Detailed Description
Next, an embodiment of the fishing rod according to the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same reference numerals are given to the common components throughout the drawings. For convenience of explanation, the drawings are not necessarily described on a precise scale, and it is desirable to note this.
Fig. 1 is a view showing an embodiment of a fishing rod according to the present invention. As shown in the drawings, a fishing rod 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a rod 2; a reel 6 mounted on the rod 2 via a reel seat 9 for fishing rod; and a fishing line guide 10 mounted on the rod 2. In the illustrated embodiment, the fishing rod reel seat 9 and the fishing line guide 10 correspond to attachment parts that are attached to the outer peripheral surface of the rod, respectively.
The rod 2 is constituted by connecting a head rod 3, a middle rod 5, a rod tip 7, and the like. These rods are for example in a bayonet joint. The first rod 3, the middle rod 5, and the rod tip 7 can be joined by a pull-out method, an inverted insertion method, a sleeve method, or any other known joining method. The rod 2 can also be formed by a single rod.
The first rod 3, the middle rod 5, and the rod tip 7 are each formed of a tubular body made of, for example, fiber-reinforced resin. The fiber-reinforced resin tubular body is produced by winding a fiber-reinforced resin prepreg (prepreg) in which reinforcing fibers are impregnated with a matrix resin around a mandrel, and heating and curing the prepreg. As the reinforcing fibers contained in the prepreg, for example, carbon fibers, glass fibers, and any other known reinforcing fibers can be used. As the matrix resin contained in the prepreg, a thermosetting resin such as an epoxy resin can be used. After the prepreg sheet is cured, the mandrel is depoling. Furthermore, the outer surface of the tubular body is suitably ground. Each rod may also be constructed in a solid shape.
In the illustrated embodiment, the first rod 3, the middle rod 5, and the rod tip rod 7 are provided with a plurality of fishing line guides 10 (fishing line guides 10A to 10D) for guiding a fishing line paid out from a reel 6 attached to a fishing rod reel holder 9. More specifically, the first rod 3 is provided with a fishing line guide 10A, the middle rod 5 is provided with a fishing line guide 10B, and the rod tip 7 is provided with a fishing line guide 10C. Although the tip guide 10D is provided on the tip end of the rod butt 7, detailed description is omitted.
Next, a reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2. The reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a reel seat body 12, and the reel seat body 12 includes a reel foot placement portion 12a for placing a reel foot 6a of a fishing reel 6 along an axial direction thereof. The reel seat body 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape as a whole. The reel seat body 12 may be configured to have a length of, for example, 60 to 160mm, but is not limited thereto.
The reel holder body 12 is formed with a grip portion 12b, and the grip portion 12b has a curved outer surface which slightly bulges the opposite side of the reel foot placement portion 12a and facilitates gripping by supporting the thumb pad or the proximal portion thereof when the reel is held by a hand.
A movable cover 22 is attached to the reel seat body 12 at the other end (pole top side) so as to be movable in the axial direction. The details of the reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described later.
Next, a fishing rod reel seat 9 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 3 and 4. As described above, the reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the reel seat body 12, and the reel seat body 12 includes the reel foot placement portion 12a for placing the reel foot 6a of the fishing reel 6 along the axial direction thereof. The reel seat body 12 is formed in a cylindrical shape as a whole. The reel seat body 12 is formed of an appropriate material such as a synthetic resin (e.g., polyamide-based synthetic fiber, ABS resin, etc.) or a metal (e.g., SUS, aluminum, titanium, brass, etc.).
The reel foot placing part 12a of the reel seat body 12 is formed flat or substantially flat, and is shown in fig. 2 and 3Upper sideThe substantially flat portion is formed in a state of extending in the axial direction of the reel seat body 12, and has a curvature larger than that of other circumferential portions (for example, the grip portion 12b) of the reel foot placement portion 12a adjacent to the reel seat body 12. The reel holder body 12 has a fixing cover 14 integrally provided at one end (pole top side). One end of the reel foot placing part 12a of the reel seat body 12 is arranged inside the fixing cover 14.
A reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a reel seat body 12 having a reel leg placement portion 12a for placing the reel leg 6a and a cylindrical portion 11 having a locking groove 8; a screw member 17 having a locking protrusion 16 locked in the locking groove 8 of the cylindrical portion 11 on an inner surface thereof and placed on an outer surface of the cylindrical portion 11; and a cylindrical moving cover 22 which can be screwed with the screw member 17 by an inner surface and is configured to be movable along the axial direction of the reel seat 9.
According to the reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to one embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide a reel seat for a fishing rod capable of reliably fixing a reel foot and provided with a screw member that can be easily and reliably fixed to a reel seat body.
More specifically, according to the reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention, since the groove structure for closing the locking groove is adopted, the movement or the coming-off of the screw member and the floating cover in the axial direction can be effectively prevented when the reel foot is fixed by the floating cover after the screw member is fixed to the reel seat body. Here, the description is made on the premise of a configuration in which the locking groove is provided in the reel seat body and the locking protrusion is provided in the screw member, but the locking protrusion may be provided in the reel seat body and the locking groove may be provided in the screw member.
In the reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention, the screw member 17 is formed of a resin material. As a raw material of the screw member 17, for example, ABS, nylon, or CFRP may be used, but not limited thereto.
In the reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention, the reel seat body 12 is formed of a fiber-reinforced resin material. As a material of the reel seat body 12, for example, ABS, nylon, or CFRP may be used, but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 4b, in the reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention, the screw member 17 is provided with a notch 18 for placing on the outer surface of the cylindrical portion 11. More specifically, when the screw member 17 is attached (inserted) to the reel seat body 12, the diameter of the notch 18 is increased, so that the screw member 17 can be easily attached to the cylindrical portion 11. Various forms of the slit 18 are conceivable, and are not limited to a specific form.
In the reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention, a cutout 18 is formed at least at an end of the screw member 17. In this way, the screw member 17 can be easily attached to the cylindrical portion 11, and the strength of the screw member 17 as a whole can be maintained. Further, since the cylindrical member 11 and the screw member 17 are integrated by attaching the screw member 17 to the cylindrical portion 11, the strength can be maintained even if the screw member 17 is thinned for the purpose of weight reduction or the like. Further, the minimum thickness (d) of the screw part 17 may be made in the range of 0.2mm to 0.5mm, but is not limited to this range.
In the reel seat 9 for a fishing rod according to an embodiment of the present invention, the notch 18 is formed along the extending direction of the screw member 17. Thus, even the screw member formed with the locking projection can be easily attached to the reel seat body.
