8. The sewing method of the multicolor round collar is characterized by comprising the following steps:
two ends of the collar are butted to form a round collar, the round collar is sleeved on a second roller shaft of a first roller shaft, the round collar is lapped on a sewing table of a sewing machine, and the first roller shaft and the second roller shaft are respectively arranged in front of and behind the sewing table;
the first cloth belt sequentially penetrates through the belt folding groove and the belt penetrating groove of the cloth pulling frame, the cloth clamping mechanism and the sewing table and then extends to the first belt pulling mechanism; the folding groove can fold the first cloth belt in half, the cloth pulling frame can drive the first cloth belt to move left and right, the cloth clamping mechanism clamps the first cloth belt, and the first cloth belt mechanism can drive the first cloth belt to move backwards;
the first roller shaft drives the round collar above the sewing table to move backwards at a first rotating speed, the first belt pulling mechanism drives the first cloth belt to move backwards, the cloth pulling frame pulls the folded first cloth to move leftwards, the cloth clamping mechanism clamps and releases the first cloth belt at a first frequency, and the sewing machine sews the round collar and the first cloth belt together;
the first roller shaft drives the round collar above the sewing table to move backwards at a second rotating speed, the first belt pulling mechanism drives the first cloth belt to move backwards, the cloth clamping mechanism clamps and releases the first cloth belt at a second frequency, and the sewing machine sews the round collar and the first cloth belt together;
the first roller shaft drives a round collar above the sewing table to move backwards at a third rotating speed, the first belt pulling mechanism drives the first cloth belt to move backwards, the cloth pulling frame pulls the folded first cloth to move rightwards, the cloth clamping mechanism clamps and releases the first cloth belt at a third frequency, and the sewing machine sews the round collar and the first cloth belt together;
the belt cutting device cuts off the connection between the first cloth belt and the round collar.
9. The sewing method of a multicolor round collar as claimed in claim 8, further comprising the steps of:
sleeving the second cloth belt on the outer side of the round collar, rotating the first rotating shaft, and sewing the second cloth belt and the round collar together by using a sewing machine;
the butt joint department at the both ends of collar forms the butt joint, and first roller rotates and drives the round collar removal, triggers micro-gap switch until the butt joint, and micro-gap switch sends trigger signal to controlling means, and controlling means controls first roller and rotates first angle.
