Specifically, the user side is configured to: and acquiring the cabinet lattice identification information of the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice based on the user trigger operation aiming at the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice. When the user side monitors user trigger operation aiming at the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice, cabinet lattice identification information of the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice is obtained. Taking code scanning as an example, the user side can extract the cabinet grid identification information of the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid from the code information obtained by scanning. If the user trigger operation of the user is directed at the intelligent cabinet, for example, scanning a two-dimensional code of the intelligent cabinet, the acquired cabinet lattice identification information is specifically an equipment identification of the intelligent cabinet; if the user trigger operation of the user is directed at a certain cell, for example, a two-dimensional code of a certain cell is scanned, the acquired cabinet cell identification information includes an equipment identification of the intelligent cabinet and a cell identification of the intelligent cabinet.
The electricity business system is used for: the system is communicated with a user side and an intelligent cabinet network system respectively, receives an e-commerce platform page request which is sent by the user side and carries cabinet grid identification information, and requests the intelligent cabinet network system to inquire e-commerce platform merchants which have ownership association with an intelligent cabinet or an intelligent cabinet grid; and generating an e-commerce platform page according to the e-commerce platform merchant information and the cabinet identification information.
The intelligent cabinet network system is used for: receiving a request for inquiring the E-commerce platform commercial tenant having a ownership association relation with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice, and feeding back the information of the E-commerce platform commercial tenant to the E-commerce service system; and controlling the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid to open the cabinet based on the triggering of the electric business service system.
Optionally, the service system based on the intelligent cabinet may further include: and the logistics fulfillment system is communicated with the e-commerce service system and the intelligent cabinet network system respectively and is used for responding and processing the commodity distribution request initiated by the merchant end or the user end through the e-commerce service system.
In one scenario, the logistics fulfillment system is configured to complete a commodity distribution service, specifically, a merchant initiates a commodity distribution request for commodity distribution, after receiving the commodity distribution request, the e-commerce service system transmits the commodity distribution request to the logistics fulfillment system, and the logistics fulfillment system completes a service of distributing the commodity to the intelligent cabinet. In the service process, the logistics fulfillment system is communicated with the intelligent cabinet network system, and after the distribution personnel reach the intelligent cabinet, the intelligent cabinet network system is used for sending a cabinet opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet grid corresponding to the commodity to the intelligent cabinet, so that the intelligent cabinet controls the cabinet door of the intelligent cabinet grid to be opened, and the distribution personnel can store the commodity into the intelligent cabinet grid.
In another scenario, the logistics fulfillment system is configured to complete a service of delivering an article of merchandise, specifically, a user initiates an article delivery request that the user desires to deliver the article of merchandise to home, the e-commerce service system receives the article delivery request and then transmits the article delivery request to the logistics fulfillment system, and the logistics fulfillment system completes a service of delivering the article of merchandise stored in the smart shelf to a user-specified address.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned logistics fulfillment system is an optional system in the business system of the embodiment of the present invention, and in the case of no logistics fulfillment system, the goods distribution service of the business system of the embodiment of the present invention may be completed offline by the merchant, and at the same time, the business system may not support the goods express service from the intelligent cabinet to the user-specified address.
According to the business system based on the intelligent cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention, the scene that online businesses utilize the intelligent cabinet to expand offline is supported. By utilizing the business system, a user can access the page of the e-commerce platform through user trigger operation aiming at the intelligent cabinet or the grid of the intelligent cabinet, and initiate online transaction aiming at specific commodities. By means of the special offline exposure of the intelligent cabinet, offline intelligent cabinet resources are utilized to attract users to conduct online transaction, and the utilization rate of the intelligent cabinet resources is improved; by using the convenience of the intelligent cabinet, the ordering decision path of the user is shortened, and the execution efficiency of online transaction is improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the interaction between an intelligent network system and an intelligent cabinet according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the intelligent network system includes: the intelligent cabinet network system is communicated with the intelligent cabinets through the intelligent cabinet network interfaces; the e-commerce service system communicates with the intelligent cabinet network system through the e-commerce communication interface. In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent cabinets are distributed in different position areas, and each intelligent cabinet is remotely accessed to the intelligent cabinet network interface of the intelligent cabinet network system through the gateway. The basic capability of the intelligent cabinet comprises flow detection, opening and closing door control and object placing detection.
