技术领域
本发明涉及一种化妆品组合物及其应用和使用方法,特别涉及一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物。
背景技术
水是保持皮肤健康形态的首要条件,皮肤含水量的多少决定皮肤是否稚嫩、丰满、亮泽与柔软。正常情况下皮肤贮存的水分约占成人人体所有水量的18%~20%。正常的角质层中存在多种天然保湿因子,其中主要是氨基酸(40%)、吡咯烷酮羧酸(12%)、乳酸(12%)、糖(8.5%)、尿素(7%)以及氯、钠、钾等。如果皮肤含水量低于正常水平,皮肤会颜色暗淡、干燥、蜕皮甚至有细小褶皱的,且多会伴随干燥、紧绷的感觉,这时候就需要外用保湿剂来缓解症状。
吡咯烷酮羧酸是皮肤和其它组织中广泛存在的天然生物分子,由于其极好的保湿作用和良好的吸收促进作用,在护肤品领域被作为保湿剂广泛使用。然而,现有技术中,将含有吡咯烷酮羧酸的化妆品组合物施加在皮肤上以后,由于吡咯烷酮羧酸在皮肤上的释放速度太快,一方面对皮肤刺激性大,另一方面缩短了在皮肤上的停留时间。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明的目的是提供一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物。本发明通过以下技术方案实现。
一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物,包含:
a)至少一种聚氨酯-7;
b)至少一种保湿剂,所述保湿剂包含至少一个吡咯烷酮羧酸,吡咯烷酮羧酸盐基团;
c)至少一种保湿剂,所述保湿剂包含至少一个赤藓糖醇;
所述聚氨酯-7固体组分和所述保湿剂的重量比为1∶30-300∶1,重量和为0.1%重量-30%重量,基于所述组合物为100%重量计。
优选的,所述聚氨酯-7至少一种异氰酸酯HMDI。
优选的,至少一种聚酯多元醇聚合物。
优选的,所述保湿剂为吡咯烷酮羧酸钠。
优选的,所述保湿剂为赤藓糖醇。
优选的,所述保湿剂和修复活性成分为肌肽。
优选的,所述聚氨酯-7固体组分和所述保湿剂的重量比为1∶1-50∶1,重量和为0.5%重量-10%重量,基于所述组合物为100%重量计。
优选的,所述聚氨酯-7固体组分和所述保湿剂的重量比为2∶1-40∶1,重量和为2%重量-5%重量,基于所述组合物为100%重量计。
优选的,包括一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物施加到皮肤以保湿的应用。
一种皮肤保湿的方法,该方法包括将所述组合物施加在皮肤上。

聚氨酯-7分散体可通过一种或多种水不溶性、非水分散性的异氰酸酯官能化聚氨酯预聚物A1)与一种或多种氨基官能化合物A2)反应来获得。
在本发明的范围内,术语″水不溶性、非水分散性的聚氨酯预聚物″指,该预聚物在23℃下在水中的溶解度是低于10g/升,优选低于5g/升,并且预聚物在23℃下在水(尤其去离子水)中无法产生沉降稳定的分散体。换句话说,在将它分散在水中的实验中,预聚物沉淀出来。
在本发明一个优选的实施例中,聚氨酯预聚物A1)具有末端异氰酸酯基团,即异氰酸酯基团位于预聚物链末端,优选地,聚氨酯预聚物的所有链末端均具有异氰酸酯基团。
在本发明一个优选的实施例中,可用于本发明的非水溶性和非水分散性的异氰酸酯官能化聚氨酯预聚物A1)基本上不含有离子基团和/或离子源基团,即离子基团和/或离子源基团的含量合适地是低于15毫克当量(Milli equivalent)/100g的聚氨酯预聚物A1),优选低于5毫克当量,更优选低于1毫克当量,特别优选低于0.1毫克当量/100g的聚氨酯预聚物A1)。此处的水指没有添加表面活性剂的去离子水。
在本发明一些实施例中,可用于本发明的聚氨酯预聚物可以含有酸性离子基团和/或离子源基团,这些聚氨酯预聚物的酸值合适地是低于30mg KOH/g,优选低于10mgKOH/g。该酸值表示为了中和1g的研究样品所需要的氢氧化钾质量(mg)(根据DIN EN ISO211测量)。被中和的酸(即相应盐)自然不具有酸值或具有较低的酸值。
