种子处理剂是在种子加工过程中或临近播种前,采用包衣、拌种、浸种或闷种等施药方法对种子进行处理的药剂。通常根据作物种类和各地有害生物(病、虫、鼠等)发生危害的情况选择药剂和处理方法。目前生产上种子处理使用的基本农药剂型包括固体和液体两类。种子处理剂具有靶标用药,用量低,高效和持效期长等特点,能促使种子发芽整齐,幼苗生长健壮,预防病虫害的危害和蔓延。
作为重要农业生产资料的种子由于幼嫩且抵抗力较低,有700多种病虫害可危害它或通过它传播,从而造成田间作物严重受害和外来生物入侵,影响种子纯度、贮藏、发芽和出苗,引起作物产量损失可达10%~30%,重则绝收。种子处理剂产品可杀灭地下和作物苗期害虫,防治苗期病害和系统性病害,提高种子发芽率,促进种苗健康生长,同时减少种子用量,最终达到防病治虫,保苗壮苗,提高产量的目的,是一种高效经济的产品。
种子处理剂尤其是种子处理悬浮剂的产品质量问题仍然制约着该剂型的发展。种子处理悬浮剂属于固液分散体系,为热力学不稳定体系,在贮存过程中极易出现沉淀、结块等现象,同时导致有效成分分布不匀,药剂易产生药害。因此如何开发和生产稳定、安全的种子处理悬浮剂是其发展的基础。
发明内容
基于此,本发明提出了一种三元复配种子处理悬浮剂及制备方法,解决了现有种子处理悬浮剂的极易出现沉淀、结块等现象的问题。
本发明提供了一种三元复配种子处理悬浮剂,包括:
噻虫胺、氟氯氰菊酯、咯菌腈和辅助剂;
所述噻虫胺、所述氟氯氰菊酯和所述咯菌腈的质量比为1-20:1-20:1-20;
所述噻虫胺、所述氟氯氰菊酯和所述咯菌腈总重量占剂型总重量的5%—60%。
进一步的,所述辅助剂包括成膜剂、分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂和警戒色。
进一步的,所述警戒色的质量分数为1%-3%。
进一步的,所述润湿分散剂的质量分数为1%-6%;
所述润湿分散剂为质量比为3:2的苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯和聚羧酸盐分散剂。
进一步的,所述成膜剂的质量分数为1%-3%;
所述成膜剂选自改性酪蛋白成膜剂、壳聚糖、聚氨酯改性硝酸纤维、聚乙烯醇或辛甘醇/甘油/聚丙烯酸共聚物的一种或几种。
进一步的,所述增稠剂的质量分数为0.1%-4%;
所述增稠剂为硅酸镁铝与甲壳素、海藻酸钠或海藻肥的一种。
进一步的,所述防冻剂的质量分数为1%-5%;所述防冻剂为乙二醇、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化钠、氯化钙中的一种。
进一步的,所述消泡剂的质量分数为0.1%-0.3%,所述消泡剂为ph5.5-6.5的有机硅消泡剂。
制备三元复配种子处理悬浮剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将噻虫胺、氟氯氰菊酯、咯菌腈研磨后分散到水相溶剂中,得到混合溶液;
S2:将混合溶液滴加到油相试剂中,进行混合,在所述油相中生成油相包裹微小液滴的包裹液滴;
S3:将油包水的包裹液滴加入包括所述辅助剂的水相溶液中,制得成品。进一步的,包括所述辅助剂的水相溶液通过
将所述成膜剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂和警戒色加入砂磨釜中,进行砂磨,达到规定细度后,加入成膜剂500r/min搅拌均匀获得。

