For the bed sheet used for patient diagnosis, after the examination of a patient is completed, firstly, the driving shaft 212 is started to drive the driving belt 213 to rotate, the driving shaft 213 drives the driven shaft 222 to rotate, the bed sheet used by the patient is further rotated from the front side of the bed plate 20 to the back side of the bed plate 20 through the driving belt 213, in the rotating process of the driving belt 213, the liquid pump 225 and the ultraviolet lamp tube 226 are started simultaneously, the bed sheet is driven by the driving belt 213, the disinfectant in the disinfectant tank 224 is sprayed to the used bed sheet through the spraying pipe 223 by the liquid pump 225 to be disinfected, the bed sheet sprayed with the disinfectant is driven by the driving belt 213 to be disinfected for the second time through the ultraviolet lamp tube 226 until the bed sheet is completely placed on the back side of the bed plate 20, the driving shaft 212 is stopped, and the function of timely disinfection is realized;
when the diagnostic bed is used for diagnosis, firstly, the height of the frame body 110 is adjusted according to the height and the weight of a patient, the sliding frame 140 is driven to slide along the movable base 120 by controlling the extension of the first hydraulic cylinder 130, and then the L-shaped adjusting rod 150 is driven to abut against the hinged point of the first supporting rod 160 and the second supporting rod 170, so that the angle between the first supporting rod 160 and the second supporting rod 170 is increased, the lifting function of the frame body 110 is realized, the sliding frame 140 is driven to slide along the movable base 120 by controlling the contraction of the first hydraulic cylinder 130, and then the L-shaped adjusting rod 150 is driven to pull the hinged point of the first supporting rod 160 and the second supporting rod 170, so that the angle between the first supporting rod 160 and the second supporting rod 170 is reduced, the lowering function of the frame body 110 is realized, and the applicability of the diagnostic bed to people without pain in height is improved;
when a patient lies on the bed board 20, the second hydraulic cylinder 214 stretches and retracts to drive the transmission rod 215 to change the angle between the upper frame body 211, so that the adjusting function of the adjusting part 210 is realized, the adjusting function of the body position of the patient is realized, and the bearing capacity of the turnover bed board 20 in the comparison file 1 is improved.

referring to fig. 1 to 10, a multifunctional ultrasonic diagnostic bed is substantially the same as that in embodiment 1, and further includes an ultrasonic scanning mechanism 30 disposed at a side of the frame body 110, where the ultrasonic scanning mechanism 30 includes a machine table 310, a display mechanism 320 mounted on the machine table 310, a connecting line 330 mounted at a side of the machine table 310, and an ultrasonic probe 340 mounted at a side of the connecting line 330 away from the machine table 310, so as to implement an ultrasonic detection function.
Referring to fig. 8-10, the ultrasonic probe mounting device 40 for positioning the ultrasonic probe 340 is further included, and the mounting device 40 includes a linear guide 410 mounted on a side wall of the frame body 110, a slide seat 420 slidably connected to the linear guide 410, an L-shaped frame 430 mounted on the slide seat 420, a winding mechanism 440 mounted on a horizontal section of the L-shaped frame 430 for winding the connecting wire 330, and a positioning member 450 mounted on the winding mechanism 440, so as to implement an automatic resetting function of the ultrasonic probe 340.
Referring to fig. 10, the winding mechanism 440 includes a case 441 installed on a horizontal section of the L-shaped frame 430, elastic expansion rods 442 capable of automatically rebounding and staggered on an inner wall of the case 441, U-shaped frames installed on rod ends of the elastic expansion rods 442, and limiting wheels 443 rotatably connected to openings of the U-shaped frames, the connection wires 330 placed in the case 441 are snakelike arranged around the limiting wheels 443, the elastic expansion rods 442 are retracted when the connection wires 330 are pulled, the doctor moves the ultrasonic probe 340 to a designated position to test a patient, the ultrasonic probe 340 can be directly released after use, and the elastic expansion rods 442 rebounds to drive the connection wires 330 to retract into the case 441.
Referring to fig. 8 to 9, the positioning member 450 includes an upper magnetic attraction ring 451 connected to the outer wall of the case 441 through a bracket and a lower magnetic attraction ring 452 sleeved on the outer wall of the ultrasonic probe 340, and when the connecting wire 330 retracts into the case 441, the ultrasonic probe 340 is driven to move towards the upper magnetic attraction ring 451, and finally the lower magnetic attraction ring 452 and the upper magnetic attraction ring 451 attract each other, thereby completing the automatic reset function of the ultrasonic probe 340.
Referring to fig. 8-9, the outer wall of the upper magnetic collar 451 is further provided with a uv light cover 453 covering the outside of the ultrasonic probe 340 to achieve the sterilization function of the ultrasonic probe 340.
The side of the frame 110 away from the linear guide 410 is provided with a retractable fence 50.
When the ultrasonic probe is used, the lower magnetic attraction lantern ring 452 and the upper magnetic attraction lantern ring 451 on the outer wall of the ultrasonic probe 340 are separated, the elastic telescopic rod 442 is pulled to pull the connecting wire 330, the doctor moves the ultrasonic probe 340 to a specified position to detect a patient, the ultrasonic probe 340 can be directly loosened after use, the elastic telescopic rod 442 rebounds to drive the connecting wire 330 to retract into the box body 441, the ultrasonic probe 340 is driven to move towards the upper magnetic attraction lantern ring 451, and finally the lower magnetic attraction lantern ring 452 and the upper magnetic attraction lantern ring 451 attract each other to complete the automatic reset function of the ultrasonic probe 340;
the ultraviolet lamp shade 453 is opened to sterilize the reset ultrasonic probe 340, so that the use continuity is improved;
through the sliding fit of the linear guide rail 410 and the sliding seat 420, the position adjusting function of the ultrasonic probe 340 is realized, and the detection function of different body positions can be adapted.

