Wherein, the front side opening of the washing tank 1 is fixedly provided with a front edge seat 11, and the middle of the front edge seat 11 is rotatably provided with a double-ended worm 12; the bottom of the front edge seat 11 is provided with a motor 13, and the motor 13 is in transmission connection with the double-ended worm 12 through a gear box; the front ends of the two sides of the washing tank 1 are rotatably provided with a transmission shaft 14, and the front ends of the transmission shafts 14 are provided with worm gears which are in transmission connection with the double-ended worm 12; the front middle parts of the two sides of the washing pool 1 are rotatably provided with a linkage shaft A15, the linkage shaft A15 is in transmission connection with a transmission shaft 14 through a bevel gear, and a gear is arranged on the outer side of the linkage shaft A15 and meshed with a transmission gear 201; the middle and rear parts of the two sides of the washing pool 1 are rotatably provided with a linkage shaft B16, the rear ends of the two sides of the washing pool 1 are rotatably provided with a driven shaft 17, the front end of the driven shaft 17 is in bevel gear transmission connection with the linkage shaft B16, and the rear end of the driven shaft 17 is in bevel gear transmission connection with the rotating shaft of the auxiliary eccentric wheel 9; a gear is fixedly provided on the outer side of the coupling shaft B16, and can intermittently engage with the unfilled corner gear 202.
Working principle: in the first embodiment, during use, a detergent is set at the bottom of the inner side of the washing tank 1, the fabric is preset to pass through between the roller frame 4 and the sub-frame 403 and the bottom of the air row 108, then the motor 13 is started to drive the double-ended worm 12 to rotate, the double-ended worm 12 drives the transmission shaft 14 to rotate through worm and gear transmission, the transmission shaft 14 drives the linkage shaft A15 to rotate through a bevel gear, the linkage shaft A15 drives the transmission gear 201 and the main eccentric wheel 2 to rotate through a gear, the main eccentric wheel 2 drives the H sliding block 5 to rotate, and then the reciprocating mechanism is formed to drive the bar frame 3 to reciprocate up and down, so that the roller frame 4 swings up and down, and preliminary actions are completed.
Embodiment two: in the first embodiment, the fabric is thrown, the flushing problem is not solved, when the main eccentric wheel 2 rotates, the linkage shaft B16 is driven to rotate at intervals through the unfilled corner gear 202, the linkage shaft B16 drives the driven shaft 17 to rotate through a gear, the driven shaft 17 drives the auxiliary eccentric wheel 9 to rotate through a bevel gear, the auxiliary eccentric wheel 9 drives the piston lifting frame 801 to reciprocate up and down through an eccentric shaft, the detergent is sucked into the piston part 8 in the lifting process of the piston lifting frame 801, and then the detergent is input into the flusher 7 to directly clean the fabric, the cleaning function is realized, and the inner ratchet gear 405 and the rack 18 are meshed and self-transmitted when the roller frame 4 is lifted, so that the fabric is fed, the fabric is moved in a segmented mode, and the feeding effect is synchronously completed.
Embodiment III: above-mentioned pond 1 is fixed knot constructs, only can realize single clearance, when the surface fabric that needs to retrieve washs, can splice two sets of ponds 1 and use, sets up the washing liquid in the pond 1 of first group, then connects pump body and circulating water with the bottom of pond 1 of second group, realizes the cleanness to the cloth through twice processing.
In the fourth embodiment, in the process of moving the roller frame 4 up and down, the H slider 5 continuously rotates, and the brush bar 6 reciprocates at the bottom of the fabric, so as to realize brushing, and the functions of swinging and cleaning are realized simultaneously by one reciprocation.

Claims (6)

