Abstract
The invention relates to a production process of an embossed packing box, which comprises the following steps: s1, coating varnish on a PP plastic plate in a wet mode through an anilox roller, and drying and curing; s2, UV printing a required pattern on the cured varnish; s3, coating varnish on the patterns in a wet mode, and drying and curing the varnish; s4, horizontally placing the PP plastic plate on a hydraulic press plane downwards, and hydraulically forming embossing on the pattern through a die; s5, coating an EVA adhesive layer on the paperboard, and hot-pressing the EVA adhesive layer and the PP plastic plate through a hot press to form a packaging box plate; s6, cutting according to the required shape of the packaging box, and folding and forming. The invention aims to control the thickness between the PP plastic plate and the paperboard by controlling the thickness of the varnish and EVA adhesive layers through designing the production process of the packaging box with the embossments, so that the paper is ensured to be effectively adhered to the PP plastic plate and has a stronger embossment three-dimensional effect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging box printing, in particular to a production process of a packaging box with embossments.
Background
The existing packing box is usually adhered with paper with patterns on the surface of the box body through glue, so that the effects of attractive appearance and propaganda are achieved, under the market trend of packing box design competition, the packing box with three-dimensional embossments is unique, the packing box is provided with the patterns with three dimensions, the depth of the embossments can directly lead to the three-dimensional effect of the patterns, the thickness of the shell and the paper of the packing box is too thin, the three-dimensional effect of the embossments is weak, the thickness is too thick, the cost is high, and the paper is easy to crack.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the background technology, the invention aims to control the thickness between the PP plastic plate and the paperboard by controlling the thickness of the varnish and EVA adhesive layer through designing the production process with the embossing packing box, thereby ensuring that the paper is effectively adhered to the PP plastic plate and simultaneously having stronger embossing three-dimensional effect.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a production process of a packaging box with embossments, which comprises the following steps:
(1) S1, coating varnish on a PP plastic plate in a wet mode through an anilox roller, and drying and curing;
(2) S2, UV printing a required pattern on the cured varnish;
(3) S3, coating varnish on the patterns in a wet mode, and drying and curing the varnish;
(4) S4, horizontally placing the PP plastic plate on a hydraulic press plane downwards, and hydraulically forming embossing on the pattern through a die;
(5) S5, coating an EVA adhesive layer on the paperboard, and hot-pressing the EVA adhesive layer and the PP plastic plate through a hot press to form a packaging box plate; (6) S6, cutting according to the required shape of the packaging box, and folding and forming.
Further, the varnishes in the S1 and the S3 are composed of UVOP varnishes, methanol and water according to the weight percentage of 10:0.2:0.8.
Further, the S1 and the S3 are dried by a roller coater, the drying temperature is 95 ℃ to 115 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 0.7g/m to 1.0g/m 3 。
The thickness of the varnish after curing in the step S3 is 20 to 32um.
Further, the pressure of the hydraulic machine in the step S4 is 80-100 t, the pressurizing time is 1-2S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S.
Further, the hot pressing temperature of the hot press in the step S5 is 90-100 ℃, the pressure is 120-135 t, the pressurizing time is 1-2S, and the holding time is 2S.
Further, the thickness of the EVA adhesive layer is 10-16 um.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the two sides of the pattern are respectively provided with varnish of 20-32 um, so that when the pattern is embossed by a hot press, the thickness of the embossable pattern is increased, and the space third dimension of the pattern of the packaging box is improved.
2. The EVA adhesive layer is used as an adhesive to press the paperboard and the PP plate, so that the paperboard and the PP plastic plate are prevented from being cracked and separated due to air drying.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a first embodiment of a production process of an embossed packing box, comprising the steps of:
(1) S1, coating varnish 2 on a PP plastic plate 1 in a wet mode through an anilox roller, drying and solidifying through a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 110 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 0.8g/m 3 ;
(2) S2, printing a required pattern 3 on the cured varnish 2 by UV, and printing by a 5-color UV printer.
(3) S3, wet-coating varnish 2 on the pattern 3, and drying and curing by a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 110 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 0.8g/m 3 The thickness is 30um;
(4) S4, horizontally placing the PP plastic plate 1 on a plane of a hydraulic press downwards, and hydraulically forming embossing on the pattern 3 through a die, so that the pattern 3 forms a three-dimensional pattern 3 in the varnish 2, wherein the pressure is 80t, the pressurizing time is 1S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S;
(5) S5, coating an EVA adhesive layer 4 on the paperboard 5, wherein the thickness of the EVA adhesive layer 4 is 12 mu m, and forming a packaging box board through hot pressing with the PP plastic board 1 by a hot press, wherein the hot pressing temperature of the hot press is 100 ℃, the pressure is 120t, the pressurizing time is 1S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S;
(6) S6, cutting according to the required shape of the packaging box, and folding to form the packaging box.
The present invention provides a second embodiment comprising the steps of:
(1) S1, coating varnish 2 on a PP plastic plate 1 in a wet mode through an anilox roller, drying and solidifying through a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 115 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 0.7g/m 3 ;
(2) S2, printing a required pattern 3 on the cured varnish 2 by UV, and printing by a 5-color UV printer.
(3) S3, wet-coating varnish 2 on the pattern 3, and drying and curing by a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 115 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 0.7g/m 3 The thickness is 20um;
(4) S4, horizontally placing the PP plastic plate 1 on a plane of a hydraulic press downwards, and hydraulically forming embossing on the pattern 3 through a die, so that the pattern 3 forms a three-dimensional pattern 3 in the varnish 2, wherein the pressure is 80t, the pressurizing time is 1S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S;
(5) S5, coating an EVA adhesive layer 4 on the paperboard 5, wherein the thickness of the EVA adhesive layer 4 is 10 mu m, and forming a packaging box board through hot pressing with the PP plastic board 1 by a hot press, wherein the hot pressing temperature of the hot press is 100 ℃, the pressure is 120t, the pressurizing time is 1S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S;
(6) S6, cutting according to the required shape of the packaging box, and folding to form the packaging box.

(1) S1, coating varnish 2 on a PP plastic plate 1 in a wet mode through an anilox roller, drying and solidifying through a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 95 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 1.0g/m 3 ;
(2) S2, printing a required pattern 3 on the cured varnish 2 by UV, and printing by a 5-color UV printer.
(3) S3, wet-coating varnish 2 on the pattern 3, and drying and curing by a roller coater, wherein the drying temperature is 95 ℃, and the coating dry weight is controlled to be 1.0g/m 3 The thickness is 32um;
(4) S4, horizontally placing the PP plastic plate 1 on a plane of a hydraulic press downwards, and hydraulically forming embossing on the pattern 3 through a die, so that the pattern 3 forms a three-dimensional pattern 3 in the varnish 2, wherein the pressure is 100t, the pressurizing time is 2S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S;
(5) S5, coating an EVA adhesive layer 4 on the paperboard 5, wherein the thickness of the EVA adhesive layer 4 is 16um, and forming a packaging box board through hot pressing with the PP plastic board 1 by a hot press, wherein the hot pressing temperature of the hot press is 90 ℃, the pressure is 135t, the pressurizing time is 2S, and the pressure maintaining time is 2S;
(6) S6, cutting according to the required shape of the packaging box, and folding to form the packaging box.

s5, coating an EVA adhesive layer on the paperboard, and hot-pressing the EVA adhesive layer and the PP plastic plate through a hot press to form a packaging box plate;
s6, cutting according to the required shape of the packaging box, and folding and forming.
