将柴油排放流体供应到柴油发动机的排放系统的管包含由第一材料制成的内层以及由第二材料制成的外层。所述第一材料包括聚醚砜聚合物或聚苯硫醚。第二材料包括聚酰胺或聚邻苯二甲酰胺。所述内层的外表面以及所述外层的内表面包括反应性材料,该反应性材料促进了所述管的内层与外层之间的结合。
在另一特征中,所述反应性材料在没有粘合剂的情况下促进了所述管的内层与外层之间的结合。
在另一特征中,所述管进一步包含在管的内层与外层之间的粘合剂层。

在另一特征中,聚酰胺包括PA6.10或PA9T。

具体实施方式
用于向柴油供能的车辆的排放系统供应柴油排放流体(DEF)的管(或软管)(以下称为DEF管)可能会经受来自所述排放系统的相邻部件的相对高的温度。高温能够使得在DEF管中的残留DEF沸腾,所述DEF将产生氨气。只要一些残留的DEF在DEF管中保持液态,氨气就不会达到下述温度:在该温度下氨气变得具有化学侵蚀性并且损坏DEF管。如果穿过DEF管的壁进行传递的热通量使得在DEF管中的所有残留的DEF沸腾(即,如果在DEF管中没有残留的DEF保持液态),则氨气就变得过热并且具有化学侵蚀性。如果不使用耐高温的材料来构造DEF管,并且如果DEF管的内层不包含对于由于过热的氨气所致的化学侵蚀进行抵抗的材料,则DEF管的内表面和外表面可能劣化并且变脆。
为了抵抗由于过热的氨气所致的化学侵蚀,通常将诸如氟碳聚合物和含氟弹性体之类的材料用作DEF管的内衬。然而,氟碳聚合物价格昂贵,并且含氟弹性体会增加DEF管的重量。
本公开提供了由如下材料制成的DEF管:所述材料比氟碳聚合物更便宜并且其对于由于过热的氨气所致的热量和化学侵蚀具有抵抗力。具体地,根据本公开的DEF管包括两层或三层。DEF管的内层或内衬(也称为第一层)能够包括具有耐高温性和耐化学性的聚醚砜聚合物(PES)或聚苯硫醚(PPS)。DEF管的外层(也称为第二层)能够包括聚酰胺(例如PA6.10、PA9T)或聚邻苯二甲酰胺(PPA)。粘合剂的层(也称为第三层或粘合剂层)可用于将DEF管的内层结合到外层或可不用于将DEF管的内层结合到外层。取决于材料等级和用于制造DEF管的工艺,粘合剂层可以作为选项来使用。
此外,DEF管的内层的外表面以及外层的内表面可以包括添加剂,该添加剂有助于在具有粘合剂层或不具有粘合剂层的情况下将DEF管的内层的外表面结合到外层的内表面。例如,这些不是粘合剂的添加剂可以包括化学反应性物质,例如具有双键的化合物。当在DEF管的制造期间经受高温和/或高压时,这些添加剂将DEF管的内层的外表面结合到外层的内表面。当使用粘合剂层时,当在DEF管的制造期间经受高温和/或高压时,这些添加剂将粘合剂层结合到DEF管的内层的外表面,并且结合到DEF管的外层的内表面。下文详细地描述本公开的这些特征和其它特征。
图1示出了包括柴油发动机102的排放系统100的示例。排放系统100包含柴油颗粒过滤器(DPF)104、选择性催化还原(SCR)系统106、消声器108以及尾管110。柴油发动机102燃烧柴油并产生排气。DPF104从排气中去除颗粒物质。SCR系统106从排气中减少NOx气体。
另外,排放系统100包含DEF供应部或储存器112,其通过DEF管114来供应DEF。所述DEF管114的第一端部通过第一连接器116连接到DEF供应部112。DEF管114的第二端部通过第二连接器118(例如从SCR系统106的上游)连接至排放系统100的排放管120。第一和第二连接器112、118也由聚邻苯二甲酰胺(PPA)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)或耐相对高温的其它合适材料制成。
来自DEF供应部112的DEF以受控的方式被注入排放系统100的部件中。例如,来自DEF供应部112的DEF通过DEF管114注入到排放管120中。可以替代的是,DEF可以通过DEF管114直接注入到SCR系统106中。注入到排放系统100中的DEF将排气中的NOx气体转化为氮气和水。氮气和水通过消声器108和尾管110释放到环境中。
图2-图4B示出了根据本公开的DEF管114的各种横截面视图。在图2-图4B中,DEF管的所示出的元件未按比例绘制。例如,出于说明性目的,放大了元件的直径和厚度以及元件之间的距离。此外,DEF管114的形状被示出为圆柱形,仅用于示例。下文所描述的DEF管114及其元件可以是任何其它的几何形状,并且可以具有各种尺寸。
在图2中,DEF管114包括内层(贯穿本公开也称为第一层)150和外层(贯穿本公开也称为第二层)152。内层150的外表面154以及外层152的内表面156包括上文所描述的反应性添加剂,下文参照图3A和图3B来示出并且描述所述反应性添加剂。另外,DEF管114可以可选地包括粘合剂层(贯穿本公开也称为第三层)158,下文参考图4A和图4B来示出和描述所述粘合剂层。
如上所述,DEF管114的内层150可以包括具有耐高温性和耐化学性的聚醚砜聚合物(PES)或聚苯硫醚(PPS)。DEF管114的外层152可以包括聚酰胺(例如PA6.10、PA9T)或聚邻苯二甲酰胺(PPA)。优选的是,DEF管114的内层150由PPS制成,并且DEF管114的外层152由PA6.10或PA9T制成。DEF管114使用挤压工艺来制造。粘合剂层158也可以包括耐相对高温的材料。
图3A和图3B示出了根据本公开的不具有粘合剂层的DEF管114的横截面视图。图3A示出了内层150的外表面154以及外层152的内表面156。为了说明的目的,图3B通过不强调内层和外层150、152来示出外表面和内表面154、156。内层150的外表面154以及外层152的内表面156包括上述反应性添加剂(例如具有双键的化合物)。
需要注意的是,所述外表面和内表面154、156以在内层和外层150、152上的反应性添加剂的层或涂层的形式来示出,仅用于说明的目的。即,外表面和内表面154、156可以是DEF管114的内层和外层150、152上的反应性添加剂的层或涂层的形式。可替代的是,在制造所述内层和外层150、152期间,能够优选地以邻近于外表面和内表面154、156的方式将反应性添加剂构造到内层和外层150、152中。因此,内层和外层150、152可以制造成要么将反应性添加剂涂覆在外表面和内表面154、156上,要么将反应性添加剂嵌入在外表面和内表面154、156中。
图4A和图4B示出了根据本公开的具有所述粘合剂层的DEF管114的横截面视图。图4A示出了设置在内层150的外表面154与外层152的内表面156之间的粘合剂层158。为了说明的目的,图4B通过不强调内层和外层150、152来示出粘合剂层158以及外表面和内表面154、156。如上所述,在内层和外层150、152的外表面和内表面154、156中的反应性添加剂(无论是涂覆在内层和外层150、152上还是嵌入在内层和外层150、152中)都有助于将粘合剂层158结合到内层和外层150、152的外表面和内表面154、156。
由于DEF管114邻近于排放系统100的部件(例如柴油发动机102、DPF104、排放管120、SCR系统106、消声器108等),使得DEF管114经受了来自排放系统100的部件的热量。由于DEF管114所经受的来自排放系统100的部件的热量,使得在DEF管114中从柴油排放流体中产生了氨气。当没有残留的柴油排放流体存在于DEF管114中时,氨气在DEF管114中过热。
然而,正如上文参考图2至图4A所描述的那样,由于DEF管114的结构并且由于用于制造DEF管114的材料,使得DEF管114能够承受相对高温以及过热的氨气的化学侵蚀。因此,延长了DEF管114的寿命。此外,由于用于制造DEF管114的材料,使得DEF管114与其它的设计相比相对便宜。

