The current box foaming transportation process is as follows: (1) after the box receiving transport vehicle receives the box body to be foamed, the box body to be foamed is carried to the front of the foaming mould through the track; (2) the foaming box body is conveyed into a foaming mould, and after the box body is foamed, the box conveying vehicle moves to a position, and the box conveying vehicle is in butt joint with the foaming mould; (3) the box conveying vehicle conveys the foaming box body to the next working procedure, and then the actions are repeated. The temperature of the box body during foaming meets the production process requirement, and the consistency of the foaming quality and the foaming quality can be improved. When the room temperature is lower, the box body to be foamed is required to be put into an oven before foaming for temperature compensation and then foamed, so that the problems of debonding, overhigh core density, poor shape stability and the like of products caused by the fact that the temperature of the box body cannot meet the process requirements are solved.
The prior refrigerator box body is mainly preheated after being heated in a drying tunnel and conveyed into a foaming mold through a conveying vehicle, and the prior refrigerator box body has the defects that when the ring temperature is lower, particularly in winter, the heat loss of the box body to be foamed is large in the conveying process after the box body is heated in an oven, so that the temperature of the box body cannot meet the process requirements, the quality problems of products such as debonding of batch products, overhigh core density, poor shape stability and the like are caused, and great losses are caused to cost, quality and efficiency.

Further, the oven further comprises an oven, wherein a heating fan device is arranged at the inner top of the oven, an inlet is arranged at one side of the oven, a telescopic manipulator is arranged on the outer side wall of the oven right above the inlet, and a grabbing device which is matched with the heat preservation box door body and controls the heat preservation box door body to lift along the vertical direction is arranged at the end part of the telescopic manipulator; and a conveying belt mechanism B for placing the box body to be foamed is arranged in the oven.

Conveyor A13 and conveyor B22 are identical in structure; each of which comprises a frame and a conveyor belt system arranged on the frame; the conveyor belt system comprises a motor arranged at one end of the frame, a driving roller in transmission connection with the motor, and a driven roller arranged at the other end of the frame and in transmission connection with the driving roller through a conveyor belt; the upper surfaces of the conveyor belt mechanism A13 and the conveyor belt of the conveyor belt mechanism B22 are positioned at the same horizontal plane, so that the box body 3 to be foamed can be conveyed to the other conveyor belt mechanism in a stable transition manner from one conveyor belt mechanism.
In the invention, the transport vehicle and the incubator 11 can be integrally placed in the oven 2, so that the space is saved, and the potential safety hazard in the production process is reduced.

when the distance sensor (16) detects that the distance between the transport vehicle (1) and the conveyor belt mechanism B (22) meets a set distance value L2, the conveyor belt mechanism A (13) and the conveyor belt mechanism B (22) are controlled to drive.
2. The box body foaming conveying system with the heat preservation function according to claim 1, wherein the heat preservation material is one or more of a wood material, foaming polypropylene, foaming polyethylene, a vacuum heat insulation plate material and polyurethane rigid foam.
