除了安装之外,操作自动存储系统的最大成本是集装箱搬运车辆在日常操作中消耗的能量成本。因此,本发明的目的是降低该成本。

此外,电力管理器被配置为在低能量成本时段期间控制可充电电源的充电,并且在高能量成本时段期间控制所存储的能量作为存储系统的附加电源,并且使用排序系统来决定以哪个顺序对两个或更多个可充电电源进行充电,并且控制能量的存储。监测系统监测当前能量价格和未来能量价格。
此外,电源可以经由来自可再生能源的本地产生的电力和/或电网电力接收电力。
电力管理器的排序系统被配置为决定首先对具有最高充电水平的可充电电源进行充电,并决定首先使用具有最高充电水平的可充电电源作为附加电源。
充电设备可以是充电站或充电机器人,并且至少一个大容量电池可以用于在低能量成本时段期间存储能量。
本发明的优选实施例还由用于自动存储和取回系统的电力管理的方法限定,该自动存储和取回系统包括:多个集装箱搬运车辆,具有至少一个可充电电源、用于在三维底层存储网格中搬运集装箱;充电设备,用于对集装箱搬运车辆的可充电电源进行充电;电源,用于向存储系统供电;监测系统,用于监测能量价格,该方法包括以下步骤:让监测系统通过以下方式建立外部电力信息:读取当前电力消耗,以及更新当前能量成本和未来能量成本;让监测系统通过以下方式建立内部电力信息:获取自动存储和取回系统的当前能量状态,以及估计自动存储和取回系统的未来能量状态;让电力管理器根据外部电力信息和内部电力信息来更新系统的电力策略。
可以通过让电力管理器使用排序系统来决定以哪个顺序对可充电电源进行充电和/或让电力管理器的排序系统决定首先对具有最高充电水平的可充电电源进行充电和/或让电力管理器的排序系统决定首先使用具有最高充电水平的可充电电源作为附加电源来更新系统的电力策略。
通过让电力管理器根据电力价格来控制可充电电源的充电,可以降低存储系统中的电力成本。当价格较高时,可充电电源可用作系统的附加电源。该附加电源允许存储系统在价格较低时存储电力,并在价格较高时使用所存储的电力。通过结合控制到可充电电源的电力流或来自可充电电源的电力流的电力管理器,可以大大降低存储系统的操作成本,并且可以解决自动存储系统的操作成本问题。

集装箱搬运车辆轨道系统108允许集装箱搬运车辆201在不同网格位置之间水平移动,其中,每个网格位置与网格单元122相关联。

更新电力策略最终涉及规划系统的未来能量状态590。如果能量成本较低,或本地产生的可再生能量产量较高,电力管理器将尝试通过更频繁和更长时间地对可充电能源充电来增加系统中的存储能量。这是针对系统的活动而计划的,其中,对操作效率的任何降低也被最小化。
当完成所有步骤时,电力管理器403重新开始处理,并且因此通过接收或检索关于能量价格、可充电电源的充电状态以及内部电力信息和外部电力信息的信息来持续更新电力管理器。
在本发明的替代实施例中,可以静态地设置充电策略。电池可以设置为在一天中的固定时间间隔充电。代替收集所估计的未来能量成本,系统可以以固定的时间间隔设置,其中,优选的是存储系统增加其充电状态。这通常有利于轮班工作的企业,其中,系统的充电被设置为一天中能量价格最低的时间(通常是晚上时间或夜间时间)。一天中可以将系统设置为增加其充电状态的另一时间是午餐时间期间。基本上,当普通劳动力具有停工时间时的任何时间,这是用于增加充电状态的良好时间。

2.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述电力管理器(403)被配置为在低能量成本时段期间控制所述可充电电源(405)的充电。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的系统,其中,所述监测系统(402)被配置为监测当前能量价格和未来能量价格。
4.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述电源(401)接收电网电力和/或来自本地产生的可再生能源的电力。
5.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述电力管理器(403)被配置为使用排序系统来决定以哪个顺序对两个或更多个所述可充电电源(405)进行充电。
6.根据权利要求5所述的系统,其中,所述电力管理器(403)的所述排序系统被配置为决定首先对具有最高充电水平的所述可充电电源(405)进行充电。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的系统,其中,所述电力管理器(403)的所述排序系统被配置为决定首先使用具有最高充电水平的所述可充电电源(405)作为附加电源。
8.根据权利要求3所述的系统,其中,所述电力管理器(403)被配置为如果所述未来能量价格低于前一时间段的平均能量价格,则控制能量的存储。
9.根据权利要求8所述的系统,其中,如果所述未来能量价格低于所述前一时间段的平均能量价格,则来自本地可再生能源的能量用于存储能量。
10.根据权利要求9所述的系统,其中,如果所述未来能量价格高于所述前一时间段的平均能量价格,则来自本地可再生能源的能量被用作所述存储和取回系统的附加能源。
11.根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的系统,其中,所述前一时间段能够是前一个月。
12.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述充电设备(404)是充电站或充电机器人。
13.根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,至少一个大容量电池用于在低能量成本时段期间存储能量。
14.一种用于存储和取回系统的电力管理的方法,所述存储和取回系统包括:多个集装箱搬运车辆(201、301),具有至少一个可充电电源(405)、用于在三维底层存储网格(104)中搬运集装箱;充电设备(404),用于对所述集装箱搬运车辆(201、301)的所述可充电电源进行充电;电源(401),用于向所述存储和取回系统供电;监测系统(402),用于监测能量价格,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-让所述监测系统(402)通过以下方式建立外部电力信息:
·读取当前电力消耗,以及
·更新当前能量成本和未来能量成本,
-让所述监测系统(402)通过以下方式建立内部电力信息:
·获取所述存储和取回系统的当前能量状态,以及
·估计所述存储和取回系统的未来能量状态,
-让电力管理器(403)根据所述外部电力信息和所述内部电力信息来更新所述存储和取回系统的电力策略,
-让所述电力管理器(403)在高能量成本时段期间控制所述可充电电源(405)的所存储的能量用作所述存储和取回系统的附加电源。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,通过让所述电力管理器(403)控制所述可充电电源(405)的充电来更新所述电力策略。
16.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,通过让所述电源(401)接收电网电力和/或来自本地产生的可再生能源的电力来更新所述电力策略。
17.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,通过让所述电力管理器(403)使用排序系统来决定以哪个顺序对所述可充电电源进行充电来更新所述电力策略。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,通过让所述电力管理器(403)的所述排序系统决定首先对具有最高充电水平的所述可充电电源(405)进行充电来更新所述电力策略。
19.根据权利要求17或18所述的方法,其中,通过让所述电力管理器(403)的所述排序系统决定首先使用具有最高充电水平的所述可充电电源(405)作为所述附加电源来更新所述电力策略。
20.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,如果未来能量价格低于前一时间段的平均能量价格,则通过让所述电力管理器(403)控制能量的存储来更新所述电力策略。
21.根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,如果所述未来能量价格低于所述前一时间段的平均能量价格,则通过让来自本地可再生能源的能量用于存储能量来更新所述电力策略。
22.根据权利要求21所述的方法,其中,如果所述未来能量价格高于所述前一时间段的平均能量价格,则通过让来自本地可再生能源的能量用作所述存储和取回系统的附加能源来更新所述电力策略。
23.根据权利要求20至22中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述前一时间段是前一个月。
