本发明公开了一种防风抗寒的面料,属于面料技术领域,包括外层、内层以及置于外层与内层之间的防风抗寒内料部,防风抗寒内料部由防风部和抗寒保暖部组成,防风部对寒风的进入进行阻挡,而抗寒保暖部在防风的基础上进行对热量进行保存,降低空气的对流,以此减少热量的流失,其中防风部置于靠近外层的一侧,对外界的寒风进行直接阻挡接触,防风部包括置于外层背面的阻风防渗透层以及置于其阻风防渗透层背面的施力反弹层,施力反弹层受到阻风防渗透层推力而通过弹性力施加于阻风防渗透层上。该防风抗寒的面料,可以降低寒风侵入的风险,减少空气对流造成的热量流失,以此提高防风性和保暖抗寒性。

技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,具体涉及一种防风抗寒的面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能。现有的面料品种众多,但随着人们生活水平的提高,需要提供能满足不同人群需要的新品种。人们对服装的要求不仅仅对服装款式、做工的要求,更多的是对服装品质的要求,这就要求在服装面料上要跟得上服装形式的发展,功能性、舒适、环保、健康等面料的特征成为人们越来越关注的话题。
目前市场上正在对防风抗寒的面料进行研发,而传统的面料在防风抗寒上效果并不显著,寒风侵入面料的外层时,缺少对寒风的阻挡,容易导致寒风继续侵入内层,导致空气对流,造成热量流失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防风抗寒的面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防风抗寒的面料,包括外层、内层以及置于外层与内层之间的防风抗寒内料部,所述防风抗寒内料部由防风部和抗寒保暖部组成;
其中所述防风部置于靠近外层的一侧,抗寒保暖部置于靠近内层的一侧;
所述防风部包括置于外层背面的阻风防渗透层以及置于其阻风防渗透层背面的施力反弹层,所述施力反弹层受到阻风防渗透层推力而通过弹性力施加于阻风防渗透层上,所述阻风防渗透层上设有阻风层,所述阻风层贴合于外层的内壁上。
优选的,所述抗寒保暖部包括挡风层以及置于挡风层背面的加绒保暖层,所述挡风层的正面贴合在施力反弹层的背面上。
优选的,所述施力反弹层朝向外层的一侧面设有弹性反弹层,所述弹性反弹层贴合于阻风防渗透层的背面上。
优选的,所述加绒保暖层包括棉料编织层以及加绒基层。
优选的,所述棉料编织层和加绒基层相对一侧面以及加绒基层的另一侧面上均设有保暖绒层。
优选的,所述加绒基层背向棉料编织层的一侧面设有防护里层。
优选的,所述防护里层的背面与内层贴合设置在一起。
优选的,所述阻风层由阻风凸点密集设置而成。
优选的,所述外层上通过防脱落缝制线与内层缝制连接。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
该防风抗寒的面料,外层受到寒风的侵入,使得外层施加推力于阻风防渗透层上,此时阻风防渗透层对一部分的寒风通过阻风层进行阻挡,使得这一部分寒风排出,从而减少寒风的侵入,降低其寒冷度;
而另一部分寒风依然受力推动施力反弹层,此时的施力反弹层可以通过自身的弹性将这部分寒风弹性排出,从而降低寒风侵入的风险,减少空气对流造成的热量流失,以此提高防风性;
棉料编织层和加绒基层的相对面以及加绒基层的另一侧面均设有保暖荣层,而防护里层和挡风层不仅可以减少寒风的侵入,同时可以对热量进行储存,减少热量的流失,从而提高其保暖抗寒性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
请参阅附图1和附图2,一种防风抗寒的面料,包括外层1、内层2以及置于外层1与内层2之间的防风抗寒内料部3,防风抗寒内料部3由防风部和抗寒保暖部组成,防风部对寒风的进入进行阻挡,而抗寒保暖部在防风的基础上进行对热量进行保存,降低空气的对流,以此减少热量的流失;
其中防风部置于靠近外层1的一侧,对外界的寒风进行直接阻挡接触;
抗寒保暖部置于靠近内层2的一侧,对热量进行储存以及进行持续保暖;
防风部包括置于外层1背面的阻风防渗透层4以及置于其阻风防渗透层4背面的施力反弹层6,施力反弹层6受到阻风防渗透层4推力而通过弹性力施加于阻风防渗透层4上,施力反弹层6受到寒风的推力时,可以利用其自身的弹性将寒风反向作用力排出,从而减少寒风的侵入;
阻风防渗透层4上设有阻风层5,阻风层5贴合于外层1的内壁上,阻风层5对寒风进行初步接触阻挡,降低寒风的侵入量;
外层1上通过防脱落缝制线9与内层2缝制连接,防脱落缝制线9可以将外层1、内层2以及二者之间的防风抗寒内料部3进行缝制在一起,防止脱落,对防风抗寒起到重要的作用;
抗寒保暖部包括挡风层8以及置于挡风层8背面的加绒保暖层,挡风层8的正面贴合在施力反弹层6的背面上,施力反弹层6朝向外层1的一侧面设有弹性反弹层7,弹性反弹层7贴合于阻风防渗透层4的背面上,弹性反弹层7可以对阻风防渗透层4和外层1受到的寒风推力进行反作用力推送。
请参阅附图2和附图3,加绒保暖层包括棉料编织层10以及加绒基层11,棉料编织层10和加绒基层11相对一侧面以及加绒基层11的另一侧面上均设有保暖绒层12,加绒基层11两侧面上均设保暖绒层12,从而提高其保暖性能;
加绒基层11背向棉料编织层10的一侧面设有防护里层13,防护里层13的背面与内层2贴合设置在一起,防护里层13不仅可以对保暖绒层12进行热量储存,同时可以对保暖绒层12进行保护,防止保暖绒层12的绒毛掉落,此外,防护里层13采用棉质材料,可以对热量进行快速传递至内层2上。
请参阅附图2和附图4,阻风层5由阻风凸点14密集设置而成,密集设置的阻风凸点14可以对寒风进行施力阻挡,同时可以减少寒风的侵入。
工作原理:
该防风抗寒的面料,外层1受到寒风的侵入,使得外层1施加推力于阻风防渗透层4上,此时阻风防渗透层4的阻风层5上密集设置的阻风凸点14可以对一部分寒风进行施力阻挡,使得这一部分寒风从外层1排出,从而减少寒风的侵入,降低其寒冷度;
而另一部分寒风依然受力推动施力反弹层6,此时的施力反弹层6可以通过自身的弹性反弹层7的弹性将这部分寒风从外层1弹性排出,从而降低寒风侵入的风险,减少空气对流造成的热量流失,以此提高防风性;
棉料编织层10和加绒基层11的相对面以及加绒基层11的另一侧面均设有保暖绒层12,而防护里层13和挡风层8不仅可以减少寒风的侵入,同时可以对热量进行储存,减少热量的流失,从而提高其保暖抗寒性。