Further, the intelligent cabinet network interface includes: the device comprises a grid sensing module, a grid control module and a grid display module. Wherein the grid display module is an optional module of the embodiment of the invention. The grid sensing module is used for sensing the grid information of the intelligent cabinets sent by the intelligent cabinets, and the grid control module is used for sending cabinet opening instructions of the grids of the intelligent cabinets to the intelligent cabinets; the grid display module is used for displaying the intelligent cabinet grid information of the intelligent cabinets.
The intelligent cabinet network system further comprises: a smart cabinet information storage module for storing physical capacity data, business potential data, and/or price data about the smart cabinet. Physical capability data includes, but is not limited to: intelligent cabinet position data (such as longitude and latitude information), the number of bays, the size of the bays, the number of bays which can be leased, the available time period of the bays and the like; commercial potential data includes, but is not limited to: position feature data (such as business super, office building, subway/transportation hub, garden, district), radiation range, daily exposure number, exposure crowd features, etc.; price data includes prices established based on physical capacity, business potential, and business strategy, including prices for entire cabinets, different combinations of bays (e.g., entire columns, rows, or other combinations of bays), individual bays. Alternatively, the price may vary over a period of time (such as weekdays or weekends, short rentals, or long rentals).
The intelligent cabinet network system further comprises: and the grid state module is used for managing the state information of the intelligent cabinet grid. Wherein the state of the intelligent cabinet grid includes but is not limited to: rental/non-rental status, occupied/non-occupied status, etc. The renting state refers to the state that the bay is rented, the non-renting state refers to the state that the bay is not rented (can be rented), the occupied state refers to the state that the bay is provided with the commodities in the renting state, and the non-occupied state refers to the state that the bay is not provided with the commodities in the renting state, namely the bay is empty.
Further, the electricity business system is used for: the method comprises the steps of providing intelligent cabinet information and/or intelligent cabinet grid information to a merchant terminal, and further specifically providing basic information and distribution information of part or all of a plurality of intelligent cabinets to the merchant terminal by using the e-commerce system.
In an alternative embodiment, the electric commerce system further comprises: and the online display platform is used for supporting the functions of front-end page presentation and user interaction. Front end pages include, but are not limited to: an applet page, an H5 page, or an embedded page of an e-commerce application or a web page of an e-commerce web site. The information presented by the front-end page comprises basic information and distribution information of part or all of the intelligent cabinets. Specifically, the merchant terminal responds to page access operation of the merchant and presents a front-end page, the merchant can see a map-based distribution diagram of the intelligent cabinets, the intelligent cabinets distributed in different position areas are presented in the distribution diagram in an icon form, and the merchant can obtain impressions of different scaling scales by triggering page scaling operation; additionally, the merchant may hover the page focus over a particular smart bin icon to view detailed information of the smart bin, such as to view physical capability data, business potential data, and/or price data of the smart bin. The merchant can also select different characteristic data such as physical capacity, commercial potential, price and the like for selection. Under the default condition, the size of the icon indicates the number of the grids of the intelligent cabinet, and the color of the icon corresponds to the daily exposure number. The merchant can also carry out more targeted screening on additional selection conditions such as capability, potential characteristics, available time periods, price and the like. Merchants can singly select or select a desired intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice in batches to rent.
Further, the intelligent cabinet network system further comprises: and the commodity display information configuration module is used for receiving and storing the commodity display configuration information sent by the electric commerce system.
After the successful lease, the commercial tenants can also obtain the operation right, the commercial tenants can input the commodity display configuration information through the commercial tenant end, the electric commercial affair system transmits the commodity display configuration information to the intelligent cabinet network system, the intelligent cabinet network system stores the commodity display configuration information configured by the respective commercial tenants into the commodity display information configuration module, and the intelligent cabinet operator correspondingly maintains the intelligent cabinet lattice according to the commodity display configuration information. Wherein, the merchandise display configuration information includes but is not limited to: and the decoration configuration information of the intelligent cabinet grid, such as light configuration information, display screen configuration information, picture insertion configuration information and the like, realizes the personalized decoration of the intelligent cabinet grid by the commercial tenant.
