Traditionally, melamine a-board was produced by printing wood grain patterns on titanium paper on a core paper made of unbleached kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin, then laminating the melamine resin-impregnated pieces, and then layering the melamine resin-impregnated pieces on top of the melamine resin-impregnated core paper. This was done by combining a laminate of resin-impregnated overlay papers together using hot pressure.

However, the laminated name plate obtained by this method has a flat surface up to the wood grain conduit groove, and does not have the original conduit groove. Furthermore, even if an embossed plate that matches the printed pattern is used as a mirror plate used for hot-press molding, the pattern paper expands and contracts due to impregnation, drying, and heat-pressing, making it difficult to achieve perfect synchronization. The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks and aims at a method for producing Irihoko boards having a synchronized emposu wood grain or an abstract pattern. The present invention is characterized in that a synchronous empos is formed by using a film and dissolving the non-patterned part of the water-soluble film with the water remaining in the impregnated titanium paper.

That is, in the present invention, a resin-soaked titanium paper having residual moisture is layered on a base material, and a printed film is further formed by forming a pattern on a part of a water-curable film with oil-based ink. It consists of hot-pressure molding of stacked laminates with the pattern side facing the titanium paper side. Hereinafter, an example of the present invention described above will be described with reference to the drawings.

The above-mentioned laminate A is obtained by laminating in order from the bottom in FIG. 1 a resin-impregnated core paper 2 as a base material, a resin-impregnated titanium paper 3 having residual moisture, and a printing film 4. The printed film 4 is formed by printing a pattern 6 using oil-based ink on a part of a water-removable film 5, and is arranged with the patterned surface facing the impregnated titanium paper 3 side. In the case of a woodgrain pattern, the pattern 6 is a reverse printing of the wood grain conduit portion, and in the case of an abstract pattern having joints, the pattern 6 is a reverse printing of the joint portion. The laminated body A is preferably placed on a pair of hot platens 1, 1' via a mirror plate 7 on a printing film 4.
For example, in the case of high pressure melamine, between 140 and 150

During this hot-press molding, the non-patterned portions of the water-bathable film 5 constituting the printing film 4 are dissolved by the moisture remaining in the impregnated titanium paper 3, and these portions become concave portions, forming embossments that conform to the pattern 6. be done (
Figure 2). In FIG. 2, the pattern 6 and the remaining water-soluble film 5 are shown in a laminated state for convenience, but in most parts they are integrated. In the above-described resin-impregnated core paper, in the high-pressure melamine method, a core paper made of unbleached kraft paper impregnated with fair resin is usually used.

In addition, the resin soaked titanium paper mentioned above has a dark basis weight of 55 to 1.
40 ta' is preferably used, and the residual moisture is 10
It is desirable that it be about 25 to 25 evenings/day. The titanium paper is used by impregnating it with a hard resin of a desired decorative board, such as melamine resin, by a conventional method. On the side of the titanium paper on which the printing film 4 is to be applied, a pattern for the recesses can be printed on the part that will become the recesses after molding. In this case, the impregnated titanium paper 3 and the printing film 4 must be laminated so that the concave pattern overlaps the non-pattern of the printing film 4. Next, the water-repellent film constituting the above printing film includes polyvinyl alcohol, sodium polyacrylate, methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, polyethylene oxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone,
Acrylic acid amide, dextrin, nitrogen, casein,
These include gelatin and gum arabic.

Printing is performed on these films using a gravure printing method or the like with a reverse pattern of wood grain conduits or a reverse pattern of abstract joints. The ink used is an oil-based ink based on cererose acetate, polybutyral, etc. It is desirable that the water-soluble film has a thickness of about 50 to 100 mm. Furthermore, the surface of the decorative board obtained by the method of the present invention is coated with a thermosetting resin such as an aminoalkyd resin or a polyurethane resin for about 3 to 10 days per day by a method such as roll coating or flow coating. can improve sex.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the method of the present invention, a synchronized embossed convex plate can be obtained extremely easily, and can be applied to hot-press molding of high-pressure melamine.

Next, a dark titanium paper of 809 mm was impregnated with the solid content of the melamine-formaldehyde condensed resin for 70 evenings/day and the residual moisture was impregnated with the solid content of 5 evenings/day and dried. Further, a phenol-formaldehyde condensation resin was impregnated into an unbleached Kraft 140 ta' base paper to a resin solid content of 80 ta' and dried. Assemble the polyvinyl alcohol printing film (printed side down), 1 sheet of impregnated titanium paper, and 4 sheets of unbleached kraft impregnated paper from the top, reload the stainless steel mirror plate from the top, and place between a pair of heating plates. 14000, 80k9/ground,
When hot-press molded for 50 minutes, a tuned embossed melamine decorative board in which the wood grain conduit portions were recessed portions was obtained.
