Abstract
本发明公开了一种祛痘修护霜,所述祛痘修护霜采用芦荟油具有消炎、消肿、抑制细菌生长、止痒、止痛等效果,还可平衡、抑制皮脂分泌,促进伤口愈合;β‑果酸具有角质溶解、杀菌、治痘作用;洋槐树胶具有保湿、平滑柔软及加强耐受性和减低刺激性;铁皮石斛提取液和甘草酸二钾具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗溃疡、促进上皮细胞组织再生等作用;壬二酸具有很高的抗菌活性,能有效抑制皮脂过多分泌,对正常皮肤和痤疮感染的皮肤有抗角质化作用,能够快速去除粉刺、暗疮、痘痘,解决青春痘反复发作问题;酵母菌多肽可以有效促进角质细胞的增殖、迁移、并使其再生,抑制皮脂腺的分泌,抑制敏感肌肤炎症。还公开了祛痘修护霜制备方法,方法简单且产品稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种祛痘修护霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
痘是痤疮的俗称,又叫“青春痘”、“暗疮”或“粉刺”,是由于毛囊及皮脂腺阻塞、发炎所引发的一种皮肤病。临床表现有粉刺、炎性丘疹、脓疱、结节与囊肿等皮损形态。痤疮发生的最主要机制为:皮脂分泌旺盛、毛囊皮脂腺导管角化过度与堵塞、痤疮丙酸杆菌为主的微生物感染、炎症反应等,此外,也常常发生色素沉着与皮肤屏障受损现象。青春期时,体内的荷尔蒙会刺激毛发生长,促进皮脂腺分泌更多油月旨,毛发和皮脂腺因此堆积许多物质,使油脂和细菌附着,引发皮肤红肿的反应。因此,防治痤疮产品的作用机理也要重点从以下几个方面考虑:(1)抑制皮脂分泌;(2)改善毛囊皮脂腺导管角化;(3)抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌等病原微生物;(4)抗炎以减轻炎性反应;(5)减轻色素沉着;(6)保湿与修护皮肤屏障。目前市场上祛痘的美容产品有很多种,其作用原理和效果各有不同,效果也不是很明显,且安全保障不确定。本发明产品应用多种机理,从促进脸部血液循环、清除多余的油脂、抗菌消炎等方面发挥作用。从而起到消炎止痛、祛痘去红的功效,使皮肤保持光滑、弹性润泽。
目前痤疮治疗外用产品中存在的主要问题有:维A酸类、过氧化苯甲酰及抗生素类产品的成分易引发不良反应,且保湿与修复皮肤屏障作用效果差,同时法律也禁止用于护肤品产品;常见的中药祛痘产品其化学成分、抗痘效果、毒副作用等都具有很大的不确定性;目前市售的各种祛痘化妆品中,没有一种针对痤疮发生的六大机理全面发挥作用的产品,特别是控油不兼顾保湿与修护皮肤屏障而致使皮肤发干,效果也不够理想。随着皮肤科学的发展,近年来,对皮肤屏障的修护越来越重视,研究认为,修复皮肤屏障可以大大提高产品效果与舒适感,但目前具有修复皮肤屏障作用的祛痘产品很少。
本发明产品从抑制皮脂分泌、抗炎、保湿修护、改善皮脂腺导管、减轻色素沉淀等方面入手,采用全天然成分、无化学添加、过敏皮肤也可使用的安全祛痘修护产品,从不同方面满足人群需求。
发明内容
本发明综合考虑了痘痘形成原因及表现症状入手进行发明,本发明的一个目的是提出一种祛痘修护霜,该祛痘修护霜以芦荟油、α-红没药醇、β-果酸物、金缕梅提取液、甘草酸二钾、铁皮石斛提取液、壬二酸、酵母菌多肽为祛痘修护的主要成分,从根本上祛痘,外表修护舒缓痘痘引起的红肿炎症、皮脂分泌过度等症状。本发明的另一个目的是提出上述祛痘修护霜的制备方法。
为了实现上述的第一个目的,本发明采用了以下设计方案:

作为优选所述的芦荟油为无色透明液体,为天然植物油成分。
作为优选所述的α-红没药醇为白色粉末状物质,其中活性物含量不小于99%,提取自春黄菊花。
作为优选所述的β-果酸为白色粉末物质,主要为水杨酸,其纯度达到93%。
作为优选所述的金缕梅提取液为水溶性透明液体,水蒸气蒸馏法提取获得。
作为优选所述的甘草酸二钾为白色粉末或结晶状物,其中有效成分含量不小于95%。
作为优选所述的铁皮石斛提取液为棕色液体,其中有效物质含量达到20%。
作为优选所述的壬二酸为无色透明液体,有效物质含量达到28~32%。
作为优选所述的酵母菌多肽为白色粉末,活性肽成分含量达到99%。
上述祛痘修护霜中还加入了0.3~0.6%的苯氧乙醇作为防腐剂,0.02~0.3%的氢氧化钠作为pH调节剂。
