The embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the resource type of the media resource. For example, the first media asset is a promotional video.
The to-be-recommended stage of the first media resource is a stage before the first media resource is recommended, and taking the first media resource as a promotional video as an example, the first stage can be understood as a stage before the promotional video is distributed.
In step 301, the terminal presents a first quality assessment portal for a first media asset.
Wherein the first quality assessment entry is used for triggering a quality assessment process for the first media resource. In some embodiments, the first quality assessment portal is provided as a quality assessment control, for example, through a triggering operation of the quality assessment control, the terminal can be triggered to execute a subsequent quality assessment process. The trigger operation may be a click operation, a selection operation, or other operations. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the first quality assessment portal is further provided as a reminder pop-up window or reminder pendant. The embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the expression form of the first quality evaluation entry.
In some embodiments, the terminal has associated with it a resource management platform that provides the functionality for recommending media assets and evaluating media assets. In an optional embodiment, the terminal presents the first quality assessment entry in a resource recommendation page provided by the resource management platform, and the resource recommendation page is used for recommending media resources. In yet another alternative embodiment, the terminal presents the first quality assessment entry in a resource assessment page provided by the resource management platform, and the resource assessment page is used for assessing media resources.
It should be noted that, the above description is provided by exemplifying the first quality assessment entry shown in the resource recommendation page or the resource assessment page, and in other embodiments, the terminal may further be capable of showing the first quality assessment entry in other related pages provided by the resource management platform, for example, showing the first quality assessment entry in an interface home page provided by the resource management platform. Of course, the terminal may display the first quality assessment entry in any page of the multiple pages shown above, or may display the first quality assessment entry in any multiple pages or all pages of the multiple pages. The embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.
In step 302, the terminal sends a quality assessment request to the server based on the first quality assessment entry, the quality assessment request requesting quality assessment of the first media resource.
In some embodiments, the terminal responds to the triggering operation of the first quality assessment entry, and displays a resource uploading page, wherein the resource uploading page is used for uploading media resources to be subjected to quality assessment; the user can upload the first media resource in the resource upload page, and the terminal responds to the upload operation of the first media resource, acquires the first media resource, and sends a quality evaluation request to the server to request the server to perform quality evaluation on the first media resource.
In some optional embodiments, the resource upload page is provided with a resource selection control, and accordingly, the process of the terminal acquiring the first media resource is as follows: the terminal responds to the triggering operation of the resource selection control, displays a resource selection page, wherein the resource selection page comprises a plurality of candidate media resources, and responds to the selection operation of the candidate media resources, and the selected media resources are acquired as the first media resources.
In step 303, the server receives the quality evaluation request, performs quality evaluation on the first media resource, and obtains quality evaluation information of the first media resource, where the quality evaluation information includes information for indicating that target resource content corresponding to the first media resource does not satisfy a quality condition.
In an embodiment of the disclosure, the quality assessment includes assessing a content quality of the first media asset and assessing a recommendation quality of the first media asset. In some embodiments, the quality assessment information includes quality assessment information corresponding to at least one quality assessment parameter used to assess the quality of the first media asset in at least one dimension.
In some embodiments, the at least one quality assessment parameter comprises at least one of a content quality parameter, a recommendation quality parameter, a degree of similarity parameter. The parameter values corresponding to the content quality parameter, the recommendation quality parameter and the similarity degree parameter are respectively used for representing whether the first media resource meets the quality condition in the corresponding dimension. The content quality parameter represents the content quality of the first media resource, the recommendation quality parameter represents the recommendation effect of the first media resource, and the similarity parameter represents the similarity between the first media resource and the published media resource. Therefore, the first media resource can be evaluated from multiple dimensions by setting multiple types of quality evaluation parameters, so that the comprehensiveness and accuracy of evaluating the first media resource are improved. The target resource content represents resource content in the first media resource that does not satisfy the quality condition, and it should be understood that the resource content that does not satisfy the quality condition is unqualified resource content.
In some embodiments, the server employs a network model to perform the above quality evaluation process, and the following describes the quality evaluation process performed by the server based on the content quality parameter, the recommended quality parameter, and the similarity parameter shown above:
in some embodiments, the content quality parameter is determined based on a first quality model, the corresponding process being: the server inputs the first media resource into the first quality model, and evaluates the content quality of the first media resource through the first quality model to obtain the content quality parameter of the first media resource.
