The welding platform for the production of the PCB with the lamp band controller is provided with 2 clamping tables which are arranged oppositely, during working, a conveying belt for conveying the PCB passes through the 2 clamping tables, when the PCB reaches the space between the 2 clamping tables, the 2 clamping tables form stable clamping on the PCB, and then the PCB is welded by using welding equipment, and due to the stable clamping of the clamping tables, a better welding effect can be ensured; specifically, when the action motor 4 rotates, the turntable 5 is driven to rotate, the stirring member 8 on the turntable 5 rotates synchronously, in the rotating process of the turntable 5, the stirring member 8 firstly stirs the stirring rod 10, so that the rotating wheel 9 rotates, the clamping tooth group 11 arranged on the rotating wheel 9 rotates to be meshed with the clamping groove group 7 on the turntable 5, so that the rotating wheel 9 is driven to rotate for a distance by the rotation of the turntable 5, in the continuous rotating process of the turntable 5, because the stirring rod 10 and the clamping groove group 7 of the turntable 5 act on the turntable 5 intermittently, the turntable 5 rotates intermittently, each time 90 degrees rotates, specifically, the turntable 5 rotates for a circle, the turntable 5 rotates 90 degrees, the intermittent rotation of the turntable 5 drives the clearance rotation of the cam 12, when the convex part 17 of the cam 12 contacts with the clamping block 18, and in the continuous rotating process, the upper clamping block 18 is pressed downwards, the upper clamping block 18 is enabled to approach the lower clamping block 19, the PCB is clamped after the upper clamping block 18 and the lower clamping block 19 are closed, the upper clamping plate is controlled in a propping mode, so that the PCB is clamped, the force of clamping is generated in a mode of squeezing force between structures, moving parts such as an oil cylinder or an air cylinder are not enabled to be more stable in force effect due to hydraulic pressure or air pressure, after 1 PCB is welded, the cam 12 is enabled to rotate 90 degrees, the protruding portion 17 of the cam 12 releases propping force on the upper clamping block 18, under the action of the elastic piece, the upper clamping block 18 moves upwards to contact with the PCB, the welded PCB is moved to a welding position by the conveying belt, and the next PCB enters the welding position, so that the welding process is completed.
Specifically, the toggle member 8 is configured as a block, a rod or a sheet.
In order to enable the card slot group 7 and the card tooth group 11 to produce accurate, stable and effective cooperation, the card slot group 7 comprises at least 2 card slots, and the card tooth group 11 comprises at least 2 card teeth.
Specifically, the elastic member includes a first spring 21 and a second spring 22, and the first spring 21 and the second spring 22 are respectively disposed on two sides of the cam 12.

Under the structural arrangement, when the cam 12 rotates, the electromagnet 14 is powered on to attract the positioning block 16, so that the positioning block 16 completely enters the action hole 13, at this time, the cam 12 can rotate smoothly, when the cam 12 does not rotate, the electromagnet 14 is powered off, under the action of the third spring 15, the positioning block 16 enters the positioning hole 23, so that the cam 12 is locked and cannot rotate, at this time, the overall structure is stable, the acting force generated between the upper clamping block 18 and the lower clamping block 19 cannot enable the cam 12 to rotate, that is, the cam 12 can enable the upper clamping block 18 and the lower clamping block 19 to keep a stable clamping state, and the stable clamping of the PCB is realized.
