The basal layer is provided with a collecting hole for collecting sweat from the surface of the skin; the collecting layer consists of a collecting point, a flow guide channel and a sweat concentration area, wherein the collecting point is arranged above the corresponding collecting hole of the basal layer; the protective layer is provided with an output port, and the output port is arranged above the sweat concentration area during setting. When the sweat collecting and taking device is used, the sweat collecting and taking device is attached to the surface of skin, and sweat is collected, conveyed, enriched and flowed out through the collecting hole, the collecting point, the flow guide channel, the sweat concentrating area and the output port. However, the development of wearable sweat biosensors is still in the laboratory model stage, and no mature and stable wearable sweat biosensor is available on the market. One of the difficulties in commercialization development is the lack of an effective sweat collection device. In the existing wearable sweat biosensor design, a biosensing interface is generally directly attached to the skin surface for sweat detection, which requires a large amount of local sweat (to cover the whole sensing interface), so an iontophoresis sweat device is generally required to be configured. However, iontophoresis sweating is likely to cause discomfort to human body, and direct attachment of the biosensing interface to the skin is likely to cause interface contamination, unstable test, and the like, so that development of a skin-friendly efficient sweat collection device is urgently needed.
The invention provides a flexible body surface sweat collecting device which effectively improves the sweat collecting efficiency by designing a multi-point concentration type sweat collecting mode of 'collecting point → flow guide channel → sweat concentration area', has simple preparation process and low cost, and has great application prospect in wearable sweat biosensors.

The substrate layer is provided with a plurality of collecting holes, and the number, distribution, shape and size of the collecting holes correspond to those of the collecting points on the collecting layer.
The collecting layer is made of super-hydrophilic flexible material, and can be one of filter paper, chromatographic paper, fiber, polyester cotton and the like.
The collecting points on the collecting layer are uniformly distributed on the flow guide channel and are connected with the sweat concentration area through the flow guide channel.
The collecting layer is provided with a plurality of flow guide channels which are distributed on the periphery of the sweat concentration area in a criss-cross mode.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the sweat collecting and fetching device adopts a multi-point collecting type sweat collecting and fetching strategy of 'collecting point → flow guide channel → sweat concentration area', and can efficiently collect and fetch skin sweat.
(2) The sweat collecting device can be prepared by commercialized filter paper, nylon, medical double-sided adhesive tape and other materials, and has the advantages of ingenious design, simple process and low cost.
(3) The sweat collecting and taking device can continuously collect sweat on each part of a body, can be flexibly combined with the electrochemical sensing chip, and develops the wearable sweat biosensor.

The collecting layer utilizes CO2-laser engraving preparation (fig. 2), comprising: a rectangular configuration of sweat concentration zones (9 and 18mm in length and width, respectively); a plurality of flow guide channels which are criss-cross and surround the periphery of the sweat concentration area, and the width of each flow guide channel is 0.6 mm; 96 collection points which are uniformly distributed on the flow guide channel comprise 72 semicircular collection points and 24 circular collection points, the diameter of each collection point is 3mm, and the collection points are connected with a sweat concentration area through the flow guide channel.
The basal layer is provided with a collecting hole which utilizes CO2And preparing by a laser engraving method, wherein the number, distribution, shape and size of the collecting holes correspond to the collecting points on the collecting layer one by one.

The assembly of the flexible body surface sweat collecting device and the flexible electrochemical sensing chip is completed by arranging the flexible electrochemical sensing chip between the substrate layer and the collecting layer, and the electrochemical sensing interface is ensured to be arranged below a sweat concentration area of the collecting layer and to be in close contact with the sweat concentration area.
