Abstract
本发明公开了一种含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂及其制备方法,通过将噻虫胺有效成分油溶,并与表面活性剂混合,在铁溶液中通过超声形成微乳液,再通过依次添加单宁酸和豆粕分离蛋白,对噻虫胺形成二次包裹,最后和辅助剂制备成含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂;噻虫胺等有效成分通过二次包裹性,包裹性好,与种子拌合,缓释性好,达到靶标部位的时间能够与害虫钹生期一致,有效除去植物生长期间的害虫,豆粕分离蛋白中的氨基酸被植物吸收,协助单宁酸缓解农药产生的胁迫反应,有利于根系吸收农药,以及靶标部位对农药的利用,氨基酸和铁离子有助于促进植物生长,通过杀虫剂和杀菌剂复配,增加防治效果,减少用药量,从而降低成本和减轻环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药制备技术领域,特别是涉及一种含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
噻虫胺作用靶标为昆虫神经系统中的烟碱乙酰胆碱受体,具有触杀、胃毒和内吸活性,主要用于大田作物和经济作物上防治蚜虫、蓟马、飞虱等半翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目和某些鳞翅目类害虫,具有高效、广谱、用量少、毒性低、药剂持效期长、与常规农药无交互抗性等特点。它具备的新颖、特殊的分子结构赋予了其比传统烟碱类杀虫剂更加优异的性能,有成为世界性大型杀虫剂品种的潜力。
采用拌种的施药方式进行害虫的防治,可以有效的减少劳动力的投入,节约成本,同时又减少环境污染,保护了天敌。因此,在生产实践中人们通常使用该项技术防治苗期虫害,但常规拌种药剂对作物生长后期的虫害防治效果并不理想。
噻虫胺是日本住化武田农药创制开发的具噻唑环的第2代烟碱类杀虫剂,其对水稻、果树、蔬菜等多种作物的半翅目、双翅目、直翅目、鳞翅目等害虫高效,并可有效杀灭对传统杀虫剂,如有机磷类、氨基甲酸酯类和拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂具高抗性的害虫。有望成为吡虫啉的替代药剂。
噻虫胺种子处理和根区施用技术已得到了广泛的应用,且该类施药技术具有延长持效期、降低对天敌的风险以及职业暴露风险等优点,但是受传导速率的限制,对地上害虫的防治有效性会有所延迟,从而造成噻虫胺利用率降低,同时还有可能造成植物氧化应激反应。因此,如何对噻虫胺在植物体内的内吸和传导行为进行调控,使其传递到植株靶标部位的时段与害虫钹生期相符,将有效剂量与害虫钹生程度相符同时解决农药对非靶标植物的氧化胁迫,提高植物的产率是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述情况,本发明之目的在于提供一种含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂及其制备方法,能够通过改善噻虫胺内吸传导行为和缓解非靶标植物的氧化胁迫,作为种子处理剂能够有效的与害虫钹生期一致,有效的将钹生期害虫杀死。
其解决的技术方案是:
一种含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制备:
(1)将农药活性成分溶于溶剂制成油相,油相中农药活性成分的质量分数为20%-80%;
(2)将豆粕分离蛋白、5%Fe(III)和5%单宁酸分别用去离子水稀释溶解后搅拌均匀,得豆粕分离蛋白溶液、Fe(III)溶液和单宁酸溶液;
(3)将油相、表面活性剂、Fe(III)溶液混合,然后超声至混合均匀,得混合物A,接着取单宁酸溶液滴加至混合物A中,混合物A变色,搅拌至混合物A颜色稳定,单宁酸与铁离子形成不溶物包裹在含农药活性成分油乳外周,得含有乳化颗粒的混合物B,然后向混合物B中滴加豆粕分离蛋白溶液,混合物B的变色,搅拌至混合物B颜色稳定,单宁酸与豆粕分离蛋白形成沉淀,形成二次包裹,得乳化颗粒变大的混合物C,然后将混合物C过滤,取滤饼,冲洗,干燥,得含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒;
(4)将含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒与润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防腐剂和水混合、分散,得含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂。
进一步的,所述的农药活性成分由第一组分和第二组份组成,所述第一组分为噻虫胺,第二组分为精甲霜灵、咯菌腈、苯醚甲环唑、嘧菌酯中的一种或多种,所述第一组份与第二组分的质量比为5-50:1-20。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中的溶剂为选自二甲苯、乙酸仲丁酯、生物柴油、油酸甲酯中的一种或几,步骤(2)中所述的表面活性剂选自烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸钙、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物中的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中豆粕分离蛋白、5%Fe(III)和5%单宁酸的稀释倍数为3-5倍;所述步骤(3)中油相:表面活性剂:Fe(III)溶液:单宁酸溶液:豆粕分离蛋白溶液的质量体积比为:5-7g:3-5g:10-15mL:20-30mL:5-10mL。
