and (3) silk-screen printing treatment: first silk screen printing: mixing required paint, a curing agent and a diluent according to a ratio, wherein the color of the paint comprises black, silver and red, then removing dust and static electricity of the instrument panel decoration panel, then placing the instrument panel decoration panel on a silk-screen printing positioning tool, shielding an area needing regular pattern processing on the instrument panel decoration panel by using a silk-screen printing plate, placing the black paint on the silk-screen printing plate, printing the black paint on the instrument panel decoration panel through the silk-screen printing plate under the action of a scraper to obtain the instrument panel decoration panel with a first silk-screen pattern, and then drying; and (5) second silk screen printing: placing the instrument board decoration panel with the first silk-screen pattern in a silk-screen printing positioning tool, aligning a silk-screen printing plate to the area of the first silk-screen pattern on the instrument board decoration panel, placing silver paint on the silk-screen printing plate, printing the silver paint on the first silk-screen pattern on the instrument board decoration panel through the silk-screen printing plate under the action of a scraper to obtain an instrument board decoration panel with a second silk-screen pattern, and then drying; and (3) screen printing for the third time: placing the instrument board decoration panel with the silk-screen printing pattern on a silk-screen printing positioning tool, adjusting the position of a silk-screen layer, aligning the left end of a silk-screen printing plate to the right end of the second silk-screen printing pattern on the instrument board decoration panel, shielding the second silk-screen printing layer, placing red paint on the silk-screen printing plate, printing the red paint on the first silk-screen printing pattern on the instrument board decoration panel through the silk-screen printing plate under the action of a scraper to obtain an instrument board decoration panel with a third silk-screen printing pattern, and then drying;
and (3) spray painting treatment: and (3) spraying finish paint on the surface of the instrument board decoration panel subjected to water transfer printing and silk screen printing, and placing the instrument board decoration panel on a material rack for naturally drying.