在本发明一些实施例中,聚氨酯预聚物可通过有机多异氰酸酯制备。合适的有机多异氰酸酯是所属技术领域的技术人员已知的NCO官能度大于或等于2的脂肪族、芳族或脂环族多异氰酸酯。
有机多异氰酸酯非限制性的实例包括1,4-亚丁基二异氰酸酯,1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI),异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI),2,2,4-和/或2,4,4-三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,双(4,4’-异氰酸根环己基)甲烷异构体或这些异构体的混合物,1,4-亚环己基二异氰酸酯,4-异氰酸根甲基-1,8-辛烷二异氰酸酯(壬烷三异氰酸酯),1,4-苯二异氰酸酯,2,4-和/或2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯,1,5-亚萘基二异氰酸酯,2,2′-和/或2,4′-和/或4,4′-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯,1,3-和/或1,4-双(2-异氰酸根丙-2-基)苯(TMXDI),1,3-双(异氰酸根甲基)苯(XDI),和具有C1-C8-烷基的2,6-二异氰酸根己酸烷基酯(赖氨酸二异氰酸酯)。
除上述多异氰酸酯之外,还有可能使用具有脲二酮、异氰脲酸酯、脲烷、脲基甲酸酯、缩二脲、亚氨基二嗪二酮或二嗪三酮结构的官能度≥2的改性二异氰酸酯,以及这些成分按比例的混合物。
在本发明一个优选的实施例中,有机多异氰酸酯选自六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯或其组合。
在本发明一些实施例中,也可以使用聚合物多元醇来制备聚氨酯,此类聚合物多元醇是在聚氨酯涂料技术中已知的聚酯多元醇,聚丙烯酸酯多元醇,聚氨酯多元醇,聚碳酸酯多元醇,聚醚多元醇,聚酯聚丙烯酸酯多元醇,聚氨酯聚丙烯酸酯多元醇,聚氨酯聚酯多元醇,聚氨酯聚醚多元醇,聚氨酯聚碳酸酯多元醇和聚酯聚碳酸酯多元醇。它们能够单独或以混合的形式用于制备本发明的聚氨酯。
本发明中的聚合物多元醇优选是聚四亚甲基二醇聚醚、聚碳酸酯多元醇和它们的混合物,特别优选聚四亚甲基二醇聚醚多元醇。
可用于本发明的聚氨酯优选是线型分子,但也可是支化的。可用于本发明的聚氨酯的数均分子量是,例如,约1000-200000,优选5000到150000。
在本发明一个优选的实施例中,聚氨酯以水分散体形式添加到所述的聚氨酯化妆品组合物中。
根据本发明所用的优选聚氨酯或聚氨酯分散体可通过现有技术中已知的方法,使用已知的组分获得,例如美国专利公开US 2011/0027211,将该文献的全部内容以引用的方式合并入本文。
在本发明一个优选的实施例中,聚氨酯分散体的固体含量为10-70重量%,优选30-65重量%,特别优选40-60重量%。固体含量是通过将称量样品在125℃下加热至恒重来确定的。在恒重下,通过再称量样品来计算固体含量。
用于制备本发明的化妆品组合物的聚氨酯分散体优选是科创公司生产的E-LASTION 1。
本发明的化妆品组合物还包括保湿剂,该保湿剂可以天然获得的也可以是合成的产品。可用于本发明的保湿剂的实例包括但不限于:可购自的科创公司生产的吡咯烷酮羧酸,吡咯烷酮羧酸盐。
吡咯烷酮羧酸钠(即PCA-Na)是皮肤中天然存在的物质,是氨基酸衍生物,化学式为C5H6O3NNa。本身溶于水和乙醇,却不溶于油,具有比较强的吸湿性,也可以从空气中吸收水份,在化妆品中的应用是作为保湿剂,它的保湿能力比甘油、丙二醇、山梨醇这些传统保湿剂都要强一些。PCA-Na系人体自然保湿因子的重要成分之一,吸湿性高,且无毒、无刺激、稳定性好,是近代护肤护发理想的天然化妆保健品,可使皮肤、毛发具有润湿性、柔软性、弹性及光泽性、抗静电性。
根据本发明的化妆品组合物除包含上文所述的聚氨酯和吡咯烷酮羧酸保湿剂外,还包括化妆品可接受的介质尤其包括水和任选的化妆品合适醇类保湿剂。