In an alternative embodiment, the electrical commerce system is further configured to: receiving an e-commerce platform page request carrying intelligent cabinet information or intelligent cabinet grid information sent by a user side, and requesting an intelligent cabinet network system to inquire merchants having ownership association with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid; and generating an e-commerce platform page according to the merchant information provided by the intelligent cabinet network system and the intelligent cabinet information or the intelligent cabinet grid information and feeding the e-commerce platform page back to the user side.
In one implementation mode, the e-commerce system supports a commodity transaction mode of payment before taking, feeds back an e-commerce platform page to a user side in the commodity transaction mode of payment before taking, responds to user transaction operation, and transmits a cabinet opening request of an intelligent cabinet or an intelligent cabinet lattice to the intelligent cabinet network system after finishing commodity transaction processing; and the intelligent cabinet network system responds to the cabinet opening request and sends a cabinet opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet grid corresponding to the commodity to the intelligent cabinet so that the intelligent cabinet controls the cabinet door of the intelligent cabinet grid to be opened.
In another implementation mode, the electric commerce system supports a commodity transaction mode of first taking and then paying, in the commodity transaction mode of first taking and then paying, after receiving merchant information provided by the intelligent cabinet network system, the electric commerce system transmits a cabinet opening request of an intelligent cabinet or an intelligent cabinet grid to the intelligent cabinet network system, and the intelligent cabinet network system responds to the cabinet opening request and sends a cabinet opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet grid corresponding to commodities to the intelligent cabinet so that the intelligent cabinet controls the cabinet door of the intelligent cabinet grid to be opened. And then, the e-commerce business system generates an order to be paid, and sends the order to be paid to the user side, so that the response to the payment operation of the user is realized, and the commodity transaction processing is completed.
Specifically, a user finds a target commodity expected to be purchased on the site of the intelligent cabinet, and initiates a request by scanning a two-dimensional code on a grid of the intelligent cabinet for storing the target commodity. If a merchant rents a certain intelligent cabinet in a whole cabinet and the same commodity is stored in each grid of the intelligent cabinet, a user wants to purchase the commodity and can also initiate a request by scanning the two-dimensional code on the intelligent cabinet. The request triggered by the code scanning operation of the user carries the information of the intelligent cabinet or the information of the grid of the intelligent cabinet.
After the e-commerce service system receives the request, the e-commerce service system requests the intelligent cabinet network system to inquire the merchants having ownership association with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid, and generates an e-commerce platform page according to the merchant information provided by the intelligent cabinet network system and the intelligent cabinet information or the intelligent cabinet grid information and feeds the e-commerce platform page back to the user side. The e-commerce platform page can be a commodity detail page or a commodity payment page or a shop page, and transmits a cabinet opening request of an intelligent cabinet or an intelligent cabinet grid to an intelligent cabinet network system based on the commodity transaction mode of payment before taking or payment before taking; and the intelligent cabinet network system responds to the cabinet opening request and sends a cabinet opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet lattice opening corresponding to the commodity to the intelligent cabinet so that the intelligent cabinet controls the cabinet door of the intelligent cabinet lattice opening to be opened and the user takes away the commodity.
After the opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet lattice corresponding to the commodity is sent to the intelligent cabinet, the intelligent cabinet network system can also judge whether the commodity is taken away or not through the storage detection capability of the intelligent cabinet lattice, and if the commodity is not taken away according to the judgment result, a reminding notice is sent to the user side so as to remind the user to take away the commodity. And if the commodity is taken away as a result of the judgment, sending a replenishment reminding notice to the merchant end to remind the merchant of replenishment as soon as possible.