Claims (10)

1. 一种向柴油发动机的排放系统供应柴油排放流体的管,所述管包含:
由第一材料制成的内层,其中,所述第一材料包括聚醚砜聚合物或聚苯硫醚;以及
由第二材料制成的外层,其中,所述第二材料包括聚酰胺或聚邻苯二甲酰胺,
其中,所述内层的外表面以及所述外层的内表面包括反应性材料,所述反应性材料促进了所述管的内层与外层之间的结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管,其中,所述反应性材料在没有粘合剂的情况下促进了所述管的内层与外层之间的结合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管,还包括在所述管的内层与外层之间的粘合剂层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管,其中,所述反应性材料促进了所述粘合剂层与所述内层和外层之间的结合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的管,其中,所述聚酰胺包括PA6.10或PA9T。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的管,其中:
所述管邻近于所述排放系统的部件,其中,来自所述部件的热量在所述管中从所述柴油排放流体产生了氨气;并且
当没有残留的柴油排放流体存在于所述管中时,氨气在所述管中过热。

8. 一种向柴油发动机的排放系统供应柴油排放流体的管,所述管包含:
由第一材料制成的内层,其中,所述第一材料包括聚醚砜聚合物或聚苯硫醚;以及
由第二材料制成的外层,其中,所述第二材料包括聚酰胺或聚邻苯二甲酰胺。
9.根据权利要求8所述的管,其中,所述内层的外表面以及所述外层的内表面包括非粘合性的材料,所述非粘合性的材料在没有粘合剂的情况下促进了所述内层与外层之间的结合。
10.根据权利要求8所述的管,还包含在所述管的内层与外层之间的粘合剂层。