1. A conveyor for cleaning textile fabric having a whip mechanism, comprising: the washing device comprises a washing tank (1), a main eccentric wheel (2), a strip frame (3), a roller frame (4), a flusher (7) and a piston piece (8); the washing tank (1) is of an integrated tank structure with an opening structure at the top and the upper half sections at the front side and the rear side; the main eccentric wheel (2) is rotatably arranged in the main wheel groove (103); the number of the strip frames (3) is two, H sliding blocks (5) are arranged in the middle of the strip frames (3) in a sliding manner, the two H sliding blocks (5) are coaxially connected, and a rotating shaft is eccentrically fixed in the two main eccentric wheels (2); the roller frame (4) is fixedly arranged at the front end and the rear end of the strip-shaped frame (3); the main body of the flusher (7) is U-shaped, and the flusher (7) is fixedly arranged at the tops of the two groups of H sliding blocks (5); the piston pieces (8) are fixedly arranged at two sides of the inner rear end of the washing tank (1);
the washing tank (1) comprises: two groups of top strips (101) are fixedly arranged at the tops of two sides of the washing tank (1); two groups of guide rods (102) are fixedly arranged between the bottom of the top strip (101) and the washing tank (1); a main wheel groove (103), a transmission groove (105) and an auxiliary wheel groove (104) are sequentially formed in the right, front and back of the inner walls of the two sides of the washing tank (1); a rack (18) is fixedly arranged at the top of the inner side of the transmission groove (105); guide strips (106) are integrally arranged at two ends of the top of the rear side of the washing tank (1), and an air row (108) is slidably arranged in the middle of each guide strip (106) at two sides; the top of the rear side of the washing tank (1) and the bottom of the air exhaust pipe (108) are provided with air holes (107), and the outlets of the air holes (107) incline backwards; the right rear end of the washing tank (1) is provided with a fan (10) which is communicated with an air hole (107) at the rear side of the washing tank (1), and an air row (108) is provided with an air pipe which is communicated with the air hole (107) at the rear side of the washing tank (1);
the main eccentric wheel (2) comprises: a transmission gear (201) and a unfilled corner gear (202); the outer end of the rotating shaft of the main eccentric wheel (2) is fixedly provided with a transmission gear (201); the outer end of the rotating shaft of the main eccentric wheel (2) is fixedly provided with a unfilled corner gear (202), the tooth diameter of the unfilled corner gear (202) is the same as that of the transmission gear (201), and the number of teeth of the unfilled corner gear (202) is one quarter of that of the transmission gear (201);
the strip frame (3) comprises: a guide cylinder (301), a screw cylinder (302) and a screw sleeve (303); two groups of guide cylinders (301) are integrally arranged at two ends of the strip-shaped frame (3), and the guide cylinders (301) are in sliding connection with the guide rods (102); two groups of thread cylinders (302) are uniformly arranged at the top of the guide cylinder (301); a thread sleeve (303) is arranged on the outer side of the top of the thread cylinder (302) through threaded connection;
the roller frame (4) comprises: a spring lever (401), a baffle (402), a subframe (403), a roller (404) and an inner ratchet gear (405); spring rods (401) are fixedly arranged at the tops of two sides of the roller frame (4); the spring rods (401) are sleeved with springs and fixedly provided with baffle plates (402) through the auxiliary frames (403); the main structures of the roller frame (4) and the auxiliary frame (403) are the same, and a roller (404) is rotatably arranged in the bent angle; an inner ratchet gear (405) is fixedly arranged at the right end of the roller (404) at the lower part of the rear side, an inner ratchet gear (405) is fixedly arranged at the left end of the roller (404) at the upper part of the rear side, and the intervals between the two groups of inner ratchet gears (405) and the racks (18) at the same side are consistent.

A conveying device with a swing mechanism for cleaning textile fabrics according to claim 1, characterized in that brush strips (6) are fixedly arranged at the tops of the two groups of H sliding blocks (5), and the upper surfaces of the brush strips (6) are flush with the top surface of the strip-shaped frame (3).

A conveyor for textile fabric cleaning with a whirling mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the flusher (7) comprises: bellows (701) and (702); the bottom of the flusher (7) is provided with a plurality of groups of through holes, two groups of corrugated pipes (701) are connected and arranged on two sides of the top of the flusher (7), and the top ends of the corrugated pipes (701) are fixedly arranged at the bottom of the top strip (101); a conveying pipe (702) is connected to the rear side of the top of the corrugated pipe (701); two groups of one-way valves are connected and arranged on the outer side of the bottom of the piston piece (8), the front one-way valve is connected with the conveying pipe (702), and a filter cover is arranged outside the other group of one-way valves.

A conveying device with a whipping mechanism for cleaning textile materials according to claim 1, characterized in that the piston top of the piston member (8) is fixedly provided with a piston lifting frame (801); an auxiliary eccentric wheel (9) is arranged in the auxiliary wheel groove (104) in a rotating mode, an eccentric shaft is arranged outside the auxiliary eccentric wheel (9), and the eccentric shaft is arranged in the piston lifting frame (801) in a sliding mode.

A conveying device with a swing mechanism for cleaning textile fabrics according to claim 1, wherein a front edge seat (11) is fixedly arranged at the front side opening of the washing tank (1), and a double-ended worm (12) is rotatably arranged in the middle of the front edge seat (11); the bottom of the front edge seat (11) is provided with a motor (13), and the motor (13) is in transmission connection with a gear box arranged on the double-ended worm (12).

A conveying device with a swing mechanism for cleaning textile fabrics according to claim 1, wherein the front ends of the two sides of the washing tank (1) are rotatably provided with a transmission shaft (14), and the front ends of the transmission shafts (14) are provided with worm gears which are in transmission connection with a double-ended worm (12); a coupling shaft A (15) is rotatably arranged at the front middle parts of the two sides of the washing tank (1), the coupling shaft A (15) is in transmission connection with a transmission shaft (14) through a bevel gear, and a gear is arranged at the outer side of the coupling shaft A (15) and meshed with a transmission gear (201); the middle and rear parts of the two sides of the washing pool (1) are rotatably provided with a linkage shaft B (16), the rear ends of the two sides of the washing pool (1) are rotatably provided with a driven shaft (17), the front end of the driven shaft (17) is in transmission connection with a bevel gear arranged on the linkage shaft B (16), and the rear end of the driven shaft (17) is in transmission connection with a bevel gear arranged on a rotating shaft of an auxiliary eccentric wheel (9); a gear is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the linkage shaft B (16), and can be intermittently meshed with the unfilled gear (202).