进一步的,步骤(4)中所述的润湿剂为烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、聚醚改性聚有机硅氧烷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种;所述的分散剂为木质素磺酸钙、烷基酚基聚氧乙烯基磷酸酯、聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐、亚甲基双荼磺酸钠中的一种或几种;所述的防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、甘油中的一种或几种;所述的消泡剂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、异辛醇、正辛醇中的一种或几种;所述的增稠剂选自黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸钠、硅酸镁铝中的一种或几种;所述的防腐剂选自苯甲酸钠、卡松、乳酸中的一种或几种。
进一步的,步骤(4)中各组分的质量百分比为:含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒5-50%、润湿剂1-5%、分散剂2-8%、防冻剂0-10%、增稠剂0.1-3%、消泡剂0.1-2%、防腐剂0.1-3%、水补充至100%。
由于以上技术方案的采用,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点:
1.本发明通过将噻虫胺有效成分油溶,并与表面活性剂混合,在铁溶液中通过超声形成微乳液,再通过添加过量的单宁酸与铁离子螯合包裹在微乳表面,再通过添加豆粕分离蛋白,未螯合完全的单宁酸结合,形成沉淀进行二次包裹,进而得到含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒,最后和辅助剂制备成含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂,噻虫胺通过二次包裹性,包裹性好。
2.本发明的含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂通过与种子拌合,缓释性好,达到靶标部位的时间能够与害虫钹生期时间形成一致,可有效除去植物生长期间的害虫,通过添加豆粕分离蛋白,豆粕分离蛋白中的氨基酸被植物吸收,协助单宁酸缓解农药施用产生的胁迫反应,提高根系活力,同时有利于根系吸收农药,以及靶标部位对农药的利用,豆粕分离蛋白中的氨基酸和微量的铁离子有助于促进植物生长增产。
3.本发明的含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂中将杀虫剂噻虫胺和杀菌剂复配,对植物病虫害防治有优异的增效作用,减少了用药量,从而降低了成本和减轻了对环境的污染。
具体实施方式
本发明中所述“%”若无特殊说明均为质量百分比。5%Fe(III)为含5%铁离子的氯化物水溶液。
实施例1
含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂的制备:
(1)将农药活性成分噻虫胺和精甲霜灵以质量比为5:1溶于二甲苯制成油相,油相中农药活性成分的质量分数为20%;
(2)将豆粕分离蛋白、5%Fe(III)和5%单宁酸分别用去离子水稀释3倍,溶解后搅拌均匀,得豆粕分离蛋白溶液、Fe(III)溶液和单宁酸溶液;
(3)将油相5g、烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚3g、Fe(III)溶液10mL混合,然后超声至混合均匀,得混合物A,接着取单宁酸溶液20mL滴加至混合物A中,混合物A变色,搅拌至混合物A颜色稳定,单宁酸与铁离子形成不溶物包裹在含农药活性成分油乳外周,得含有乳化颗粒的混合物B,然后向混合物B中滴加豆粕分离蛋白溶液5mL,混合物B的变色,搅拌至混合物B颜色稳定,单宁酸与豆粕分离蛋白形成沉淀,形成二次包裹,得乳化颗粒变大的混合物C,然后将混合物C过滤,取滤饼,冲洗,干燥,得含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒;
(4)按比例将含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒5%、烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、1%、木质素磺酸钙2%、乙二醇1%、黄原胶0.1%、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1%、苯甲酸钠0.1%、水补充至100%混合、分散,得含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂。
实施例2
含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂的制备:
(1)将农药活性成分噻虫胺和咯菌腈以质量比4:1溶于乙酸仲丁酯制成油相,油相中农药活性成分的质量分数为30%;
(2)将豆粕分离蛋白、5%Fe(III)和5%单宁酸分别用去离子水稀释3倍,溶解后搅拌均匀,得豆粕分离蛋白溶液、Fe(III)溶液和单宁酸溶液;