the supporting part (220) comprises a lower frame body (221), a driven shaft (222) uniformly installed in the lower frame body (221) and a disinfection assembly installed below the lower frame body (221), and the driving belt (213) is sleeved on the outer wall of the driven shaft (222);
the limiting part (230) comprises an elastic limiting roller (231) which is rotatably connected to the top of the lifting bedstead (10), and the elastic limiting roller (231) is in clearance fit with a hinge point of the adjusting part (210) and the supporting part (220);
the front and back surfaces of the transmission belt (213) can be detachably connected with bed sheets.

The multifunctional ultrasonic diagnostic bed of claim 1, wherein the ascending and descending bed frame (10) comprises a frame body (110), a movable base (120) installed below the frame body (110), a first hydraulic cylinder (130) installed at the bottom of the movable base (120), a sliding frame (140) installed at the telescopic end of the first hydraulic cylinder (130) and slidably connected with the movable base (120), an L-shaped adjusting rod (150) rotatably connected to the outer wall of the movable base (120) and rotatably connected with the sliding end of the sliding frame (140), a first supporting rod (160) and a second supporting rod (170) rotatably connected to one end of the L-shaped adjusting rod (150) far from the sliding frame (140), and the end of the first supporting rod (160) far from the L-shaped adjusting rod (150) is fixedly connected with the frame body (110), and the end of the second supporting rod (170) far from the L-shaped adjusting rod (150) is rotatably connected with the movable base (120), the connection point of the first support rod (160) and the frame body (110), the connection point of the second support rod (170) and the movable base (120) and the connection point of the L-shaped adjusting rod (150) and the movable base (120) are distributed in a triangular mode.

The multifunctional ultrasonic diagnostic bed of claim 2, wherein the angle adjustment assembly comprises a second hydraulic cylinder (214) mounted on the frame body (110) and a transmission rod (215) mounted on a hydraulic end of the second hydraulic cylinder (214) and rotatably connected with an outer wall of the upper frame body (211).

The multifunctional ultrasonic diagnostic bed of claim 3, wherein the disinfecting assembly comprises a spraying tube (223) installed below the lower frame (221) and the nozzle of the spraying tube faces the bed sheet, a disinfectant tank (224) installed on the movable base (120), a liquid pump (225) installed at the top of the disinfectant tank (224) and communicating the disinfectant tank (224) with the spraying tube (223), and an ultraviolet lamp (226) installed below the lower frame (221).

The multifunctional ultrasonic diagnostic bed of claim 2, further comprising an ultrasonic scanning mechanism (30) disposed at a side of the frame body (110), wherein the ultrasonic scanning mechanism (30) comprises a machine table (310), a display mechanism (320) mounted on the machine table (310), a connecting wire (330) mounted at a side of the machine table (310), and an ultrasonic probe (340) mounted at a side of the connecting wire (330) far away from the machine table (310).

The multifunctional ultrasonic diagnostic bed of claim 5, further comprising a mounting mechanism (40) for positioning the ultrasonic probe (340), wherein the mounting mechanism (40) comprises a linear guide rail (410) installed on a side wall of the frame body (110), a slide carriage (420) slidably connected to the linear guide rail (410), an L-shaped frame (430) installed on the slide carriage (420), a winding mechanism (440) installed on a horizontal section of the L-shaped frame (430) for winding the connecting wire (330), and a positioning member (450) installed on the winding mechanism (440).

The multifunctional ultrasonic diagnostic bed of claim 6, wherein the rolling mechanism (440) comprises a box body (441) installed on the horizontal section of the L-shaped frame (430), elastic telescopic rods (442) capable of automatically rebounding and distributed on the inner wall of the box body (441) in a staggered manner, a U-shaped frame installed on the rod end of the elastic telescopic rods (442), and a limiting wheel (443) rotatably connected to the opening of the U-shaped frame, and the connecting wires (330) placed in the box body (441) are arranged in a serpentine manner by bypassing the limiting wheel (443).
8. The multifunctional ultrasonic diagnostic bed of claim 7, wherein the positioning member (450) comprises an upper magnetic collar (451) connected to the outer wall of the case (441) through a bracket and a lower magnetic collar (452) sleeved on the outer wall of the ultrasonic probe (340).
9. The multifunctional ultrasonic diagnostic bed of claim 8, wherein the outer wall of the upper magnetic attracting ring (451) is further provided with an ultraviolet light lampshade (453) covering the outer side of the ultrasonic probe (340).
10. The multifunctional ultrasonic diagnostic bed of claim 9, wherein a retractable fence (50) is arranged on the side of the frame body (110) far away from the linear guide rail (410).
