In other embodiments of the GIS conductor automatic cleaning device, the displacement driving device comprises a displacement driving motor and a lead screw nut mechanism in transmission fit with the displacement driving motor, and the spray head fixing device belongs to a part of the lead screw nut mechanism; or the displacement driving device comprises a displacement driving motor and a driving gear in transmission fit with the displacement driving motor, the spray head fixing device comprises a rack meshed with the driving gear, and the rack is driven by the driving gear to move linearly, so that the spray head fixing device moves left and right.
In other embodiments of the GIS conductor automatic cleaning device, the guide wheel may include only the first guide wheel having the rotation axis extending in the front-rear direction.
In other embodiments of the GIS conductor automatic cleaning device, the guide rail is not made of a square tube, for example, the guide rail may be solid, and a guide groove for guiding the guide wheel to move is formed on the guide rail.
In other embodiments of the GIS conductor automatic cleaning device, the nozzle fixing device may include a fixing block, and the fixing block is movably mounted on the guide rail through a dovetail groove structure or a T-shaped groove structure.
In other embodiments of the GIS conductor automatic cleaning device, the rear supporting wheel can be selected as a driving wheel.

Claims (10)

1. A GIS conductor self-cleaning device characterized by comprising:
the conductor supporting and rotating mechanism is used for supporting the conductor and rotating the conductor;
the spray head displacement mechanism comprises a spray head, the spray head is used for moving along the extension direction of the conductor and spraying water to clean the conductor, and the moving direction of the spray head is defined as the left-right direction;
wherein, conductor supports rotary mechanism includes:
a support frame;
the supporting wheel sets are arranged at the top of the supporting frame and are arranged at least two groups at intervals along the left-right direction, each supporting wheel set comprises a front supporting wheel and a rear supporting wheel which are arranged in front and back, the rotating axes of the front supporting wheel and the rear supporting wheel extend along the left-right direction, and at least one front supporting wheel or one rear supporting wheel is a driving wheel;
the rotation driving device is in transmission connection with the driving wheel so as to drive the driving wheel to rotate;
wherein, shower nozzle displacement mechanism still includes:
a left upright column and a right upright column;
the guide rails are fixed at the top ends of the two upright posts, and the extending direction of the guide rails is the left-right direction;
the nozzle fixing device is used for fixing the nozzle and is installed on the guide rail in a guiding and moving mode along the left and right direction;
and the displacement driving device is in transmission connection with the spray head fixing device so as to drive the spray head fixing device to move left and right along the guide rail.

The automatic cleaning device for the GIS conductors according to claim 1, wherein the guide rail is made of a square tube, an opening extending in the left-right direction is formed in the bottom wall of the square tube, the nozzle fixing device comprises a fixing plate and a guide wheel rotatably mounted on the fixing plate, the fixing plate penetrates through the opening and moves left and right in the opening, and the guide wheel is in rolling contact with the square tube.

The GIS conductor automatic cleaning device of claim 2, wherein the guide wheels comprise a first guide wheel with a rotation axis extending in a front-back direction and a second guide wheel with a rotation axis extending in a vertical direction, at least two guide wheels are arranged on the left and right of the first guide wheel and the second guide wheel, the first guide wheel is positioned above the second guide wheel, the first guide wheel is in rolling contact with the inner wall of the bottom of the square tube, and the second guide wheel is in rolling contact with the front-back side wall of the opening.

The automatic cleaning device for the GIS conductors according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the displacement driving device comprises a displacement driving motor and a transmission belt in transmission fit with the output end of the displacement driving motor, the transmission belt penetrates through the square pipe, and the fixing plate is connected to the transmission belt so as to be driven by the transmission belt to move left and right.

The automatic cleaning device for the GIS conductor according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the nozzle fixing device further comprises a connecting rod connected to the bottom of the fixing plate, the connecting rod is Z-shaped, the connecting rod comprises a first rod section connected to the bottom of the fixing plate and extending downward, a second rod section connected to the first rod section and extending forward or backward, and a third rod section connected to the second rod section and extending downward, and the nozzle is fixedly connected to the third rod section.

The automatic cleaning device for the GIS conductors according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the spray head fixing device comprises an L-shaped connecting rod, the connecting rod comprises a transverse rod section extending forwards or backwards and a vertical rod section connected with the transverse rod section and extending downwards, and the spray head is fixedly connected with the vertical rod section.

The automatic cleaning device for the GIS conductors according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the spray head comprises a vertical pipe and a semicircular pipe which is fixed at the bottom of the vertical pipe and has a downward opening, the semicircular pipe is communicated with the vertical pipe, the semicircular pipe is used for covering the outer part of the conductors, and two ends of the semicircular pipe form water outlet ends.

The automatic cleaning device for the GIS conductors according to claim 7, wherein water outlet pipes extending in the left-right direction are respectively fixed to two ends of the semicircular pipe, the water outlet pipes are communicated with the semicircular pipe, at least two nozzles are arranged on each water outlet pipe at intervals in the left-right direction, and the nozzles on the two water outlet pipes are arranged in a front-back corresponding manner.

The automatic cleaning device for the GIS conductors according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the support frame comprises a fixed support frame and a movable support frame, the fixed support frame is used for being fixed on the ground, the bottom of the movable support frame is provided with a movable roller, the support roller set comprises a fixed support roller set installed on the fixed support frame and a movable support roller set installed on the movable support frame, and a front support roller or a rear support roller in the fixed support roller set is a driving wheel.