The practical scenario that the embodiment is applicable is that a user purchases goods at the site of the intelligent cabinet to pick up goods, and in another optional implementation, the user can also choose to express the goods to home and complete goods express service by means of a logistics fulfillment system. The user side initiates a commodity distribution request for expecting to express commodities to home, the e-commerce service system transmits the commodity distribution request to the logistics fulfillment system after receiving the commodity distribution request, and the logistics fulfillment system completes service of distributing the commodities stored in the intelligent cabinet to the specified address of the user.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the online merchant may rent a specific intelligent cabinet or some grid of the intelligent cabinet and use them as a window for the online merchant to display and sell the goods online. By means of the special offline exposure of the intelligent cabinet, offline intelligent cabinet resources are utilized to attract users to conduct online transaction, and the utilization rate of the intelligent cabinet resources is improved; by using the convenience of the intelligent cabinet, the ordering decision path of the user is shortened, and the execution efficiency of online transaction is improved. Furthermore, the intelligent cabinet network system can also provide data statistics of exposure rate, conversion rate and crowd portrayal of the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid selected by the merchant so as to help the merchant to operate better.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent cabinet, where the intelligent cabinet is applicable to the service system based on the intelligent cabinet described in the foregoing embodiments, and the intelligent cabinet specifically includes: the control module is used for receiving a cabinet opening instruction of an intelligent cabinet lattice corresponding to the commodity, which is sent by the intelligent cabinet network system; and the execution module is used for opening the cabinet door of the intelligent cabinet lattice opening.
Optionally, the intelligent cabinet further comprises: the intelligent cabinet is characterized in that the storage detection module is arranged inside the intelligent cabinet grid and used for detecting whether articles are stored in the intelligent cabinet grid or not.
Fig. 3 shows a flow chart of a method for processing a commodity transaction based on an intelligent cabinet according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes the following steps:
step 301, acquiring cabinet lattice identification information of the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice based on user trigger operation for the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice.
In this embodiment, the user finds the target commodity desired to be purchased on the site of the smart locker, and can perform the user trigger operation aiming at initiating the commodity transaction by using the user side. The user side can be an APP (application), an applet, a public number or a service number and the like.
In an optional mode, the user trigger operation is a code scanning operation, the user starts the user side to scan the two-dimensional code on the grid of the intelligent cabinet for storing the target commodity, or directly scans the two-dimensional code on the intelligent cabinet, and after the user side obtains the code information, the cabinet identification information of the intelligent cabinet or the grid of the intelligent cabinet is extracted from the code information.
In another alternative, the user performs a user triggering operation in the user side, which is intended to initiate a commodity transaction, and the user side communicates with the intelligent cabinet by means of the near field communication technology to obtain the cabinet identifier information of the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice.
Step 302, sending an e-commerce platform page request carrying the cabinet identification information to trigger a request to query e-commerce platform merchants having ownership association with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid.
And the user side sends an e-commerce platform page request carrying the cabinet grid identification information to the e-commerce service system so as to trigger the e-commerce service system to request the intelligent cabinet network system to inquire the e-commerce platform commercial tenants having ownership association with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid.
As mentioned above, after the merchant completes the operation of renting the intelligent cabinet, the intelligent cabinet network system establishes and stores the associated relationship between the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid and the ownership of the merchant. Therefore, after receiving the cabinet identification information sent by the user side, the e-commerce service system sends a request to the intelligent cabinet network system, so that the intelligent cabinet network system queries and feeds back e-commerce platform merchants having ownership association with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid.
And 303, receiving and displaying an e-commerce platform page generated according to the e-commerce platform merchant information and the cabinet identification information.
In one implementation, the step specifically includes: and receiving and displaying an e-commerce platform shop page generated by the e-commerce service system according to the e-commerce platform merchant information and the counter identification information. Specifically, assuming that a merchant rents the whole intelligent cabinet to sell various commodities, a user scans a two-dimensional code of the intelligent cabinet, and the e-commerce system generates a shop page according to merchant information and equipment identification of the intelligent cabinet, wherein the shop page at least contains various commodities rented by the merchant and sold offline by the intelligent cabinet. The user can select the target commodity according to actual needs to initiate an order placing request.
