Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保麻纤板顶内饰及其制备方法;按重量百分比计,由以下物料组成:麻纤维按重量百分比计为35~50%;玻璃纤维按重量百分比计为10~30%;腈纶纤维按重量百分比计为30~40%,本发明由于多层麻纤板成型性好,可以较多地提高麻纤维的使用量,有效地降低板材的成本,工序少,便于大规模生产,可以提高生产效率,既可以用单套设备作业,占用较少的设备;也可以用多套设备连续作业,生产效率高,可实现流水作业。可以加工出大面积板材,使得生产效率大大提高,而且可根据产品的需要对板材进行任意长度切割,对成型车型适用性强。

一种环保麻纤板顶内饰及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰技术领域,具体地说尤其涉及一种环保麻纤板顶内饰及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着汽车行业对绿色环保要求的不断提高,汽车内饰件采用环保材料越来越多,环保、美观、舒适、个性化是汽车内饰件开发生产的研究方向。聚氨酯板、玻璃钢板等早期一些用于汽车内饰的材料由于容易产生污染等原因,正逐步被天然麻纤维复合材料所取代。天然麻纤维复合材料的加工通常都是把天然纤维和化学纤维混合制成毡板再加热加压成型。麻纤板由于采用了天然棕、麻植物纤维为原料,具有重量轻、密度低、吸湿性好、无污染的特点,是用作汽车内饰件的较为理想的材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种环保麻纤板顶内饰及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过如下技术手段实现:
一种环保麻纤板顶内饰,按重量百分比计,由以下物料组成:
麻纤维按重量百分比计为35~50%;
玻璃纤维按重量百分比计为10~30%;
腈纶纤维按重量百分比计为30~40%。
进一步地,所述麻纤维包括大麻、亚麻、剑麻、黄麻和苎麻中的一种或多种的组合。
一种环保麻纤板顶内饰的制备方法,其包括有如下步骤:
1)、将所用的纤维为麻纤维、玻璃纤维和腈纶纤维按配比组成的混合纤维;
2)、将上述混合后的纤维通过铺网制成多层复合的麻纤板,再经加热加压成型,热加压成型所用热辊温度控制在120±5℃,热辊间隙1~2mm,转速10~20rad/min。
进一步地,上述步骤2)中将各层所需的纤维分别通过铺网制成麻纤板,再将三层纤维板叠加。
进一步地,上述步骤2)中先将麻纤维通过铺网制成麻纤板,然后再在该板上用第二层纤维进行铺网制成双层板,最后再在该双层毡上用第三层纤维进行铺网而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明由于多层麻纤板成型性好,因而可以较多地提高麻纤维的使用量,有效地降低板材的成本,工序少,便于大规模生产,可以提高生产效率。既可以用单套设备作业,占用较少的设备;也可以用多套设备连续作业,生产效率高,可实现流水作业。可以加工出大面积板材,使得生产效率大大提高,而且可根据产品的需要对板材进行任意长度切割,对成型车型适用性强。
本发明通过将板材所需的三层纤维材料通过针刺固结制成一块复合针刺纤维毡直接加热辊压成型,可以减少加工工序,便于大规模生产,提高生产效率。三层中均采用丙纶纤维作粘结剂,安全无毒,麻纤维的使用量较大,可以提高强度,使拉伸强度大于3MPa,弯曲强度大于2MPa,增强板材刚性,降低板材的生产成本。