如上所述,化妆品可接受的醇类保湿剂尤其包括水和任选的化妆品合适醇类保湿剂。其中水可以是纯净的软化水或矿物水。优选的溶剂是具有C2-4个碳原子的脂族醇,如赤藓糖醇,乙醇,异丙醇,多元醇,如丙二醇,甘油,乙二醇和多元醇醚;未支化的或支化的烃,如戊烷,己烷,异戊烷和环烃,如环戊烷和环己烷;和它们的混合物。非常特别优选的醇类保湿剂是赤藓糖醇;
赤藓糖醇,是一种填充型甜味剂,是四碳糖醇,分子式为C4H10O4。赤藓糖醇在自然界中广泛存在,如真菌类蘑菇、地衣,瓜果类甜瓜、葡萄、梨,动物的眼球晶体、血浆、胎液、精液、尿液中也能少量检测到,在发酵食品葡萄酒、啤酒、酱油、日本清酒中也有少量存在。[1]可由葡萄糖发酵制得,为白色结晶粉末,具有爽口的甜味,不易吸湿,高温时稳定,在广泛pH范围内稳定;
赤藓糖醇主要以小麦或玉米等淀粉质原料,经酶降解生成葡萄糖,由耐高渗透酵母或其它菌株发酵生产,能生产赤藓糖醇的有假丝酵母属、球拟酵母属、毛孢子菌属、三角酵母属、毕赤酵母属等。赤藓糖醇发酵法工业化生产流程如下:淀粉→液化→糖化→葡萄糖→生产菌株发酵→过滤→色层分离→净化→浓缩→结晶→分离→干燥,最后得到赤藓糖醇。
根据本发明的化妆品组合物除包含上文所述的聚氨酯、吡咯烷酮羧酸、赤藓糖醇保湿剂外,还包括化妆品可接受的活性肽。肌肽(L-Carnosine),学名β-丙氨酰-L-组氨酸,是由是一种由β-丙氨酸和L-组氨酸两种氨基酸组成的二肽,结晶状固体。肌肉和脑部的组织含有很高浓度的肌肽。肌肽是一种跟肉碱一起由俄国化学家古列维奇发现。在英国、韩国、俄国及其他国家均有研究表明:肌肽具有很强的抗氧化能力,对人体有益。肌肽已被证实可清除在氧化应激过程中使细胞膜的脂肪酸过度氧化而形成的活性氧自由基(ROS)以及α-β不饱和醛。在化妆品中的使用,可以防止肌肤的衰老及肌肤增白的作用,肌肽可防止出现因吸烟而产生的游离基,而这种游离基比太阳光更会伤害皮肤,自由基是人体内活性很强的原子或原子团,能够对人体内其它物质进行氧化。
在本发明中,化妆品组合物中水和/或溶剂的重量之和可以是化妆品组合物总重量的约1-95重量%。
该化妆品组合物在皮肤上可以例如以下面的形式存在:凝胶(半固体),喷雾,水包油,水包硅酮或水包油包水形式的乳液。
除如上所述的聚氨酯组分之外,根据本发明的组合物还可以包括其它合适的聚合物成膜剂,该成膜剂也能够延长化妆品在皮肤上的保湿时间。
其它成膜剂的固体含量可以是化妆品组合物总重量的0-20重量%,特别是0-10重量%。
成膜剂可选自与本发明中使用的聚氨酯不同的水溶性或水可分散性聚氨酯,聚脲,聚硅氧烷树脂和/或聚酯,以及非离子、两性和/或阳离子聚合物和它们的混合物。
本发明的化妆品组合物可以任选地包含乳化剂,该乳化剂是多元醇及其乙氧基化衍生物的脂肪酸偏酯和脂肪酸酯,乙氧基化脂肪醇和脂肪酸,乙氧基化脂肪胺,脂肪酸酰胺,脂肪酸链烷醇酰胺,烷基酚聚二醇醚(例如X),或乙氧基化脂肪醇醚。特别有利的非离子乳化剂是乙氧基化脂肪醇或者脂肪酸,优选PEG-100硬脂酸酯,PEG-40硬脂酸酯,PEG-50硬脂酸酯,鲸蜡硬脂醇聚氧乙烯(20)醚,十六烷基聚氧乙烯(20)醚,硬脂基聚氧乙烯(20)醚,鲸蜡硬脂醇聚氧乙烯(12)醚,十六烷基聚氧乙烯(12)醚,硬脂醇聚氧乙烯(12)醚,单-、寡-或者聚糖与脂肪酸的酯,脱水山梨醇酯例如诸如硬脂酸脱水山梨醇酯(来自Uniqema的20和60),脱水山梨醇棕榈酸酯(40,Uniqema),甘油基硬脂基柠檬酸酯,蔗糖酯例如诸如蔗糖硬脂酸酯,PEG-20甲基葡萄糖倍半硬脂酸酯),脂肪醇的二羧酸酯(酒石酸二肉豆寇基酯)。
有利的阴离子乳化剂是皂类(例如硬脂酸或者棕榈酸的钠盐或者三乙醇胺盐),柠檬酸的酯,例如硬脂酸酯柠檬酸甘油基酯,脂肪醇硫酸盐,以及单-,二-和三烷基磷酸酯及其乙基氧化物。
此外还可以包括天然存在的乳化剂,其包括蜂蜡,羊毛蜡,卵磷脂和固醇。
基于所述化妆品组合物总重量,乳化剂的重量百分比为约0-10重量%。
