Description

Traditional Chinese medicine preparation for promoting fracture healing and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for promoting fracture healing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Fracture refers to the continuous complete or partial breakdown of bone structure. It is common to children and the elderly, and occurs in the middle-aged and young. Patients often have one site fractured and a few multiple fractures. After timely and proper treatment, most patients can recover the original functions, and a few patients can leave sequelae with different degrees.
The typical manifestations of fracture patients are local deformation after injury, abnormal movement of limbs, etc., and bone rubbing sound audible when moving limbs. In addition, the wound is extremely painful, the local swelling and congestion may cause dyskinesia after injury.
The ultimate goal of treating fractures is to maximize the recovery of function of the injured limb. Therefore, in fracture treatment, three basic principles of reduction, fixation and functional exercise are very important. The reduction is to restore the fracture end which is displaced after the fracture to be normal or close to the original anatomical relationship so as to restore the support function of the skeleton. Methods of reduction include closed reduction and surgical reduction. After fracture reduction, because of instability, the fracture is easy to be relocated, so that the fracture needs to be fixed at a satisfactory position by adopting different methods to ensure that the fracture is gradually healed. Common fixation methods are: small splints, plaster bandages, external fixing supports, traction, braking and fixing and the like, and the fixing methods are called external fixing. If the fixation is performed by surgical incision with steel plate, steel needle, intramedullary needle, screw, etc., the internal fixation is called. Functional exercise: the blood circulation of tissues around the fracture is increased through the contraction of the muscle of the injured limb, the healing of the fracture is promoted, the muscular atrophy is prevented, and the joint adhesion, the joint capsule contracture and the like are prevented through the active or passive movement of the unfixed joint, so that the function of the injured limb is restored to the normal state before the fracture as soon as possible.
The affected limb of the patient is fixed for a long time, the backflow of the vein and the lymph is not smooth, the serous fluid in the joint cavity is fibrously exuded and the fibrin is deposited, the fibrous adhesion is generated, and the contracture of soft tissues around the joint is accompanied, so that the joint movement is obstructed, the complication of the muscular atrophy and the like is accompanied, and the recovery of the fracture of the patient is seriously influenced.
Therefore, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation for promoting fracture healing speed, having good treatment effect on the old and no side effect at all, and having clinical significance of the traditional Chinese medicine for treating the fracture is developed.