氟氯氰菊酯(Cyfluthrin)是最早由德国拜耳开发的拟除虫菊酯类杀虫剂,原药为棕色粘稠液体,相对密度1.27-1.28g/cm3,20℃时蒸气压>1.33×10-8Pa,。能溶于丙酮、醚、甲苯、二氯甲烷等有机溶剂,稍溶于醇,不溶于水。对酸性、日光稳定,在pH值大于7.5的碱性中不稳定。氟氯氰菊酯具有触杀和胃毒作用,杀虫谱广,击倒迅速,持效期长,适用于棉花、果树、蔬菜、茶树、烟草、大豆等植物的杀虫。能有效地防治禾谷类作物、棉花、果树和蔬菜上的鞘翅目、同翅目和鳞翅目害虫,如棉铃虫、棉红铃虫、烟芽夜蛾、棉铃象甲、苜蓿叶象甲、莱粉蝶、尺蠖、苹果蠢蛾、菜青虫、小苹蛾、美洲粘虫、马铃薯甲虫、玉米螟、地老虎等害虫等。
噻虫胺属新烟碱类杀虫剂,是一种活性高、具有内吸性、触杀和胃毒作用的广谱杀虫剂。作用机理是结合位于神经后突触的烟碱乙酰胆碱受体。适用于叶面喷雾、土壤处理作用。经室内对白粉虱的毒力测定和对番茄烟粉虱的田间药效试验表明,具有较高活性和较好防治效果。表现出较好的速效性,持效期在7天左右。主要用于水稻、蔬菜、果树及其它作物,防治半翅目、鞘翅目、双翅目和某些鳞翅目害虫。

本发明添加的增稠剂还有能使作物产生抗逆能力的作用,还具备肥效,促生根、抗逆,在改善土壤环境和预防病虫害方面起着积极的作用。本发明将杀虫防病的成分和肥料元素有效结合在一起,可在防治病虫害的同时,促进种子的生长,提高了有效利用率,降低生产成本,省力,高效。
进一步的,防冻剂的质量分数为1%-5%;防冻剂为乙二醇、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化钠、氯化钙中的一种。
进一步的,消泡剂的质量分数为0.1%-0.3%,消泡剂为ph5.5-6.5的有机硅消泡剂。

防冻剂的质量分数为2%;防冻剂为尿素和氯化钠。

警戒色的质量分数为2%,警戒色为永固红FGR。
润湿分散剂的质量分数为4%,润湿分散剂为质量比为3:2的苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯和聚羧酸盐分散剂。
成膜剂的质量分数为2%,成膜剂为聚氨酯改性硝酸纤维。
增稠剂的质量分数为3%;增稠剂为硅酸镁铝与海藻肥。
防冻剂的质量分数为3%;防冻剂为硫酸铵和氯化钙。
消泡剂的质量分数为0.3%,消泡剂为6.5的有机硅消泡剂。

噻虫胺、氟氯氰菊酯和咯菌腈总重量占剂型总重量的60%。
警戒色的质量分数为3%,警戒色为永固红FGR。
润湿分散剂的质量分数为6%,润湿分散剂为质量比为3:2的苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯和聚羧酸盐分散剂。
成膜剂的质量分数为3%,成膜剂为聚乙烯醇或辛甘醇/甘油/聚丙烯酸共聚物。

所述噻虫胺、所述氟氯氰菊酯和所述咯菌腈总重量占剂型总重量的5%—60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三元复配种子处理悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述辅助剂包括成膜剂、分散剂、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂和警戒色。
3.根据权利要求2所述的三元复配种子处理悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述警戒色的质量分数为1%-3%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的三元复配种子处理悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述润湿分散剂的质量分数为1%-6%;
所述润湿分散剂为质量比为3:2的苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯和聚羧酸盐分散剂。
5.根据权利要求2所述的三元复配种子处理悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述成膜剂的质量分数为1%-3%;
所述成膜剂选自改性酪蛋白成膜剂、壳聚糖、聚氨酯改性硝酸纤维、聚乙烯醇或辛甘醇/甘油/聚丙烯酸共聚物的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的三元复配种子处理悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述增稠剂的质量分数为0.1%-4%;
所述增稠剂为硅酸镁铝与甲壳素、海藻酸钠或海藻肥的一种。
7.根据权利要求2所述的三元复配种子处理悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述防冻剂的质量分数为1%-5%;所述防冻剂为乙二醇、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化钠、氯化钙中的一种。
8.根据权利要求2所述的三元复配种子处理悬浮剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂的质量分数为0.1%-0.3%,所述消泡剂为ph5.5-6.5的有机硅消泡剂。
9.制备权利要求1-8任一所述的三元复配种子处理悬浮剂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将噻虫胺、氟氯氰菊酯、咯菌腈研磨后分散到水相溶剂中,得到混合溶液;
S2:将混合溶液滴加到油相试剂中,进行混合,在所述油相中生成油相包裹微小液滴的包裹液滴;
S3:将油包水的包裹液滴加入包括所述辅助剂的水相溶液中,制得成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的三元复配种子处理悬浮剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括所述辅助剂的水相溶液通过