根据本发明的化妆品组合物还可以包含一种或多种在化妆品中常用的其它添加剂,如抗氧化剂、和/或其它辅剂和添加剂,如消泡剂、表面活性剂、活性成分、填料剂、溶剂、聚结剂、芳香物质、气味吸收剂、香味剂、凝胶形成剂和/或其它聚合物分散剂、填料、软化剂、颜料、染料、流动剂、触变剂、柔顺剂、软化剂、防腐剂等。各种添加剂的量为所使用领域的技术人员所已知,例如为0-25重量%,基于所述化妆品组合物的总重量计。
实施例
本发明中所有百分比均为重量百分比,且均以本发明化妆品组合物为100%重量计,另有说明的除外。
本发明中所指的重量均为有效物质的重量。对于呈分散体形式的物质,本发明所
指的重量为物质的实际重量,而不包括载体的重量,也就是说,本发明中所指分散体形式的物质的重量=分散体的重量×分散体的固体组分含量。对于含结晶水的固体物质,本发明中所指的物质的重量为除去结晶水的重量。
实施例
原料和试剂
本发明中的实施例和对比例都可以按照如下方式制备:在500-600rpm的搅拌速度下,持续搅拌使其分散均匀。
本发明中的实施例或对比例都具有如下表所列的组分
其中的wt%指该成分中的固体组分占配方样品总重量的重量百分数。并且聚氨酯A)与保湿B)中的固体组分的重量比例为和10:1-30:1。
以下实验中使用的皮肤都为亚洲皮肤。所有的皮肤都是健康的,未有损伤。
评价实验:
对于“经皮水分流失(TEWL)”使用样品涂抹在皮肤上,区域为2X2cm上臂内侧,环境温度23℃,相对湿度40%
图1对对比例的研究表明PCA钠有较好的保湿能力,肌肽对保湿能力帮助不大。

图2对实施例的研究表明组合具有良好保湿的能力,有更快的屏障形成速度和持久的保湿能力。

上实验再次证明了相对于仅使用聚氨酯A)的配方,同时使用聚氨酯A)和氨基酸B)的配方具有梳理性和保湿性能显著。
所属领域的技术人员易知,本发明不仅限于前述的具体细节,且在不脱离本发明的精神或主要特性的前提下,本发明可实施为其他特定形式。因此从任何角度来说都应将所述实施例视作例示性而非限制性的,从而由权利要求书而非前述说明来指出本发明的范围;且因此任何改变,只要其属于权利要求等效物的含义和范围中,都应视作属于本发明。
Claims (10)
1.一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物,其特征在于,包含:
a)至少一种聚氨酯-7;
b)至少一种保湿剂,所述保湿剂包含至少一个吡咯烷酮羧酸,吡咯烷酮羧酸盐基团;
c)至少一种保湿剂,所述保湿剂包含至少一个赤藓糖醇;
所述聚氨酯-7固体组分和所述保湿剂的重量比为1∶30-300∶1,重量和为0.1%重量-30%重量,基于所述组合物为100%重量计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯-7至少一种异氰酸酯HMDI。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物,其特征在于:至少一种聚酯多元醇聚合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物,其特征在于:所述保湿剂为吡咯烷酮羧酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物,其特征在于:所述保湿剂为赤藓糖醇。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物,其特征在于:所述保湿剂和修复活性成分为肌肽。
7.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯-7固体组分和所述保湿剂的重量比为1∶1-50∶1,重量和为0.5%重量-10%重量,基于所述组合物为100%重量计。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯-7固体组分和所述保湿剂的重量比为2∶1-40∶1,重量和为2%重量-5%重量,基于所述组合物为100%重量计。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的一种网络结构的驻留型持续保湿化妆品组合物施加到皮肤以保湿的应用。
10.一种皮肤保湿的方法,该方法包括将如权利要求1-8所述组合物施加在皮肤上。
