during disinfection, the water pump 152 is operated to make the disinfectant in the water tank 111 flow into the delivery pipe 151, the delivery pipe 151 delivers the disinfectant to the spray nozzle 153, the spray nozzle 153 sprays the disinfectant to flush and disinfect the instruments, the used disinfectant flows to the bottom of the disinfection chamber 11, the used sterilizing liquid can be discharged through the waste liquid pipe 113, and then the instrument rack 141 is taken into the sterilizing zone 16 by the transport rollers 22, the ultraviolet lamp 162 is operated to irradiate ultraviolet rays downward, further sterilizing the surgical instruments inside the instrument rack 141, then bringing the instrument rack 141 into the drying region 17 by the conveying rollers 22, driving the fan blades to rotate by the operation of the motor to make the air flow, filtering the air by the air filter 173, making the fan 174 convey clean air downwards, heating the air by the heating wires 175 to form warm air, thereby drying the disinfected instruments and avoiding the influence on the use caused by the residual disinfectant on the surfaces of the instruments;