Wherein the first quality model is to evaluate a content quality of the first media asset based on asset content of the first media asset. In some embodiments, the first quality model is a content quality model, and may specifically be a high-quality material algorithm model with material impression recognition capability. It should be understood that the media assets themselves are also a type of material (e.g., video material, picture material, etc.).
In some embodiments, the first quality model is trained based on feature information of a plurality of sample media assets and content quality labels of the plurality of sample media assets, the content quality labels representing parameter values of content quality parameters of corresponding sample media assets. Accordingly, the determination process of the first quality model includes: and the server performs model training based on the characteristic information of the sample media resources and the content quality labels of the sample media resources to obtain a first quality model.
Specifically, in some embodiments, in an ith iteration process of the training, the server inputs feature information of the plurality of sample media resources into the first quality model determined in the (i-1) th iteration process to obtain a parameter training result of the ith iteration process, where i is a positive integer greater than 1; and adjusting the model parameters of the first quality model determined in the ith-1 iteration process based on the parameter training result of the ith iteration process and the content quality labels of the plurality of sample media resources, performing the (i + 1) th iteration process based on the adjusted model parameters, and repeating the training iteration process until the training meets the target condition.
In some embodiments, the target condition met by the training is that the number of training iterations of the model reaches a target number, which is a preset number of training iterations, such as 1000; alternatively, the training satisfies a target condition that the loss value satisfies a target threshold condition, such as a loss value less than 0.00001. The embodiments of the present disclosure do not limit the setting of the target conditions.
Therefore, the network model with the better model parameters is obtained as the first quality model in an iterative training mode, so that the first quality model with the better evaluation capability is obtained, and the evaluation accuracy of the first quality model is improved.
In some embodiments, the recommended quality parameter is determined based on a second quality model, the corresponding process being: and the server inputs the first media resource into the second quality model, and evaluates the recommendation effect of the first media resource through the second quality model to obtain the recommendation quality parameter of the first media resource.
Wherein the second quality model is used to evaluate the recommendation effect of the first media asset based on the asset content of the first media asset. In some embodiments, the first quality model is a conversion prediction model, and may be a model capable of predicting a recommendation effect (or referred to as a conversion effect) of a media resource.
In some embodiments, the second quality model is trained based on feature information of a plurality of sample media assets and recommended quality labels of the plurality of sample media assets, the recommended quality labels representing parameter values of recommended quality parameters of corresponding sample media assets. Accordingly, the determination process of the first quality model includes: and the server performs model training based on the characteristic information of the plurality of sample media resources and the recommended quality labels of the plurality of sample media resources to obtain a second quality model.
Specifically, in some embodiments, in an ith iteration process of the training, the server inputs the feature information of the plurality of sample media resources into the second quality model determined in the (i-1) th iteration process to obtain a parameter training result of the ith iteration process, where i is a positive integer greater than 1; and adjusting the model parameters of the second quality model determined in the ith-1 iteration process based on the parameter training result of the ith iteration process and the recommended quality labels of the plurality of sample media resources, performing the (i + 1) th iteration process based on the adjusted model parameters, and repeating the training iteration process until the training meets the target condition.
Therefore, the network model with the better model parameters is obtained as the second quality model in an iterative training mode, so that the second quality model with the better evaluation capability is obtained, and the evaluation accuracy of the second quality model is improved.
In some embodiments, the similarity parameter is determined based on a third quality model, and the corresponding process is: the server inputs the first media resource into the third quality model, and evaluates the similarity between the first media resource and the published media resource through the third quality model to obtain a similarity parameter of the first media resource.
Wherein the third quality model is used to evaluate a degree of similarity between the first media asset and the published media asset based on the asset content of the first media asset. In some embodiments, the third quality model is a content quality model, and may specifically be a high-quality material algorithm model with material impression recognition capability.
In some embodiments, the third quality model is trained based on feature information of a plurality of sample media assets and similarity labels of the plurality of sample media assets, the similarity labels representing degrees of similarity between corresponding sample media assets and published media assets. Accordingly, the determination process of the third quality model includes: and the server performs model training based on the characteristic information of the sample media resources and the similarity labels of the sample media resources to obtain a third quality model.
