The advantages of the second embodiment over the first embodiment are:
through the arrangement of the hose 14, the water in the water tank 5 can be extracted without being influenced after the L-shaped water inlet pipe 13 rises, and the L-shaped water inlet pipe 13 can rotate conveniently;
secondly, the first brake mechanism can brake the rotating platform 8, so that the rotating platform 8 is prevented from being driven to rotate when the rotating cylinder 22 is driven to rotate;
thirdly, the second brake mechanism is arranged to brake the rotating cylinder 22, so that the rotating cylinder 22 is prevented from being driven to rotate when the rotating platform 8 is driven to rotate;
fourthly, through the arrangement of the bucket-shaped coaming plate 57, the sprayed water can be collected, and the influence on site construction caused by excessive ground water is prevented.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, the whole equipment is pushed to a place needing dust removal through a universal wheel 2, clean water is injected into a water tank 5 through a water injection pipe 15, then a water pump 12 is started, at the moment, water in the water tank 5 sequentially passes through a hose 14, an L-shaped water inlet pipe 13, an L-shaped water outlet pipe 17 and a water spray pipe 18 and is sprayed out from a spray head 19, dust in the air is adsorbed and removed, when the dust removal height needs to be adjusted, four lifting cylinders 3 are started to drive a support plate 4 to move up and down, and further the height of the whole device can be adjusted, so that the adjustment effect of the dust removal height is realized, through the arrangement of the hose 14, the water at the bottom of the water tank 5 cannot be influenced after the L-shaped water inlet pipe 13 is lifted, a rotating motor 9 is started, through the meshing motion of a driving gear 10 and a driven gear 11, a rotating pipe 7 can be driven to rotate, meanwhile, a rotating circular plate 25 is driven to rotate, as shown in figure 2, at the moment, an annular top plate 49 is inserted in a second annular groove 50, through the limit matching among the sliding cylinder 24, the connecting plate 44, the positioning circular plate 46 and the movable circular plate 48, the annular top plate 49 can be rotated and limited, and further the rotation limitation of the rotating platform 8 is realized, at the same time, the rotating circular plate 25 can rotate to drive the movable block 27 to rotate through the vertical rod 26, because the first supporting rod 31 is inserted with the lower slot 35 at the moment, and the second supporting rod 32 is separated from the upper slot 36, when the movable block 27 rotates, the rotating cylinder 22 can be driven to rotate through the first supporting rod 31, and simultaneously the annular end face gear 23 is driven to rotate, and further the water spray pipe 18 can be driven to rotate through the meshing motion with the transmission gear 21, so that the directional rotation spraying effect of the water spray pipe 18 is realized, and simultaneously, the rotation of the hard brush 56 is matched, the dust in the air can be gathered, the dust removal effect is improved, when the spraying position needs to be adjusted, the whole device can be directly pushed to rotate, when the device cannot rotate integrally, the adjusting motor 53 can be started, the bidirectional screw rod 52 is driven to rotate by the meshing motion of the driving bevel gear 54 and the driven bevel gear 55, the connecting plate 44 and the movable circular plate 48 can be driven to approach each other, as shown in fig. 14, the movable circular plate 48 drives the annular top plate 49 to move downwards and separate from the insertion connection with the second annular groove 50, the connecting plate 44 drives the sliding cylinder 24 to move upwards, the rotating circular plate 25 can be driven to move upwards, the movable block 27 is driven to move upwards by the vertical rod 26, the first support rod 31 is separated from the insertion connection with the lower slot 35, the second support rod 32 is inserted into the upper slot 36 (if the second support rod 32 is not inserted into the upper slot 36 correspondingly, the movable block 27 can be automatically inserted into the upper slot 36 by the elasticity of the tension spring 34 in the rotating process), and the sliding cylinder 24 moves upwards to drive the support plate 40 to move upwards, then the arc-shaped top plate 41 is driven to be inserted into the first annular groove 42, braking on the rotating cylinder 22 is realized, then the rotating motor 9 is started to drive the rotating pipe 7 to rotate, the rotating pipe 7 drives the rotating platform 8 to rotate through the rotating circular plate 25, the vertical rod 26, the movable block 27 and the second supporting rod 32, so that the spraying direction of the water spraying pipe 18 can be adjusted, if directional spraying is needed, the adjusting motor 53 is started again to rotate reversely, the state is recovered to the state shown in figure 2, braking is carried out on the rotating platform 8, when continuous rotary spraying is needed, the rotating motor 9 is always started, when the rotating platform 8 rotates to drive the water spraying pipe 18 to rotate, the water spraying pipe 18 can also realize the effect of rotary spraying in the process of rotary spraying through the meshing motion of the transmission gear 21 and the annular end face gear 23, the dust removal effect is greatly improved, the sprayed water can fall into the hopper-shaped enclosing plate 57 to be collected in a concentrated manner, the influence on site construction caused by excessive surface water is prevented.
However, as is well known to those skilled in the art, the working principles and wiring methods of the lifting cylinder 3, the rotating motor 9, the water pump 12 and the adjusting motor 53 are common and are conventional means or common knowledge, and thus they will not be described herein, and those skilled in the art can make any choice according to their needs or convenience.
