A manufacturing device of carpet base cloth is characterized in that the manufacturing device is used for manufacturing the carpet base cloth capable of avoiding mildew according to any one of claims 1 to 5, and comprises a device platform (5) and a transfer box (6) positioned above the device platform (5), wherein the transfer box (6) can lift relative to the device platform (5), a downwardly extending hanging plate (7) is arranged on the transfer box (6), a rotating rod (8) positioned at the front side of the hanging plate (7) penetrates downwards into the transfer box (6), the rotating rod (8) comprises a rotary driving section (9) and a lifting driving section (10) which are vertically segmented, a hot pressing plate (11) is connected onto the lifting driving section (10), a limiting rail (12) which extends downwards and is positioned at the rear side of the hanging plate (7) is further arranged on the transfer box (6), and the hot pressing plate (11) is matched with the limiting rail (12) through a limiting seat (13) which extends upwards, the hanging plate (7) is also provided with rotating wheels (14) which are positioned at two sides of the rotary driving section (9) and driven by the rotary driving section, the two rotating wheels (14) are fixedly connected with a driving rod (15), a driven rod (16) positioned at the outer side of the driving rod (15) is also movably connected on the hanging plate (7), the driving rod (15) and the driven rod (16) are connected with the end parts of the driving rod and the driven rod through a connecting rod (17) and then are parallel to each other, the connecting rod (17) and the equipment platform (5) are parallel and are connected with a serpentine hot-pressing rod (18), the equipment platform (5) is provided with a cutting hole (19), the hot pressing plate (11) is provided with a cutting groove (20) corresponding to the cutting hole (19), a cutting device (21) with a cutter head capable of extending into the cutting hole (19) and the cutting groove (20) is arranged at the bottom of the equipment platform (5);
in an initial state, the hot pressing plate (11) is located below the two hot pressing rods (18) and forms the cavity grooves (1) on the carpet base cloth along with descending of the transfer box (6), the hot pressing plate (11) moves upwards through rotation of the rotating rod (8) and simultaneously the two hot pressing rods (18) rotate from two obliquely upper sides of the hot pressing plate (11) to the lower side of the hot pressing plate (11) and form the first air grooves (3) and the second air grooves (4) on the carpet base cloth along with descending of the transfer box (6), and the cutting device (21) cuts upwards to form the through holes (2) when the hot pressing plate (11) forms the cavity grooves (1).

The carpet base fabric manufacturing equipment according to claim 6, characterized in that a portal frame (22) is arranged on the equipment platform (5), a polished rod (23) and a screw rod (24) are arranged in front of and behind the portal frame (22), the transfer box (6) is connected to the polished rod (23) and the screw rod (24) through a transfer seat (25), and a traverse motor (26) for driving the screw rod (24) to rotate and driving the transfer box (6) to traverse is arranged on one side of the portal frame (22).

The carpet base fabric manufacturing plant according to claim 7, characterized in that the transfer base (25) comprises a slide base (27) arranged on the transfer box (6) and a slide block (28) slidably connected with the slide base (27), the slide block (28) is connected with the polish rod (23) or the screw rod (24), and the slide block (28) is slidably connected with the slide base (27) to enable the transfer box (6) to be lifted relative to the plant platform (5).
9. The carpet base fabric manufacturing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the rotary driving section (9) is a threaded rod, the lifting driving section (10) is a double-screw rod, and the rotary driving section (9) and the lifting driving section (10) are arranged in opposite directions.
