Description

Nail clippers sterilizing equipment
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a nail clipper sterilizing apparatus, and more particularly, to a nail clipper sterilizing apparatus for sterilizing bacteria or foreign substances remaining on a clipper blade by ultraviolet sterilizing light during temporary storage and keeping of the nail clipper.
Background
Generally, nail clippers have a curved blade, are tools for clipping fingernails and toenails of people to a proper length, and are one of indispensable necessities in modern people's sanitary tools.
Growth of human fingernails or toenails occurs over a life span of a human, with a fingernail growth rate of about 3mm per month and a toenail production rate of about 1mm per month. When the length of the fingernail or the toenail exceeds a certain length, not only the inconvenience is caused to daily life, but also the appearance is unsanitary. Therefore, the hand nails and the toenails need to be periodically managed.
As shown in FIG. 6, the nail clipper 1 includes upper/lower nail clipper blades 2,3 having cutting edges 2a,3a at the front ends thereof, and a connecting shaft 4 connected to the lower end of the lower nail clipper blade 3 and exposed through the upper end of a through hole 2b at the front end of the nail clipper blade.
The upper part of the connecting shaft 4 is provided with a finger-pressure plate 5 with a rotatable front end, and the finger-pressure plate 5 plays a lever role so as to enable the blade of the upper/lower nail blade to move up and down.
Therefore, when the acupressure probe 5 is pressed, the upper and lower nail clipper blades 2 and 3 are closely adhered to each other in 2 layers, and the cutting edges 2a and 3a formed at the front ends of the upper and lower nail clipper blades 2 and 3 are engaged with each other, thereby trimming the fingernails or the toenails.
However, since bacteria and the like remain under long fingernails and toenails, the bacteria and the like are transmitted to other people through the blades of the nail clipper in the process of sharing one nail clipper, which may cause secondary inflammation and infection.
In addition, the nail clippers are generally not sterilized or cleaned, and are taken out for use after being stored for a period of time, so that bacteria such as mold, dermatophytosis and the like remained on the cutting edges or the surfaces of the main bodies of the nail clippers can be propagated and become infection sources.

Therefore, as shown in fig. 5, when the nail clipper blades 2a and/or 3a vertically placed on the placing part 12 simultaneously contact the negative and positive terminal posts, the blades made of the metal material can perform a conductor function of communicating the negative and positive terminal posts 33a and 33b, and thus, a circuit allowing power to be supplied to the light source side of the substrate is formed.
On the contrary, if the nail clipper temporarily stored in the placing part is separated, the electrical connection between the negative terminal post and the positive terminal post is cut off, forming a circuit for cutting off the power supply to the light source side. The voltage of the power supply part to the light source 32 is preferably a human body safe voltage, which is safe and reliable for a human body when the nail clipper is put into the first body 10. In another embodiment, the finger-pressure plate 5 of the nail clipper 1 may be coated with an insulating material for absolute safety, and the other end of the nail clipper 1 opposite to the blade may also be coated with an insulating material.