Specifically, in some embodiments, in an ith iteration process of the training, the server inputs feature information of the plurality of sample media resources into a third quality model determined in an (i-1) th iteration process to obtain a parameter training result of the ith iteration process, where i is a positive integer greater than 1; and adjusting the model parameters of the third quality model determined in the ith-1 iteration process based on the parameter training result of the ith iteration process and the similarity labels of the plurality of sample media resources, performing the (i + 1) th iteration process based on the adjusted model parameters, and repeating the training iteration process until the training meets the target condition.
Therefore, the network model with the better model parameters is obtained as the third quality model in an iterative training mode, so that the third quality model with the better evaluation capability is obtained, and the evaluation accuracy of the third quality model is improved.
In some embodiments, for the first quality model, the second quality model and the third quality model mentioned in the above embodiments, the server performs model training on the neural network model based on the feature information of the plurality of sample media resources and the corresponding labels, so as to obtain the corresponding quality models. In some embodiments, the Neural Network model is a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) or a Deep Neural Network (DNN) or other Network model.
The neural network model is a network that gradually extracts higher-level features from an original input based on a plurality of processing layers including complex structures or composed of multiple nonlinear transformations. In some embodiments, the neural network model includes an input layer, a plurality of hidden layers, and an output layer. The input layer is used for inputting the first media resource acquired by the server into the neural network model and converting the input information into a digital matrix so that the neural network model can carry out a subsequent operation process. The hidden layer can comprise a convolution layer, a pooling layer or a full-link layer, wherein the convolution layer is used for performing convolution operation on the digital matrix generated by the input layer, local features are extracted based on the convolution operation result, and the neural network model can comprise one or more convolution layers; the pooling layer is used for quantizing the feature extraction values obtained by the convolutional layer to obtain a matrix with a smaller dimension so as to further extract the features, and the neural network model can comprise one or more pooling layers; and the full connection layer is used for integrating the extracted local features into complete features through the weight matrix and calculating corresponding quality parameters based on the complete features. The output layer is used for obtaining the quality parameters output by the last hidden layer and outputting the quality parameters.
In the embodiment, each quality model is applied, the first media resource is evaluated according to core indexes such as material impression, recommendation effect and the like of the media resource, and availability suggestions are provided for the user, so that the recommendation effect of the media resource is improved.
In step 304, the server sends the quality assessment information of the first media resource to the terminal.
In step 305, the terminal receives the quality assessment information returned by the server.
In step 306, the terminal displays a first quality assessment page of the first media resource, and in the first quality assessment page, displays quality assessment information and a resource modification control of the first media resource, where the resource modification control is used to trigger modification of the target resource content.

(306B) In some embodiments, the quality evaluation information includes quality evaluation information corresponding to at least one sub-parameter under the quality evaluation parameter, and accordingly, in the first quality evaluation page, the process of presenting the quality evaluation information of the first media resource by the terminal is as follows: and the terminal responds to the viewing operation of any quality evaluation parameter in the at least one quality evaluation parameter and displays the quality evaluation information of at least one sub-parameter under the quality evaluation parameter.
The quality evaluation information of the at least one sub-parameter is used to indicate whether the resource content corresponding to each sub-parameter in the first media resource satisfies the quality condition. In some embodiments, the at least one sub-parameter includes at least one of a first sub-parameter, a second sub-parameter, a third sub-parameter, a fourth sub-parameter, a fifth sub-parameter, and a sixth sub-parameter. The first sub-parameter is used to indicate the degree of sharpness of the picture of the first media resource, for example, the first sub-parameter is used to indicate whether the picture of the first media resource is sharp or not, or the first sub-parameter is used to indicate whether the picture of the first media resource is occluded or not; the second sub-parameter is used to indicate the clarity degree of the sound quality of the first media resource, for example, the second sub-parameter is used to indicate whether the playing sound of the first media resource is clear or not, or the second sub-parameter is used to indicate whether the first media resource has background music or not; the third sub-parameter is used to indicate the information perfection of the first media resource, for example, the third sub-parameter is used to indicate whether the resource introduction information (title or description) of the first media resource is complete or not, or the third sub-parameter is used to indicate whether the first media resource is added with the advertised product or service information; the fourth sub-parameter is used to indicate the matching degree of the first media resource and the corresponding resource introduction information, for example, the fourth sub-parameter is used to indicate whether the resource content of the first media resource matches with the title of the first media resource; the fifth sub-parameter is used to indicate the matching degree of the first media resource and the corresponding category, for example, the fifth sub-parameter is used to indicate whether the resource content of the first media resource matches with the advertised product or service; the sixth sub-parameter is used to indicate whether the resource content of the first media resource meets the content requirement, for example, the sixth sub-parameter is used to indicate whether the resource content of the first media resource meets the specification.
