As shown in fig. 1 to 5, after the waste is put into the machine body 1, the driving motor 82 is started, so that the driving sprocket 83 is driven by the driving chain 84 to rotate the two roller shafts 411, and the rotation direction is changed by the planetary gear to make the rotation directions of the two roller shafts 411 opposite.
As shown in fig. 6-10, when hard waste is encountered, the roller shaft 411 is connected with the engaging ring 242 by the connecting member 241, so that the driving handle 24 makes a circular motion while the crushing roller 41 rotates, then the sensor 32 is sequentially triggered to send a signal to the controller, the controller sends a signal to control the timer 31, the timer 31 calculates a triggering interval and sends a signal to the controller, the controller determines whether the time interval is an average speed, and then sends a signal to the driving motor 23, when the time interval is too long, the hard position is represented, so that the driving motor 23 is started, the mother plate 21 and the daughter plate 22 move by driving the threaded rod 29 to rotate, the pair of mother plate 21 and the daughter plate 22 move relatively by using the threads in two rotating directions on the driving threaded rod 29, so that separation is completed, when the crushing roller 41 moves relatively, the lifting device 81 is started, so that the adjusting chain wheel 85 is retracted, the transmission chain 84 is flattened for increasing the transmission distance, then the hard substances are discharged, the motor 23 is driven to start reverse reset, and the lifting device 81 is started to extend.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, when the crushing tooth 42 needs to be replaced, the dismounting plate 7 is removed, then the driving motor 23 is started, the mother plate 21 and the daughter plate 22 are moved by driving the rotation of the threaded rod 29, the pair of mother plate 21 and daughter plate 22 are moved relatively by driving the threads of the two rotation directions on the threaded rod 29, thereby completing the separation, then the crushing tooth 42 to be replaced is found, the handle 243 is pushed along the axial direction of the crushing roller 41 so that the adapter ring 242 pushes the inner toothed ring 25, so that the transmission gear 27 enters the space between the inner teeth of the inner toothed ring 25 and the connecting rod 26, the driving motor 82 is started, the crushing tooth 42 to be replaced is rotated to the position where the dismounting plate 7 is removed, then the threaded connecting shaft 43 of the position of the crushing tooth 42 to be replaced is separately rotated, the crushing teeth 42 in front of the damaged crushing tooth 42 are sequentially dismounted, and installed, one crushing tooth 42 is rotated in, the grub screw 422 is connected, a rod with a specific length is extended into the threaded through groove 423 to abut against the grub screw 422, then the next crushing tooth 42 is placed in, the next crushing tooth 42 can be installed after the rod abuts against the next grub screw 422, and the rod can be taken out by taking off the grub screw 422.
As shown in fig. 8-9, when the crushed waste enters the layering cavity 51, one of the suction pumps 531 is started, then the electromagnetic valve 532 is opened, the liquid is discharged into the layering cavity 51 through the connecting pipe 534, then the high-density waste is deposited at the bottom of the liquid, then the blocking door 52 is opened to salvage the waste with low density, then the other suction pump 531 is started, then the electromagnetic valve 532 is opened, the liquid is discharged into the storage cavity 54 through the connecting pipe 534, and finally the electric opening and closing door 55 with high density is opened to discharge the waste.