(3)将油相6g、烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物4g、Fe(III)溶液12mL混合,然后超声至混合均匀,得混合物A,接着取单宁酸溶液24滴加至混合物A中,混合物A变色,搅拌至混合物A颜色稳定,单宁酸与铁离子形成不溶物包裹在含农药活性成分油乳外周,得含有乳化颗粒的混合物B,然后向混合物B中滴加豆粕分离蛋白溶液6mL,混合物B的变色,搅拌至混合物B颜色稳定,单宁酸与豆粕分离蛋白形成沉淀,形成二次包裹,得乳化颗粒变大的混合物C,然后将混合物C过滤,取滤饼,冲洗,干燥,得含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒;
(4)按比例将含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒15%、聚醚改性聚有机硅氧烷2%、烷基酚基聚氧乙烯基磷酸酯3%、丙二醇4%、阿拉伯胶0.8%、异辛醇0.8%、苯甲酸钠0.5%、水补充至100%混合、分散,得含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂。
实施例3
含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂的制备:
(1)将农药活性成分噻虫胺和苯醚甲环唑以质量比3:1)溶于生物柴油制成油相,油相中农药活性成分的质量分数为50%;
(2)将豆粕分离蛋白、5%Fe(III)和5%单宁酸分别用去离子水稀释4倍,溶解后搅拌均匀,得豆粕分离蛋白溶液、Fe(III)溶液和单宁酸溶液;
(3)将油相6g、木质素磺酸钙4g、Fe(III)溶液13mL混合,然后超声至混合均匀,得混合物A,接着取单宁酸溶液27mL滴加至混合物A中,混合物A变色,搅拌至混合物A颜色稳定,单宁酸与铁离子形成不溶物包裹在含农药活性成分油乳外周,得含有乳化颗粒的混合物B,然后向混合物B中滴加豆粕分离蛋白溶液8mL,混合物B的变色,搅拌至混合物B颜色稳定,单宁酸与豆粕分离蛋白形成沉淀,形成二次包裹,得乳化颗粒变大的混合物C,然后将混合物C过滤,取滤饼,冲洗,干燥,得含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒;
(4)按比例将含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒30%、肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%、聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐6%、丙三醇6%、海藻酸钠2%、正辛醇1%、卡松1.5%、水补充至100%混合、分散,得含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂。
实施例4
含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂的制备:
(1)将农药活性成分噻虫胺和嘧菌酯以质量比5:2溶于油酸甲酯制成油相,油相中农药活性成分的质量分数为80%;
(2)将豆粕分离蛋白、5%Fe(III)和5%单宁酸分别用去离子水稀释5倍,溶解后搅拌均匀,得豆粕分离蛋白溶液、Fe(III)溶液和单宁酸溶液;
(3)将油相7g、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物5g、Fe(III)溶液15mL混合,然后超声至混合均匀,得混合物A,接着取单宁酸溶液30mL滴加至混合物A中,混合物A变色,搅拌至混合物A颜色稳定,单宁酸与铁离子形成不溶物包裹在含农药活性成分油乳外周,得含有乳化颗粒的混合物B,然后向混合物B中滴加豆粕分离蛋白溶液10mL,混合物B的变色,搅拌至混合物B颜色稳定,单宁酸与豆粕分离蛋白形成沉淀,形成二次包裹,得乳化颗粒变大的混合物C,然后将混合物C过滤,取滤饼,冲洗,干燥,得含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒;
(4)按比例将含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒50%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-5%、亚甲基双荼磺酸钠8%、甘油10%、海藻酸钠、硅酸镁铝3%、正辛醇2%、乳酸3%、水补充至100%混合、分散,得含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂。
对比例1
制备方法和实施例2相同,与之不同的是步骤(3)将添加豆粕分离蛋白溶液的操作去掉,制得不含豆粕分离蛋白的含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂。

用上述实施例1-5、对比例1制得的含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂防治农作物病虫害田间试验。按照药种比例对玉米进行种子处理,调查用其防治玉米虫害田间试验:
防治对象:蝼蛄、蚜虫、基腐病
1、试验处理:试验参照中华人民共和国标准(农药田间药效试验准则)进行。实验组:第1-4组依次是实施例1-4制备的含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂,对照组:第5组是以按照实施例2步骤(4)中的比例将相等有效成分含量的噻虫胺和咯菌腈的原药液直接与相应的辅剂配制成的噻虫胺悬浮剂、第6组是对比例1含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂、第7组是空白对照。
