Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While the invention has been described in conjunction with exemplary embodiments, it will be understood that the description is not intended to limit the invention to these exemplary embodiments. On the contrary, the invention is intended to cover not only these exemplary embodiments, but also various alternatives, modifications, and equivalents, which may be included within the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims. In the description of the drawings, the same or corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing the electric wire storage device 1 of the present invention mounted on a refrigerator 100. Fig. 2 is a schematic side view showing the electric wire housing device 1 of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the electric wire housing apparatus 1 is mounted on the back surface of the refrigerator 100. The length of the electric wire drawn out from the electric wire housing device 1 can be appropriately adjusted so that the power plug can be appropriately inserted into the outlet. However, the mounting position of the electric wire housing device 1 is not limited to this, and may be provided in the machine room of the refrigerator 100. Accordingly, the electric wire housing device 1 is not visible from the outside of the refrigerator, and the appearance of the refrigerator 100 can be more beautiful.
As shown in fig. 2, the electric wire housing apparatus 1 includes: a housing 10 including a pair of main surfaces 11a and 11b opposed to each other in a first direction D1, a pair of end surfaces (a first end surface 12a and a second end surface 12b) opposed to each other in a second direction D2 intersecting (e.g., orthogonal to) the first direction D1, and a pair of side surfaces 15a and 15b connecting the pair of main surfaces 11a and 11b and the pair of end surfaces 12a and 12b, the first end surface 12a and the second end surface 12b being provided with openings 13 and 14 through which wires 30 are inserted; and a plurality of direction-changing mechanisms 20 provided alternately in the second direction D2 on the one main surface 11a and the other main surface 11b of the housing 10, each of the direction-changing mechanisms including: a base portion 21 provided to the housing 10, a first pulley member 22 around the outer edge of which the electric wire 30 is wound, and a first elastic member 23 connecting the base portion 20 and the first pulley member 22, the electric wire 30 extending in the second direction D2 in a serpentine-like meandering manner at the direction changing mechanism 20. According to the utility model discloses an electric wire storage device 1 can hold the electric wire of sufficient length with less space to can improve the scope that the diameter can be accomodate to the pencil. Here, the direction changing mechanism 20 is not necessarily provided on the main surfaces 11a and 11b, and may be provided on both the main surfaces 11a and 11b and the side surfaces 15a and 15b, or may be provided on the side surfaces 15a and 15b so as to be close to the main surfaces 11a and 11 b. The direction changing mechanisms 20 adjacent in the second direction D2 are disposed in directions opposite to each other. Furthermore, the openings 13,14 need not be provided on the first end face 12a and the second end face 12b, but may be provided on the main surfaces 11a,11b or the side faces 15a,15 b.
Further, it is preferable that in the plurality of direction changing mechanisms 20, the first elastic member 22 is compressed in the first direction D1 due to the urging force of the electric wire 30 against the first pulley member 22, and in the direction changing mechanism in which the base portion 21 is provided in (or near to) the one main surface 11a, the first pulley member 22 at the initial position is provided near to but not in contact with the other main surface 11 b. Likewise, in the steering mechanism in which the base portion 21 is provided in (or near to) one main surface 11b, the first pulley member 21 in the initial position is provided near to but not in contact with the other main surface 11 a. This allows a sufficient length of the electric wire to be accommodated in a smaller space. That is, in each of the plurality of deviator mechanisms 20, the base portion 21 is provided to one main surface 11a (or 11b) or to the side surface 15a,15b in proximity to one main surface 11a (or 11b), and the first pulley member 21 at the initial position is provided in proximity to but not in contact with the other main surface 11b (or 11 a). Here, in the initial state of the first elastic member 23, the distance from the base 20 to the first pulley member 22 is, for example, 70% or more, preferably 80% or more, and more preferably 90% or more of the distance between the pair of main surfaces 11a,11 b. Thereby, the folding distance of the electric wire 30 can be increased, thereby accommodating a larger length of the electric wire.
Preferably, the electric wire housing apparatus 1 of the present invention further includes a recovery force providing mechanism 40 provided on a side of the plurality of direction changing mechanisms 20 close to the first end surface 12a, and includes: a second pulley member 41 around the outer periphery of which the electric wire 30 is wound; the second elastic member 42 provides the second pulley member 41 with a force toward the first end surface 12 a. This can further increase the repulsive force to the electric wire 30, and even if the diameter of the electric wire 30 is large, the electric wire 30 can be rebounded to a fixed position.