为了实现上述的第二个目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种制备上述祛痘修护霜的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将去离子水、1,3-丁二醇、甘油、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、黄原胶加入水相的反应锅中,开启搅拌,升温至80-85℃,高速均质3-5分钟使物料分散溶解均匀,保温15~20分钟。
2)将椰油基葡糖苷、C20-22醇磷酸酯(和)C20-22醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇、芦荟油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、维生素E加入到油相的反应锅中,开启搅拌,升温至至80-85℃,搅拌分散直到溶液透明,保温10分钟。
3)在80-85℃下,将油相锅中的原料加入到水相锅中,高速均质10-15分钟,均质过程保持温度在80℃-85℃,均质完毕后开始降温,降温过程匀速搅拌。
4)降温至70℃,加入聚丙烯酰胺(和)C13-14异链烷烃(和)月桂醇聚醚-7聚合物和α-红没药醇,然后高速均质10-15分钟,继续开冷却循环水搅拌降温。
5)待温度降至40-45℃时,将β-果酸(β-果酸需用一份去离子水在干净容器预先溶解)、生物糖胶-1、金缕梅提取液、甘草酸二钾、铁皮石斛提取液、苯氧乙醇、壬二酸、酵母菌多肽(酵母菌多肽需用一份去离子水在干净容器预先溶解)加入反应锅中,均质3-5分钟,均质结束后,在约40℃下恒温搅拌10-13分钟。
6)停止搅拌,取样检测,检验合格后出料。
芦荟油主要成分有芦荟多糖、蛋白质、氨基酸等。芦荟油是C12~C14脂肪酸为主的天然植物油,包含芦荟固有的169种有益成分。含天然胶性物质,保水木质素(Lignin),具有强渗透物质,能帮助营养素渗透进入肌肤皂角(Saponons),具有强力清洁、抗菌力作用,为天然皂素含Anthraquinone Complex,具有消炎、消肿、抑制细菌生长、止痒、止痛等效果。具有滋润保湿、美白祛斑、抗衰老、防过敏等直接美容效果。同时起到抑止皮肤表面致病微生物和细菌,杀死对人体皮肤有害的螨虫,防止体表微生物的繁殖,预防皮肤病的发生。适合油性皮肤,平衡、抑制皮脂分泌,促进伤口愈合。
α-红没药醇是存在于春黄菊花中的一种成份,具有抗炎性能,它可以减少PMA引起的白三烯LTB4与白介素IL-1α的释放,减轻氢氧化钠与SDS对人的皮肤刺激,从而对炎症起到预防和抑制作用,还被证明有抑菌活性。
β-果酸为水杨酸、洋槐树胶接枝共聚物;水杨酸(salicylic acid)具有角质溶解、杀菌、治痘作用。洋槐树胶(Acacia gum)具有保湿、平滑柔软及加强耐受性和减低刺激性
金缕梅提取液含单宁质多种如Ellagtannin和Hamamlitannin可以调节皮脂分泌、具保湿及嫩白作用,具有镇静、安抚的效果,对龟裂、晒伤、粉刺有改善效果。可有效帮助肌肤夜间的再生能力,放松以及缓和对於油性肌肤或是过敏的肌肤都有很优异的效果。有舒缓、收敛控油、抗菌的效果
甘草酸二钾为甘草酸的衍生物,具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗溃疡、促进上皮细胞组织再生等作用。
铁皮石斛提取液其主要活性成分为铁皮石斛多糖,具有活化巨噬细胞、抗氧化、增强免疫力等作用。应用在护肤领域具有四大护肤功效。1.抗炎修复能提高受紫外线损伤的人体真皮纤维芽细胞存活量,可修复弹性纤维,让皮肤恢复原有的弹性和光泽;2.止痒舒敏;3.抗辐射经测试铁皮石斛提取物能降低紫外线对于人体皮肤细胞的DNA损伤;4.抗衰老经测试铁皮石斛提取物能提高细胞增殖活性,且在一定范围内用量增加,细胞增殖活性也显著提升,坑衰老作用极其突出。
壬二酸又名杜鹃花酸,具有很高的抗菌活性,能有效抑制皮脂过多分泌,对正常皮肤和痤疮感染的皮肤有抗角质化作用,其作用原理是减少滤泡过度角化。针对易生粉刺、痘痘的油性肌肤,能够快速去除粉刺、暗疮、痘痘,解决青春痘反复发作问题。
酵母菌多肽可以有效促进角质细胞的增殖、迁移、并使其再生,进而它能够有效修复肌肤角质层。另外,酵母菌多肽还可以抑制皮脂腺的分泌,对敏感肌肤出现的炎症还有着的抑制作用。

具体实施方式
本发明提供的祛痘修护霜是以芦荟油、α-红没药醇、β-果酸物、金缕梅提取液、甘草酸二钾、铁皮石斛提取液、壬二酸、酵母菌多肽为主要成分,辅以化妆品常用保湿剂、防腐剂、pH调节剂及水制成。下面列举一部分具体实施例对本发明进行说明,但并不限制本发明内容。
