It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations of the invention can be made without departing from the principles of the invention and these modifications and adaptations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.

Claims (14)

1. The wheel insert comprises an insert body (1) and a fastener arranged on the back of the insert body (1), and is characterized by comprising a screw column (2), a plurality of clamping feet (3) and a bead ring (4); the screw column (2) is positioned at a position close to the center of the wheel on the insert body (1); part of the clamping pins (3) are positioned on the insert body (1) and used for being clamped with the back surface of the wheel rim (51), and the other part of the clamping pins (3) are positioned on the insert body (1) and used for being clamped with the back surface of the wheel spoke (52); each clamping leg (3) is provided with a clamping groove (8) at the inner side of the head part, and the bead ring (4) is embedded into the clamping grooves (8) to elastically support the clamping leg (3); the insert body is provided with U-shaped positioning blocks (16), each U-shaped positioning block (16) is in a U shape with an opening facing to the outer side, wherein the top of the first U-shaped positioning block (161) is provided with an inclined plane or an arc surface part which can be embedded with a wheel rim (51), the top of the second U-shaped positioning block (162) is provided with an inclined plane or an arc surface part which can be embedded with a wheel spoke (52) on one side, and the top of the third U-shaped positioning block (163) is provided with an inclined plane or an arc surface part which can be embedded with the wheel spoke (52) on the other side.

The wheel insert according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamping foot (3) comprises a first clamping foot (31) for clamping engagement with a wheel rim (51), a second clamping foot (32) for clamping engagement with the rear face of a wheel spoke (52) on the one hand, and a third clamping foot (33) for clamping engagement with the rear face of a wheel spoke (52) on the other hand.
3. Wheel insert according to claim 2, characterized in that the first detent (31) is intended for a snap fit with a recess (6) in the rear side of the wheel rim (51).
4. Wheel insert according to claim 1, characterized in that the foot of the foot (3) has a widened projection (7) opposite the foot head, the projection (7) being of hollow construction with an opening in the same direction as the foot head.
5. Wheel insert according to claim 1, characterized in that the insert body (1) is provided with a stop (9) located inside the bead ring (4) beside the head of each of the clamping feet (3).

The wheel insert of claim 2, wherein the number of first U-shaped locating blocks (161) is two, the first clamping feet (31) being in a position between the first U-shaped locating blocks (161) and retracted inwardly; the number of the second U-shaped positioning blocks (162) is two, and the second clamping feet (32) are positioned between the second U-shaped positioning blocks (162) and are in inward retracted positions; the number of the third U-shaped positioning blocks (163) is two, and the third clamping feet (33) are positioned between the third U-shaped positioning blocks (163) and are in an inward retracted position.

The wheel insert according to claim 6, characterized in that a first enclosure rib plate (17) connected with the root of the first clamping leg (31) is arranged between the tail parts of the first U-shaped positioning blocks (161), a second enclosure rib plate (18) connected with the root of the second clamping leg (32) is arranged between the tail parts of the second U-shaped positioning blocks (162), and a third enclosure rib plate (19) connected with the root of the third clamping leg (33) is arranged between the tail parts of the third U-shaped positioning blocks (163).

The wheel insert of claim 7, wherein a fourth containment web (20) is provided between the first U-shaped locating block (161) and the second U-shaped locating block (162), between the second U-shaped locating block (162) and the third U-shaped locating block (163), and between the third U-shaped locating block (163) and the first U-shaped locating block (161) in an offset position that conforms to the outer contour thereof.

Wheel insert according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the rear face of the insert body (1) is provided with a generally geometrically centered hollow cylinder (21), the periphery of the hollow cylinder (21) being provided with reinforcing webs (22) extending in the direction of the wheel rim (51), the wheel web (52) and the screw post (2), respectively.
10. Wheel insert according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the insert body (1) is provided with a limit post (23) and a limit rib (24) for preventing circumferential play.

A wheel comprising a rim (51) and a spoke (52) on which a wheel insert is provided, characterized in that the wheel insert is a wheel insert according to any one of the preceding claims 1 to 10; the spoke (52) is provided with a mounting platform (53) corresponding to the screw column (2), the mounting platform (53) is provided with a screw hole (54), and the screw column (2) is inserted into the screw hole (54) from the front and is fixed from the back by a screw (15); and one part of the clamping pins (3) is clamped with the back surface of the rim (51), and the other part of the clamping pins (3) is clamped with the back surface of the spoke (52).
12. The wheel according to claim 11, wherein the screw hole (54) is a through hole having counter bores at both ends, wherein a counter bore depth for inserting the screw post (2) is larger than a counter bore depth for screwing in the screw (15).
13. A wheel according to claim 11, wherein the rim (51) has an undercut formation to form a recess (6) for engagement with the foot (3).
14. An automobile comprising a body, an engine and/or an electric motor, and a wheel mounted to the body, wherein the wheel is a wheel provided with a wheel insert according to any one of the preceding claims 11 to 13.