Fig. 3 is a schematic side view showing the recovery force providing mechanism 40 of the electric wire housing device 1 according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the restoring force providing mechanism 40 may include two second elastic members 42 connecting the second pulley members 41 in different directions. Here, the second elastic member 42 in the first direction may be a compression spring, which provides an upward elastic force to the second pulley member 41. The second pulley member 41 in the oblique direction provides the second pulley member 41 with a pulling force toward the first end surface 12a side, whereby the electric wire 30 receives a force in the retracting direction.
In addition, it is preferable that the second pulley member 41 of the recovery force providing mechanism 40 is closer to the side of the main surface 11a where the base portion 21 of the direction changing mechanism 20 closest to the recovery force providing mechanism 40 is located (or close) than the first pulley member 22 of the direction changing mechanism 20 closest to the recovery force providing mechanism 40. In other words, the second pulley member 41 of the recovery force providing mechanism 40 is located on the opposite side of the side close to the main surface 11a (or 11b) of the first pulley member 41 as compared to the first pulley member 22 of the direction changing mechanism 20 closest to the recovery force providing mechanism 40. Thereby, the electric wire 30 can also extend in a serpentine shape between the first pulley member 22 and the second pulley member 41, and the repulsive force to the electric wire 30 can be further increased.
Fig. 4 is a schematic side view showing the stopper member 50 of the electric wire housing apparatus 1 according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the electric wire housing device 1 of the present invention is preferably provided with a stop member 50 at the second end face 12b of the housing, and the electric wire 30 can pass through the stop member 50 and can be locked by the stop member 50. The stopper member 50 includes, for example, a through part 51 through which the electric wire 30 passes, a movable part 52 provided on the through part 51, and a screw part 53 for fastening the movable part 52 to the through part 51. The through member 51 and the electric wire 30 are kept fixed relative to each other by tightening the screw member 53. The lead-through member 51 has an inclined surface capable of abutting against the second end surface 12b of the housing 10, whereby the portion of the electric wire 30 drawn out of the electric wire housing device 1 can be fixed, and the length of the electric wire 30 can be appropriately adjusted.
Fig. 5 is a schematic side view showing another example of the recovery force providing mechanism 40 of the electric wire housing device 1 according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, in the refrigerator 1 of the present invention, preferably, the recovering force providing mechanism 40 further includes: a gear 43 that rotates in synchronization with the second pulley member 41; and a lever 44 that provides a first force to the second pulley member 41 when the second pulley member 41 rotates toward the second end face 12b, and provides a second force to the second pulley member 41 when the second pulley member 41 rotates toward the first end face 12a, the second force being greater than the first force. That is, the second pulley member 41 can easily rotate toward the second end face 12b due to the lever 44, but is difficult to rotate toward the first end face 12 a. Thus, the self-locking structure of the second pulley member 41 can be realized by the action of the lever 44, thereby restraining the electric wire 30 at a fixed position. That is, the recovering force providing mechanism 40 may also function as a locking mechanism. Further, by adjusting the inclined state of the lever 44, the self-locking state can be released, and the electric wire 30 can be pulled normally.
Fig. 6 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the first pulley member 22 and the second pulley member 41 of the electric wire housing device 1 according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, in the electric wire housing device 1 of the present invention, it is preferable that the first pulley member 22 or the second pulley member 41 is provided with claws 221, 411 at a portion contacting the electric wire 30, and the claws 221, 411 limit the electric wire 30 to the outer edge of the first pulley member 22 or the second pulley member 41. Here, it is preferable that the jaws 221, 411 are provided to the entire outer edges of the first and second pulley members 22, 41. This can prevent the electric wire 30 from falling off the first pulley member 22 or the second pulley member 41.
The embodiment in which the electric wire 30 is pulled so that the first elastic member 22 is compressed in the first direction D1 has been described above. However, as shown in fig. 7, the wire 30 may be pulled so that the first elastic member 22 is stretched in the first direction D1. At this time, the whole of the deviator 20 is located on the side of the one main surface 11a or the side of the other main surface 11 b. Thereby, the electric wire 30 can also extend in the second direction D2 so as to meander like a snake at the direction changing mechanism 20. According to such an arrangement, it is also possible to accommodate the electric wire 30 of a sufficient length in a small space, and to firmly wind the electric wire 30 around the first pulley member 22.
The foregoing descriptions of specific exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been presented for purposes of illustration and description. The foregoing description is not intended to be exhaustive or to limit the invention to the precise form disclosed. Obviously, many modifications and variations will be apparent to practitioners skilled in the art in light of the above description. The exemplary embodiments were chosen and described in order to explain certain principles of the invention and its practical application to enable one skilled in the art to make and use various exemplary embodiments of the invention, as well as various alternatives and modifications thereof. Rather, the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents thereof.