2、试验方法:将实验组:第1-4组、对照组:第5-7组的悬浮剂进行玉米拌种,每项拌种玉米10kg,按药种比为1:250(有效成分用量))进行拌种,空白对照不拌种,且按照农民习惯进行种植管理。播种30天后调查基腐病的防治效果,播种60天后调查蚜虫的防治效果,播种90天后调查地下害虫蝼蛄的防治效果,收获时调查各个处理的生花生产量,计算增产率,结果如表1:
表1结果表明:在相同的拌种处理量、统一农作管理情况下,相比于第5组未经单宁酸铁离子和豆粕分离蛋白处理的噻虫胺悬浮剂,第1-4组本发明实施例1-4的经过单宁酸铁离子和豆粕分离蛋白处理的含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂,缓释效果好,作用时间长,对玉米基腐病防治效果优异,增效25%以上,单宁酸铁离子和豆粕分离蛋白处理后增效效果明显,对害虫的防治效果明显提高25%以上,此外,实施例1-4不仅能综合防治玉米病虫害,且增产效果明显;相比于第6组含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂,实施例1-4添加豆粕分离蛋白的含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂明显提高了对玉米蚜虫的防效果,促进增产,对玉米基腐病和蝼蛄防治也有一定的效果。
以上所述是结合具体实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明具体实施仅局限于此;对于本发明所属及相关技术领域的技术人员来说,在基于本发明技术方案思路前提下,所作的拓展以及操作方法、数据的替换,都应当落在本发明保护范围之内。
Claims (6)
1.一种含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制备:
(1)将农药活性成分溶于溶剂制成油相,油相中农药活性成分的质量分数为20%-80%;
(2)将豆粕分离蛋白、5%Fe(III)和5%单宁酸分别用去离子水稀释溶解后搅拌均匀,得豆粕分离蛋白溶液、Fe(III)溶液和单宁酸溶液;
(3)将油相、表面活性剂、Fe(III)溶液混合,然后超声至混合均匀,得混合物A,接着取单宁酸溶液滴加至混合物A中,混合物A变色,搅拌至混合物A颜色稳定,单宁酸与铁离子形成不溶物包裹在含农药活性成分油乳外周,得含有乳化颗粒的混合物B,然后向混合物B中滴加豆粕分离蛋白溶液,混合物B的变色,搅拌至混合物B颜色稳定,单宁酸与豆粕分离蛋白形成沉淀,形成二次包裹,得乳化颗粒变大的混合物C,然后将混合物C过滤,取滤饼,冲洗,干燥,得含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒;
(4)将含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒与润湿剂、分散剂、防冻剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防腐剂和水混合、分散,得含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的农药活性成分由第一组分和第二组份组成,所述第一组分为噻虫胺,第二组分为精甲霜灵、咯菌腈、苯醚甲环唑、嘧菌酯中的一种或多种,所述第一组份与第二组分的质量比为5-50:1-20。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的溶剂为选自二甲苯、乙酸仲丁酯、生物柴油、油酸甲酯中的一种或几,步骤(2)中所述的表面活性剂选自烷基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、烷基萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸钙、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中豆粕分离蛋白、5%Fe(III)和5%单宁酸的稀释倍数为3-5倍;所述步骤(3)中油相:表面活性剂:Fe(III)溶液:单宁酸溶液:豆粕分离蛋白溶液的质量体积比为:5-7g:3-5g:10-15mL:20-30mL:5-10mL。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述的润湿剂为烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚、聚醚改性聚有机硅氧烷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种;所述的分散剂为木质素磺酸钙、烷基酚基聚氧乙烯基磷酸酯、聚萘甲醛磺酸钠盐、亚甲基双荼磺酸钠中的一种或几种;所述的防冻剂选自乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、甘油中的一种或几种;所述的消泡剂选自聚二甲基硅氧烷、异辛醇、正辛醇中的一种或几种;所述的增稠剂选自黄原胶、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸钠、硅酸镁铝中的一种或几种;所述的防腐剂选自苯甲酸钠、卡松、乳酸中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含噻虫胺的种子处理悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中各组分的质量百分比为:含噻虫胺的缓释颗粒5-50%、润湿剂1-5%、分散剂2-8%、防冻剂0-10%、增稠剂0.1-3%、消泡剂0.1-2%、防腐剂0.1-3%、水补充至100%。
