As shown in fig. 3-4, the rivet driver is fixed on the bottom plate 8, and a pressure sensor 51 is arranged between the driving end of the rivet driver and the movable joint. The movable connector comprises a first connector 52 and a second connector 53, the first connector 52 is in a reversed U shape, the plane end of the first connector 52 is fixed with the pressure sensor 51, the extending end of the first connector 52 is pivoted with the connecting arm of the second connector 53, and the extending end of the second connector 53 is pivoted with the connecting arm.
As shown in fig. 5, the pressing mechanism 7 includes a pressing cylinder 72, a bracket 71, a pressing plate 74, and a guide rod 73, the pressing cylinder 72 is fixed on the bottom plate 8 through the bracket 71, the pressing cylinder 72 is located right above the riveting die, the pressing plate 74 is fixed at a driving end of the pressing cylinder 72, the pressing plate 74 is disposed toward the object placing hole 11, a lower end of the guide rod 73 is connected with the pressing plate 74, the guide rod 73 is slidably connected with the bracket 71, a contact surface 75 matched with an edge of a front cover 91 of the processed motor 9 is disposed on a lower surface of the pressing plate 74, a baffle 76 is disposed on one side of the contact surface 75 of the pressing plate 74, and the pressing cylinder 72 drives the pressing plate 74 to move up and down.
As shown in fig. 1, a protective cover 82 is provided around the upper portion of the bottom plate 8, an operation window is provided on one side of the protective cover 82, the operation window is provided with a safety light barrier 83, a frame 81 is provided on the lower portion of the bottom plate 8, and casters 86 are provided on the lower end of the frame 81. The bottom plate 8 is also provided with a pressure controller 84, a PLC and a touch screen 85, the pressure controller 84 and the pressure sensor 51, and the pressure controller 84 is used for monitoring the riveting pressure; the PLC and the touch screen 85 are used for controlling the machine action and setting working parameters.
In the present embodiment, the lower end surface of the motor base 1 is fixed to the bottom plate 8, the bottom plate 8 functions as the cover plate 4, the bottom plate 8 can be regarded as the bottom side cover plate 4, and the lower cam 26 rotates between the bottom and the lower end surface of the motor base 1. The shape of the bottom plate 8 is not important, the bottom plate 8 of the present embodiment is square, the bottom plate 8 is large, the motor base 1 and the driving member are mounted on the bottom plate 8 together, the lower positioning block 6 is mounted on the lower portion of the bottom plate 8, and the screw 28 on the side of the motor base 1 driving the lower pressing block 27 to reset is mounted on the bottom plate 8.
The motor base 1 is used for fixing the motor 9 to be processed, the upper and lower cams 26 are used for driving the upper and lower press blocks 27, the central positioning block 31 is used for centering the motor 9 to be processed, the position of the central positioning block 31 can be adjusted according to the size of the motor 9 to be processed, and the pressing block 33 is used for pre-pressing the motor 9 to be processed.
The riveting and pressing equipment comprises the working steps that 1, an operator puts a processed motor 9 into a motor base 1, the processed motor 9 is positioned in a positioning groove 61, and a starting button is pressed. 2. The machine starts to operate, the pressing air cylinder 36 starts to operate, and the pressing air cylinder 36 presses the processed motor 9 from the radial direction by pushing the pressing block 33. 3. The lower pressure cylinder 72 starts to operate, and the lower pressure cylinder pushes the lower pressure plate 74 to descend so as to press the processed motor 9 in the axial direction. 4. The servo electric cylinder 5 pushes the upper and lower cams 26 to set positions, the cams drive the upper and lower press blocks 27 to rivet the housing 93 of the processed motor 9 at riveting positions 94, after riveting is completed, the electric cylinder pushes the upper and lower cams 26 to reset, and the upper and lower press blocks 27 are reset through the reset springs 23. 5. The ejection cylinder 100 ejects the processed motor 9 upward. 6. The machine prompts the completion of the operation, and the operator takes out the processed motor 9, changes to the next processed motor 9, and repeats the above actions.
The invention has reasonable structure, novel design and strong practicability, the working steps are controlled by a PLC program, and the processing process is fully automatically completed; the riveting die is of a centrosymmetric structure, four riveting positions 94 on the left side, the right side, the upper side and the lower side of the processed motor 9 are synchronously riveted, the central position of the processed motor 9 can be adjusted through the central positioning block 31, the center of the processed motor 9 is ensured to be coincided with the riveting center through the pressing assembly, and the bearing of a front cover 92 and a rear cover 92 of the processed motor are ensured to be concentric with a rotor shaft; the servo electric cylinder 5 is adopted to drive the cam, the pressure is uniform in the riveting process, and the riveting stroke is stable; the pressure sensor 51 is used for monitoring the riveting pressure, so that the reliability of riveting operation is ensured.
The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent variations and modifications made to the above embodiments according to the technical spirit of the present invention still fall within the technical scope of the present invention.

1. the riveting die comprises a motor base, a riveting component, a pressing component and a lower positioning block, wherein a material placing hole for placing a processed motor is axially formed in the motor base, the processed motor is positioned and fixed in the material placing hole, the pressing component is arranged on the motor base and is used for radially pre-pressing the processed motor in the material placing hole, the riveting component is movably arranged on the motor base and is in transmission connection with a riveting driving component, and the riveting driving component drives the riveting component to rivet and press the processed motor in the material placing hole;
the riveting component comprises a cam, a pressing block and a return spring, the cam is in transmission connection with the riveting driving piece, the cam is rotatably arranged at the upper position and the lower position of the motor base and is positioned in the outer circumferential direction of the object placing hole, one end of the pressing block is in movable contact with the cam surface of the cam, the other end of the pressing block is provided with a pressing head for riveting the riveting position of the shell of the processed motor, the pressing head is arranged towards the object placing hole, the return spring is arranged between the motor base and the pressing block, a sliding groove is arranged between the cam and the object placing hole of the motor base, and the pressing block reciprocates in the sliding groove through the cam and the return spring;
the lower positioning block is positioned below the object placing hole, the lower positioning block is provided with a positioning groove matched with the processed motor in shape, the processed motor is pre-positioned in the object placing hole through the positioning groove, the ejection cylinder is installed below the lower positioning block, and the driving end of the ejection cylinder extends into the object placing hole.

The motor seal riveting device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pressing assembly comprises a central positioning block and a pressing block, a mounting hole communicated with the object placing hole is formed in the motor base, the mounting hole is perpendicular to the object placing hole, the central positioning block and the pressing block are arranged in the mounting hole and located on two sides of the object placing hole respectively, the central positioning block is fixedly connected with the motor base, and the pressing block is movably arranged in the mounting hole through a pressing cylinder; the central positioning block and the pressing block are both provided with inner arc surfaces matched with the shape of the shell of the processed motor, and the shell of the processed motor is clamped and fixed between the inner arc surfaces of the central positioning block and the pressing block.
