface 111 is easily reduced.
Wherein, the length of the first side 231 ranges from 25mm to 40 mm.
It can be understood that, referring to fig. 3, the length of the first side 231 is too large, which easily results in an increase in the weight of the limiting member 23; when the length of the first side 231 is too small, the connection strength between the limiting member 23 and the second plate 21 is weakened, so that the first side is easily broken.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the second mounting surface 212 and the first coupling surface 213 have at least one first reinforcing rib 215 thereon, and the first reinforcing rib 215 extends in a direction from the second mounting surface 212 to the first coupling surface 213.
At least one first reinforcing rib 215 is provided to reinforce the strength of the second plate body 21 and the strength of the joint of the second plate body 21 and the second sleeve 22.
Optionally, one end of the first rib 215 is located at the connection position of the first connection surface 213 and the second sleeve 22, and the other end is located between the lightening slot 214 on the second mounting surface 212 and the second mounting hole 2121.
Alternatively, the first reinforcing bead 215 may have a length of 35mm and a width of 12 mm.
In some embodiments, the first reinforcing ribs 215 may be two and are symmetrically disposed on one side of the second board body 21 for reinforcing the strength of the second mounting surface 212 and the first connecting surface 213.
In some embodiments, two opposite sides of the second plate 21 adjacent to the side of the second plate 21 connected with the limiting member 23 are provided with flanges to further enhance the strength of the second plate 21.
Because the second plate body 21 is provided with the at least one first reinforcing rib 215 and the flanging, the second plate body 21 has higher strength, and the thickness of the second plate body 21 can be only set to be 2 mm-3 mm, which is beneficial to reducing the weight of the hinge for the vehicle.
In some embodiments, the second plate 21 and the at least one second sleeve 22 are integrally formed.
Alternatively, the second plate 21 and the at least one second sleeve 22 may be made by metal stamping.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, the rotating shaft 3 is a hinge coupling structure for a vehicle, and may be used to rotatably couple the movable plate 1 and the fixed plate 2.
In some embodiments, the rotating shaft 3 is of cylindrical configuration.
Alternatively, the cross-sectional diameter of the rotating shaft 3 may be 4 mm.
Alternatively, the length of the rotating shaft 3 may be 100 mm.
Alternatively, the material of the rotating shaft 3 may be a metal material.
In some embodiments, the rotating shaft 3 has at least one first connecting section 31 and at least one second connecting section 32, wherein the at least one first sleeve 12 is sleeved on the at least one first connecting section 31 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the at least one second sleeve 22 is sleeved on the at least two second connecting sections 32 in a one-to-one correspondence.
It will be appreciated that the number and length of the first connector segments 31 are the same as the number and length of the first sleeves 12, and the number and length of the second connector segments 32 are the same as the number and length of the second sleeves 22.
Alternatively, the number of the first connecting section 31 and the second connecting section 32 may be two, and the lengths of the first connecting section 31 and the second connecting section 32 may be 13 mm.
In some embodiments, since the distance between the two first sleeves 12 is greater than the distance between the two second sleeves 22, two second connection segments 32 may be located between the two first connection segments 31, as shown in fig. 5. In practical applications, the position of the first connecting section 31 and the second connecting section 32 can be determined by the relative position of the first sleeve 12 and the second sleeve, for example, two first connecting sections 31 and two second connecting sections 32 can be alternately arranged, and is not limited in particular.
In addition, the embodiment of the application also provides a vehicle, and the vehicle comprises at least one hinge for the vehicle as in the embodiment.
It is understood that the vehicle includes a vehicle body connected to the first plate body 11 of the hinge provided in the above embodiment, and a filler cap connected to the second plate body 21 of the hinge provided in the above embodiment.
Therefore, based on the use of the hinge for the vehicle, the vehicle provided in the embodiment of the present application is disposed in the first sleeve 12 and the second sleeve 22 through the rotating shaft 3, so that the movable plate 1 and the fixed plate 2 can be rotatably connected, and since the limiting member 23 is disposed on the fixed plate 2, and an included angle between an extending direction of the limiting member 23 and an extending direction of the second plate 21 of the fixed plate 2 is defined as 90 ° to 120 °, when the movable plate 1 rotates relative to the fixed plate 2, the limiting member 23 can limit a rotating angle of the movable plate 1, and can effectively avoid the contact between the protective cover and the vehicle body.

