In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of adjusting bottom airbags 11 provided in some embodiments, wherein if the sitting detection device 2 detects that the sitting state is not sitting, each bottom airbag 11 is adjusted to an initial position, or a pause adjustment signal is generated, the adjustment of the bottom airbag 11 is stopped, if the sitting detection device 2 detects that the sitting state is sitting, the cycle timer 8 sends a prompt signal to the control device 4 according to a preset cycle, the control device 4 opens a valve of the first airbag 111 according to the prompt signal, the first airbag 111 is set as the current bottom airbag 11, the air pressure detection device 3 detects actual air pressure data of the current bottom airbag 11, the control device 4 compares the magnitude relationship between the actual air pressure data and an air pressure expected value of the current airbag, if the actual air pressure data is smaller than the air pressure expected value, the control device 4 generates and sends a first control signal to the air path distribution device 5 and the inflator 6, the inflator 6 and the air path distribution device 5 inflate the current bottom air bag 11 according to the first control signal to increase the air pressure of the current bottom air bag 11, so that the actual air pressure data is equal to the expected air pressure value; if the actual air pressure data is larger than the expected air pressure value, the control device 4 generates and sends a second control signal to the air path distribution device 5 and the exhaust valve 7, and the exhaust valve 7 and the air path distribution device 5 discharge the air of the current air bag according to the second control signal, so that the actual air pressure data is equal to the expected air pressure value. After the adjustment of the current bottom air bag 11 is completed, the second air bag 112 is used as the current bottom air bag 11, and the above steps are repeated to adjust the current bottom air bag 11. And (4) adjusting the rest air bags in sequence according to the steps until all the air bags are adjusted, namely, the sitting posture adjustment is finished until the first air bag 111, the second air bag 112, the third air bag 113 and the fourth air bag 114 are adjusted.
It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, the air pressure detecting device 3 may simultaneously detect the actual air pressure data of each bottom air bag 11, and there are a plurality of preset periods, respectively corresponding to each bottom air bag 11, so that the adjustment of each bottom air bag 11 is independent of each other. For example, the preset period includes a first period, a second period, a third period, and a fourth period, and every other first period, the control device 4 compares the magnitude relationship between the actual air pressure data corresponding to the first air bag 111 and the corresponding air pressure expected value, and then performs subsequent adjustment; every second period, the control device 4 compares the actual air pressure data corresponding to the second air bag 112 with the corresponding air pressure expected value, and then performs subsequent adjustment, and similarly, the adjustment of the third air bag 113 and the fourth air bag 114 is similar to that of the first air bag 111, and therefore, the adjustment of the first air bag 111, the second air bag 112, the third air bag 113 and the fourth air bag 114 is independent.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of the adjustment of the lumbar support airbag 12 provided in some embodiments, in which if the sitting detection device 2 detects that the sitting state is not sitting, the lumbar support airbag 12 is adjusted to the initial position, or a pause adjustment signal is generated to stop the adjustment of the lumbar support airbag 12, if the sitting detection device 2 detects that the sitting state is sitting, the air pressure detection device 3 detects actual air pressure data of the lumbar support airbag 12, the control device 4 compares the magnitude relationship between the actual air pressure data and a preset pressure threshold, if the actual air pressure data is smaller than the pressure threshold, the control device 4 generates and sends a first control signal to the air path distribution device 5 and the inflator 6, the inflator 6 and the air path distribution device 5 inflate the lumbar support airbag 12 according to the first control signal so that the actual air pressure data is equal to the pressure threshold, the waist cushion can also move forwards; if the actual air pressure data is greater than the pressure threshold, the control device 4 generates and sends a second control signal to the air path distribution device 5 and the exhaust valve 7, and the exhaust valve 7 and the air path distribution device 5 exhaust the air of the lumbar support airbag 12 according to the second control signal, so that the actual air pressure data is equal to the pressure threshold, and the lumbar cushion moves backwards. Therefore, waist tracking can be realized through the dynamic mechanism, and the comfort level is improved.
Some embodiments of the present application also provide a seat comprising a sitting posture adjustment system as in any of the embodiments above. This seat can take a seat the state and the actual atmospheric pressure data of cushion gasbag through automated inspection to adjust the realization automatically regulated position of sitting according to this to the atmospheric pressure of each cushion gasbag, thereby solve the influence that a position of sitting brought of maintaining for a long time.

Claims (10)

1. A sitting posture adjustment system, provided in a seat, the seat comprising a bottom cushion and a waist cushion, the system comprising:
an airbag device comprising a plurality of cushion airbags, the cushion airbags comprising a plurality of bottom airbags and/or lumbar support airbags, the plurality of bottom airbags disposed within the bottom cushion, the lumbar support airbags disposed within the lumbar cushion;
a seating detection device provided inside the bottom cushion and detecting a seating state;
the air pressure detection device is used for detecting a plurality of actual air pressure data corresponding to each cushion air bag in the air bag device;
the control device is respectively connected with the sitting detection device and the air pressure detection device and is used for determining a plurality of air pressure control signals according to the sitting state and each piece of actual air pressure data;
and the air path distribution device is respectively connected with the air bag device, the air pressure detection device and the control device and is used for carrying out air pressure adjustment on the corresponding cushion air bag in the air bag device according to each air pressure control signal so as to adjust the sitting posture of the seat.
2. The sitting posture adjustment system of claim 1, wherein the control device is further configured to:
and if the sitting state is sitting, comparing the magnitude relation between each actual air pressure data and a preset pressure threshold value, and generating the air pressure control signal according to the magnitude relation.
3. The sitting posture adjustment system of claim 2, wherein the control device is further configured to:
and if the sitting state is not sitting, adjusting each cushion air bag to an initial position or generating a pause adjusting signal.
4. The sitting posture adjustment system of claim 2, wherein the pneumatic control signal comprises a first control signal, the control device further configured to:
if the seated state is seated and the actual air pressure data is smaller than the pressure threshold, generating the first control signal and sending the first control signal to the air path distribution device.
5. The sitting posture adjustment system of claim 4, further comprising:
and the inflator pump is respectively connected with the air path distribution device and the control device and is used for acquiring the first control signal and controlling the corresponding cushion air bag to carry out air pressure increasing treatment according to the first control signal so as to control the waist cushion to move forwards or the bottom cushion to move upwards.
6. The sitting posture adjustment system of claim 2, wherein the pneumatic control signal comprises a second control signal, the control device further configured to:
and if the sitting state is that the seat is located and the actual air pressure data is larger than the pressure threshold, generating the second control signal and sending the second control signal to the air path distribution device.
7. The sitting posture adjustment system of claim 6, further comprising:
and the exhaust valve is respectively connected with the air path distribution device and the control device and is used for acquiring the second control signal and controlling the corresponding cushion airbag to perform air pressure reduction treatment according to the second control signal so as to control the backward movement of the waist cushion or the downward movement of the bottom cushion.
8. The sitting posture adjustment system of claim 1, wherein the control device is further configured to:
if the sitting state is sitting, comparing the magnitude relation between the actual air pressure data corresponding to each bottom air bag and the corresponding air pressure expected value every other preset period, and generating the air pressure control signal according to the magnitude relation; wherein the expected value of the air pressure is a random value within a preset air pressure range.
9. The sitting posture adjustment system of claim 8, further comprising:
and the cycle timer is connected with the control device and used for timing according to the preset cycle.