为本发明的其中一种具体实施方式:
在本实施例中,实施例1:
所用的大麻纤维、玻璃纤维和腈纶纤维组成的混合纤维。通过铺网制成多层复合的麻纤板,再经加热加压成型;
将大麻纤维、玻璃纤维和腈纶纤维分别通过铺网制成麻纤板,再将三层纤维板叠加;
所用的大麻纤维按重量百分比计为40%;
所用的玻璃纤维按重量百分比计为20%;
所用的腈纶纤维按重量百分比计为40%;
上述热加压成型所用热辊温度控制在120℃,热辊间隙1mm,转速10rad/min。
实施例2:
所用的亚麻纤维、玻璃纤维和腈纶纤维组成的混合纤维。通过铺网制成多层复合的麻纤板,再经加热加压成型;
先将亚麻纤维通过铺网制成麻纤板,然后再在该板上用第二层纤维进行铺网制成双层板,最后再在该双层毡上用第三层纤维进行铺网而成;
所用的亚麻纤维按重量百分比计为45%;
所用的玻璃纤维按重量百分比计为20%;
所用的腈纶纤维按重量百分比计为35%;
上述热加压成型所用热辊温度控制在115℃,热辊间隙1.5mm,转速10rad/min。
实施例3:
所用的剑麻纤维、玻璃纤维和腈纶纤维组成的混合纤维。通过铺网制成多层复合的麻纤板,再经加热加压成型;
将剑麻纤维、玻璃纤维和腈纶纤维分别通过铺网制成麻纤板,再将三层纤维板叠加;
所用的剑麻纤维按重量百分比计为50%;
所用的玻璃纤维按重量百分比计为15%;
所用的腈纶纤维按重量百分比计为35%;
上述热加压成型所用热辊温度控制在120℃,热辊间隙2mm,转速15rad/min。
实施例4:
所用的黄麻纤维、玻璃纤维和腈纶纤维组成的混合纤维。通过铺网制成多层复合的麻纤板,再经加热加压成型;
先将黄麻纤维通过铺网制成麻纤板,然后再在该板上用第二层纤维进行铺网制成双层板,最后再在该双层毡上用第三层纤维进行铺网而成;
所用的黄麻纤维按重量百分比计为50%;
所用的玻璃纤维按重量百分比计为20%;
所用的腈纶纤维按重量百分比计为30%;
上述热加压成型所用热辊温度控制在116℃,热辊间隙1.2mm,转速12rad/min。
实施例5:
所用的苎麻纤维、玻璃纤维和腈纶纤维组成的混合纤维。通过铺网制成多层复合的麻纤板,再经加热加压成型;
将苎麻纤维、玻璃纤维和腈纶纤维分别通过铺网制成麻纤板,再将三层纤维板叠加;
所用的苎麻纤维按重量百分比计为45%;
所用的玻璃纤维按重量百分比计为20%;
所用的腈纶纤维按重量百分比计为35%;
上述热加压成型所用热辊温度控制在120℃,热辊间隙2mm,转速20rad/min。
通过对上述实施例1~5中的方法制得的环保麻纤板顶内饰进行力学性能性实验,结果表明,制得的麻纤板的横向断裂强度可达1670~2000N,纵向断裂强度1250~1500N;横向断裂伸长率120~150%;纵向断裂伸长率136~175%。

1.一种环保麻纤板顶内饰,其特征在于:按重量百分比计,由以下物料组成:
麻纤维按重量百分比计为35~50%;
玻璃纤维按重量百分比计为10~20%;
腈纶纤维按重量百分比计为30~40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的,其特征在于:所述麻纤维包括大麻、亚麻、剑麻、黄麻和苎麻中的一种或多种的组合。
3.一种环保麻纤板顶内饰的制备方法,其特征在于:其包括有如下步骤:
1)、将所用的纤维为麻纤维、玻璃纤维和腈纶纤维按配比组成的混合纤维;
2)、将上述混合后的纤维通过铺网制成多层复合的麻纤板,再经加热加压成型,热加压成型所用热辊温度控制在120±5℃,热辊间隙1~2mm,转速10~20rad/min。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保麻纤板顶内饰的制备方法,其特征在于:上述步骤2)中将各层所需的纤维分别通过铺网制成麻纤板,再将三层纤维板叠加。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种环保麻纤板顶内饰的制备方法,其特征在于:上述步骤2)中先将麻纤维通过铺网制成麻纤板,然后再在该板上用第二层纤维进行铺网制成双层板,最后再在该双层毡上用第三层纤维进行铺网而成。