Claims (10)

1. The hinge for vehicle, characterized in that, the hinge for vehicle includes: a movable plate (1), a fixed plate (2) and a rotating shaft (3);
the mobile plate (1) comprises a first plate (11) and at least one first sleeve (12), the at least one first sleeve (12) being located on one side of the first plate (11);
the fixing plate (2) comprises a second plate body (21), at least one second sleeve (22) and a limiting piece (23), the at least one second sleeve (22) and the limiting piece (23) are located on the same side of the second plate body (21), the limiting piece (23) is configured to limit a bending angle formed by the second plate body (21) relative to the limiting piece (23) within a preset angle range, and the preset angle range is 90-120 degrees;
the rotating shaft (3) is arranged in the at least one first sleeve (12) and the at least one second sleeve (22) in a penetrating mode.

The hinge for vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the second plate body (21) includes a first mounting surface (211), a second mounting surface (212), and a first connection surface (213) connected in sequence, the first mounting surface (211) and the second mounting surface (212) are arranged in a bent manner, the second mounting surface (212) and the first connection surface (213) are arranged in a bent manner, and a side of the first connection surface (213) away from the second mounting surface (212) is connected to the stopper (23).

Hinge for vehicle according to claim 2, characterized in that said retaining element (23) has a first side (231), a second side (232) and a third side (233), said first side (231) being connected to said first connection surface (213), said second side (232) and said third side (233) being adjacent to said first side (231);
the outer edge of the second side edge (232) is provided with a flanging, and the outer edge of the third side edge (233) is provided with a flanging.
4. Hinge for vehicles according to claim 2, characterized in that said first mounting surface (211) has at least one first mounting hole (2111) and said second mounting surface (212) has at least one second mounting hole (2121);
the first mounting surface (211) and the second mounting surface (212) have weight-reducing grooves (214) thereon.

Hinge for vehicle use according to claim 2, characterized in that said second mounting surface (212) and said first connection surface (213) have at least one first reinforcement rib (215) thereon, said first reinforcement rib (215) extending in a direction from said second mounting surface (212) to said first connection surface (213).

The hinge for vehicle of claim 2, wherein the first plate body (11) includes a second connection surface (111), a third connection surface (112), a fourth connection surface (113), and a third connection surface (114) connected in sequence, the second connection surface (111) and the fourth connection surface (113) are located on the same side of the third connection surface (112), an extending direction of the second connection surface (111) is perpendicular to an extending direction of the third connection surface (112), an extending direction of the third connection surface (114) is parallel to an extending direction of the third connection surface (112), and a side of the second connection surface (111) away from the third connection surface (112) has the at least one first sleeve (12).

Hinge for vehicle according to claim 6, characterized in that said second connection surface (111), said third connection surface (112) and said fourth connection surface (113) have at least one second reinforcement rib (115), said second reinforcement rib (115) extending in a direction from said second connection surface (111) to said fourth connection surface (113);
the second connection surface (111) has a first lightening hole (1111), the third connection surface (112) has a second lightening hole (1121), the fourth connection surface (113) has a third lightening hole (1131), the third mounting surface (114) has a fourth lightening hole (1141) and at least one second mounting hole (1142).
8. Hinge according to claim 6, wherein the stop (23) is able to stop the second connection surface (111) in a direction along which the stop (23) extends.
9. The hinge for vehicle as claimed in claim 1, wherein flanges are provided on opposite sides of the second plate (21) adjacent to one side of the second plate (21) to which the stopper (23) is connected; the opposite sides of the first plate body (11) adjacent to the side of the first plate body (11) where the at least one first sleeve (12) is located are both provided with a flange.
10. A vehicle comprising at least one vehicular hinge according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