Meanwhile, the negative terminal posts 33a and the positive terminal posts 33b of the substrate are to be exactly one-to-one corresponded to the negative terminal exposure holes 13a and the positive terminal exposure holes 13b formed on the first body placing part.
The light source 32 may be a light emitting material such as an LED, and the light source 32 is mounted on the substrate and generates a sterilizing light such as an ultraviolet light with a certain intensity when connected to a power source.
The light source is preferably an LED light emitting material which can generate ultraviolet light in the wavelength band of 260-280nm when being connected with a power supply, because the ultraviolet sterilizing light with the wavelength band can destroy microorganisms while not generating ozone. Such as: the radiation damage and nucleic acid of pathogens such as bacteria, viruses, spores and the like can cause death, and the sterilizing and disinfecting functions are realized.
The substrate 31 is provided with a driving circuit which controls the supply of power to the light source 32 and appropriately controls the intensity of the sterilizing light such as ultraviolet rays generated when the power source is connected, and the irradiation time and period of the sterilizing light.
The substrate 31 may include at least one auxiliary light source 32a, and when the blades 2a and 3a of the nail clipper 1 inserted into the placing part 12 are sterilized by the sterilizing light generated from the light source 32, the auxiliary light source 32a may be turned on in conjunction with a light-on signal of the light source 32 and project light to the outside through the first body 10 or the second body 20; after the sterilization process is finished, the auxiliary light source 32a is turned off in conjunction with the light-off signal of the light source 32.
The auxiliary light source 32a is disposed on the lower surface of the substrate 31, and the light source 32a is disposed on the upper surface of the substrate 31, so that the user can recognize the operation state of the sterilization process by the light projected from the second body 20 disposed on the bottom surface when the lamp is turned on. The material can be selected from luminescent materials such as LED lamps.
In order to ensure that the light of the auxiliary light source 32a and the light source 32 can transmit through the first body or the second body, the first body or the second body is preferably made of translucent material having light transmittance.
In addition, in order to make the lower end of the through exposure hole 12a approach the light source 32 to the maximum extent, the placing part 12 includes an extension tube 16, and the extension tube 16 extends downward by a certain length; the extension tube 16 is shaped like a funnel, and the inner diameter of the horizontal section from the exposed hole to the upper part is gradually increased, so that the light source generated by the light source 32 is suitable for being emitted upwards and around, and the sterilizing light generated by the light source can be diffused to the blade side of the nail clipper.
In this case, the exposed hole 12a and the lower end frame of the extension pipe 16 may include a contact rib 16a, and when the first body and the second body are coupled, the contact rib 16a may be in contact with the upper surface of the substrate 31 on which the light source is mounted, to form a circular ring shape surrounding the light source 32.
Therefore, when the nail clipper is inserted into the placing part 12 and temporarily stored, the blade of the nail clipper 1 is in direct contact with the negative electrode terminal post 13a and the positive electrode terminal post 13b, and the blade is spaced apart from the light source 32 generating the sterilizing light by the extension tube 16 by a certain distance, and the sterilizing treatment can be performed by the sterilizing light in this state.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the nail clipper blade, which is formed on both sides of the placing part, is inserted into the nail clipper blade, and the nail clipper is inserted into the nail clipper blade, so that the electric connection between the negative terminal post and the positive terminal post of the substrate is prevented from being affected by interference or impact. The lower parts of the grooves on the two sides of the placing part are respectively provided with a through hole, or one side of the grooves is provided with a through hole, and correspondingly, the through holes corresponding to the two sides of the grooves on the base plate are respectively additionally provided with an auxiliary light source, or one side provided with the through hole is additionally provided with an auxiliary light source. The auxiliary light source and the light source are switched on and off simultaneously, the amplitude light source emits germicidal light through the through holes on the two sides of the groove, and the auxiliary light source arranged on the side is additionally arranged to sterilize the two sides of the knife edge.
In addition, the first body 10 includes at least one built-in member 40 fixed to the inner space, and the built-in member 40 has at least one weight of a certain size made of a metal material to increase the overall weight of the sterilization apparatus used while being placed on the bottom surface and to ensure stability, or at least one battery capable of supplying power to be electrically connected to the light source 32 so as to be charged when an external power source is connected.
The built-in unit 40 is composed of either the weight or the battery, a pair of fixing screw posts 17 extending downward are provided in the first body 10, and the built-in unit 40 is screwed to the first body 10 through nut holes of the fastening members 17a, so that the built-in unit 40 can be replaced in the internal space of the first body 10.
The insert 40 is shown in the figures as a hollow cylindrical structure, which is fitted around the outside of the placement portion and is fixed by a pair of fixing screw posts. The insert 40 is not limited to this shape and configuration, and in other embodiments, the insert 40 may have a variety of configurations.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 5, if the nail clipper is inserted in a vertical state in the placing part 12 of the first body 10, the blades of the upper and lower nail clippers are simultaneously contacted with the negative terminal post 33a and the positive terminal post 33b of the sterilizing part to form a series of power supply circuits, so that the ultraviolet rays of sterilizing light generated when the light source is connected to the power source are intensively irradiated in the blade direction while the nail clipper is temporarily stored in the placing part, and bacteria such as mold or dermatophytosis remaining on the blades can be sterilized by the ultraviolet rays of sterilizing light having a specific wavelength band, thereby improving the cleanliness.
When the nail clipper is separated from the placing part, the negative terminal post 33a and the positive terminal post 33b are electrically disconnected from each other, and the light source is turned off, and the generation of the sterilizing light is stopped or automatically turned off by the timer start time of the driving circuit on the substrate, thereby interrupting the excessive sterilizing treatment work of the light source.
In addition, a cover body having a certain inner space to be inserted into the remaining portion of the main body of the nail clipper 1 whose cutting blades are sterilized while being inserted vertically corresponding to the placing part to be temporarily stored is detachably mounted on the upper portion of the first body 10.
The lower end of the cover is opened and corresponds to the placing part of the first body 10, and the upper end of the cover is a closed hollow cylinder shape, and when combined with the first body, the cover can wholly surround and shield the nail clipper, so that unnecessary loss of the sterilizing light generated by the light source to the outside can be prevented, and light loss can be minimized.