Claims (9)

1.一种防风抗寒的面料,包括外层(1)、内层(2)以及置于外层(1)与内层(2)之间的防风抗寒内料部(3),其特征在于:所述防风抗寒内料部(3)由防风部和抗寒保暖部组成;
其中所述防风部置于靠近外层(1)的一侧,抗寒保暖部置于靠近内层(2)的一侧;
所述防风部包括置于外层(1)背面的阻风防渗透层(4)以及置于其阻风防渗透层(4)背面的施力反弹层(6),所述施力反弹层(6)受到阻风防渗透层(4)推力而通过弹性力施加于阻风防渗透层(4)上,所述阻风防渗透层(4)上设有阻风层(5),所述阻风层(5)贴合于外层(1)的内壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防风抗寒的面料,其特征在于:所述抗寒保暖部包括挡风层(8)以及置于挡风层(8)背面的加绒保暖层,所述挡风层(8)的正面贴合在施力反弹层(6)的背面上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防风抗寒的面料,其特征在于:所述施力反弹层(6)朝向外层(1)的一侧面设有弹性反弹层(7),所述弹性反弹层(7)贴合于阻风防渗透层(4)的背面上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种防风抗寒的面料,其特征在于:所述加绒保暖层包括棉料编织层(10)以及加绒基层(11)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防风抗寒的面料,其特征在于:所述棉料编织层(10)和加绒基层(11)相对一侧面以及加绒基层(11)的另一侧面上均设有保暖绒层(12)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防风抗寒的面料,其特征在于:所述加绒基层(11)背向棉料编织层(10)的一侧面设有防护里层(13)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种防风抗寒的面料,其特征在于:所述防护里层(13)的背面与内层(2)贴合设置在一起。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防风抗寒的面料,其特征在于:所述阻风层(5)由阻风凸点(14)密集设置而成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防风抗寒的面料,其特征在于:所述外层(1)上通过防脱落缝制线(9)与内层(2)缝制连接。