实施例1
祛痘修护霜:
组成上述祛痘修护霜的组分及其百分数含量为:
一种制备上述祛痘修护霜的方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将去离子水、1,3-丁二醇、甘油、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、黄原胶加入水相的反应锅中,开启搅拌,升温至80-85℃,高速均质3-5分钟使物料分散溶解均匀,保温15~20分钟。
2)将椰油基葡糖苷、C20-22醇磷酸酯(和)C20-22醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇、芦荟油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、维生素E加入到油相的反应锅中,开启搅拌,升温至至80-85℃,搅拌分散直到溶液透明,保温10分钟。

实施例1祛痘修护霜效果评价
本实验选择实施例1中提供的祛痘修护霜进行临床实验
该实验包括x位志愿者,女性年龄在18-35周岁,面部有由于油脂分泌、皮脂腺角质化、炎症等因素造成的皮肤痘痘问题,在试验期间按规定使用受试物且资料齐全,每天早晚两次涂抹祛痘修护霜,测试周期为2周,于W0(使用前)、W2(使用2周)通过特定脸部图像记录软件获取脸部使用信息,并进行志愿者自评。
结果如下:
根据志愿者反应及图1可知,该祛痘修护霜在使用三天左右痘痘出现好转的,使用两周痘痘红肿等问题已大面积好转,同时没有出现新痘痘及痘印。图片可直观反映该祛痘修护霜的效果,志愿者前期痘痘红肿偏大,后期小痘痘已经消失,较大痘痘也已经消退很多,整体测试效果比较明显。长痘皮肤也得到了很好修护,皮肤细腻,实现水油平衡。
综上所述,该祛痘产品具有显著的祛痘修护功效,即具有祛痘和修护的双重功效。

4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种祛痘修护霜,其特征在于所述的α-红没药醇为白色粉末状物质,其中活性物含量不小于99%。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种祛痘修护霜,其特征在于所述的甘草酸二钾为白色粉末或结晶状物,其中有效成分含量不小于95%。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种祛痘修护霜,其特征在于所述的铁皮石斛提取液为棕色液体,其中有效物质含量达到20%。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种祛痘修护霜,其特征在于所述的壬二酸为无色透明液体,有效物质含量达到28~32%。
8.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种祛痘修护霜,其特征在于所述的酵母菌多肽为白色粉末,活性肽成分含量达到99%。
9.一种制备权利要求1~9任意一项权利要求所述的祛痘修护霜的方法,其特征在于该方法包括以下步骤:
1)将去离子水、1,3-丁二醇、甘油、透明质酸钠、尿囊素、黄原胶加入水相的反应锅中,开启搅拌,升温至80-85℃,高速均质3-5分钟使物料分散溶解均匀,保温15~20分钟。
2)将椰油基葡糖苷、C20-22醇磷酸酯(和)C20-22醇、鲸蜡硬脂醇、芦荟油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、聚二甲基硅氧烷、维生索E加入到油相的反应锅中,开启搅拌,升温至至80-85℃,搅拌分散直到溶液透明,保温10分钟。
3)在80-85℃下,将油相锅中的原料加入到水相锅中,高速均质10-15分钟,均质过程保持温度在80℃-85℃,均质完毕后开始降温,降温过程匀速搅拌。
4)降温至70℃,加入聚丙烯酰胺(和)C13-14异链烷烃(和)月桂醇聚醚-7聚合物和α-红没药醇,然后高速均质10-15分钟,继续开冷却循环水搅拌降温。
5)待温度降至40-45℃时,将β-果酸(β-果酸需用一份去离子水在干净容器预先溶解)、生物糖胶-1、金缕梅提取液、甘草酸二钾、铁皮石斛提取液、苯氧乙醇、壬二酸、酵母菌多肽(酵母菌多肽需用一份去离子水在干净容器预先溶解)加入反应锅中,均质3-5分钟,均质结束后,在约40℃下恒温搅拌10-13分钟。
6)停止搅拌,取样检测,检验合格后出料。