In the above embodiment, by setting multiple types of sub-parameters and displaying at least one sub-parameter under each quality evaluation parameter, the amount of information displayed on the quality evaluation page is increased, more specific and refined quality evaluation information can be provided for a user, so that the user can further and definitely know the parts meeting or not meeting the quality conditions, and then a subsequent resource modification process is performed on the quality evaluation parameters not meeting the quality conditions, thereby improving the human-computer interaction efficiency.
In some embodiments, the terminal presents the quality assessment information of at least one sub-parameter under the quality assessment parameter in the form of a label. Therefore, the display style of each sub-parameter is enriched, and the display effect of each sub-parameter is improved. In some embodiments, at least one of the sub-parameters illustrated above is evaluated by the server based on the quality model illustrated in step 303. In some embodiments, after the server evaluates and obtains at least one sub-parameter of the first media resource, the server analyzes the at least one sub-parameter to determine a tag corresponding to the at least one sub-parameter. Therefore, the quality models and the content tag capability are innovatively and effectively combined together, so that reasonable modification suggestions are provided for users in a key process, the material impression effect of the media resources is improved, and the recommendation effect of the media resources is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a first quality assessment page according to an exemplary embodiment, and referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 illustrates at least one sub-parameter shown by taking the content quality parameter in the selected state as an example, in the first quality assessment page shown in fig. 5, the information for indicating that the target resource content does not satisfy the quality condition refers to a "score reduction influence factor", and in the column of the "score reduction influence factor", a plurality of sub-parameters are shown in the form of tags, and the plurality of sub-parameters represent the target resource content corresponding to the first media resource, and are respectively "subtitle is small", "background-free music", and the like. For example, referring to fig. 4, in the first quality assessment page shown in fig. 4, the composite quality rating may be a "composite rating" shown in fig. 4: good ". Therefore, the information quantity displayed on the quality evaluation page is increased by displaying the comprehensive quality grade, so that the user can know the comprehensive quality of the first media resource at the first time, and the man-machine interaction efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, the determination of the integrated quality level is performed by: and carrying out weighted average on the parameter values of the at least one quality evaluation parameter to obtain a weighted average value of the at least one quality evaluation parameter, and determining the weighted average value as the comprehensive quality grade of the first media resource.
In an alternative embodiment, the determination of the overall quality level is performed by the terminal, and the corresponding process is: and after receiving the parameter value of the at least one quality evaluation parameter returned by the server, the terminal determines the comprehensive quality level of the first media resource based on the parameter value of the at least one quality evaluation parameter. In another alternative embodiment, the determination process of the comprehensive quality grade is executed by the terminal and the server together, and the corresponding process is as follows: after determining the parameter value of the at least one quality assessment parameter in step 303, the server determines the comprehensive quality level of the first media resource based on the parameter value of the at least one quality assessment parameter, the comprehensive quality level is carried in the quality assessment information of the first media resource, and the quality assessment information carrying the comprehensive quality level is sent to the terminal, so that the terminal can obtain the comprehensive quality level carried by the quality assessment information.
(306D) In some embodiments, the quality evaluation information further includes a target proportion corresponding to at least one quality evaluation parameter, and accordingly, the terminal further displays the target proportion corresponding to the at least one quality evaluation parameter, where the target proportion represents a proportion of a second media resource in the media resources of the same category, and a parameter value of the quality evaluation parameter of the second media resource is lower than a parameter value of the quality evaluation parameter of the first media resource.
Illustratively, referring to fig. 4, in the first quality assessment page shown in fig. 4, target proportions corresponding to "content quality", "conversion effect", and "similarity", for example, "80%" are shown, respectively. In some embodiments, the terminal further displays the prompt information of the target ratio in the first quality assessment page, for example, referring to fig. 4, the corresponding contents of the prompt information are: "content quality: more than 80% of the same row "," conversion effect: more than 80% of the same row "," similarity: more than 80% of the same row ". Therefore, the information quantity displayed on the quality evaluation page is increased by displaying the target proportion corresponding to each quality evaluation parameter, so that a user can timely know the quality condition of the first media resource in the same type of media resource, and the man-machine interaction efficiency is improved.