In one implementation, the step specifically includes: and receiving and displaying a commodity page generated by the e-commerce service system according to the e-commerce platform merchant information and the counter identification information. Specifically, assuming that a merchant rents some intelligent cabinet grids, each intelligent cabinet grid corresponds to one commodity, a user scans a two-dimensional code of the intelligent cabinet grid, the e-commerce system generates a commodity page, such as a commodity detail page or a commodity payment page, according to merchant information and an identifier of the intelligent cabinet grid, and the user can directly initiate an ordering request or a payment request on the commodity page.
And step 304, triggering and controlling the intelligent cabinet or the opening of the lattice of the intelligent cabinet.
In the step, the electric business system triggers the intelligent cabinet network system to control the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid to open the cabinet.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electric commercial service system supports a commodity transaction mode of payment before taking or payment before taking.
In the payment-before-pickup commodity transaction mode, after step 303, the user further monitors a user transaction operation in the e-commerce platform page, specifically, the user transaction operation includes: the method comprises the steps that a user conducts ordering operation after browsing and searching for a target commodity on a shop page, conducts ordering operation in a commodity detail page or conducts payment operation in a commodity payment page, and an e-commerce service system is triggered to respond to user transaction operation to complete commodity transaction processing, namely a 'pay-before' process is completed; after the commodity transaction processing is completed, in step 304, the e-commerce service system sends a cabinet-grid opening request to the intelligent cabinet network system, and further triggers the intelligent cabinet network system to control the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid opening to open the cabinet, so that the user can take the commodity away, and the post-fetching process is completed.
In a commodity transaction mode of first-taking and second-paying, after receiving merchant information provided by an intelligent cabinet network system, an electric commercial system transmits a cabinet opening request of an intelligent cabinet or an intelligent cabinet grid to the intelligent cabinet network system, the intelligent cabinet network system responds to the cabinet opening request and sends a cabinet opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet grid corresponding to a commodity to the intelligent cabinet so that the intelligent cabinet controls the cabinet door of the intelligent cabinet grid to be opened, a user takes the commodity away, and a 'first-taking' process is completed; after the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice is triggered and controlled to open the cabinet, the e-commerce service system generates an order to be paid, the order to be paid is sent to the user side, the user side receives a commodity payment message fed back by the e-commerce service system, the user payment operation is monitored, and the e-commerce service system is triggered to respond to the user payment operation to complete commodity transaction processing.
According to the commodity transaction processing method based on the intelligent cabinet, provided by the embodiment of the invention, a user of the electric business system can interact with the electric business system through the user trigger operation aiming at the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice, visit the page of the electric business platform and initiate online transaction aiming at specific commodities. By means of the special offline exposure of the intelligent cabinet, offline intelligent cabinet resources are utilized to attract users to conduct online transaction, and the utilization rate of the intelligent cabinet resources is improved; by using the convenience of the intelligent cabinet, the ordering decision path of the user is shortened, and the execution efficiency of online transaction is improved.
Fig. 4 shows a flowchart of a method for processing a commodity transaction based on an intelligent cabinet according to another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes the following steps:
step 401, receiving a page request of an e-commerce platform carrying cabinet identification information; the cabinet lattice identification information is obtained according to user trigger operation aiming at the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice.
Step 402, requesting to inquire the e-commerce platform business having the ownership association relation with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid.

Claims (18)

1. A commodity transaction processing method based on an intelligent cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring cabinet lattice identification information of the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice based on user trigger operation aiming at the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice;
sending an e-commerce platform page request carrying the cabinet identification information to trigger a request to inquire e-commerce platform merchants having ownership association with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid;
receiving and displaying an e-commerce platform page generated according to e-commerce platform merchant information and counter identification information;
and triggering and controlling the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid to open the cabinet.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining bin identification information for a smart bin or smart bin gate based on a user-triggered operation on the smart bin or smart bin gate further comprises:
and acquiring cabinet lattice identification information in the code information based on the code scanning operation of a user aiming at the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the sending of the e-commerce platform page request carrying the counter identification information to trigger a request for querying e-commerce platform merchants having a ownership association with the intelligent counter or intelligent counter grid further comprises:
and sending an e-commerce platform page request carrying the cabinet identification information to an e-commerce service system to trigger the e-commerce service system to request the intelligent cabinet network system to inquire e-commerce platform merchants having ownership association with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein receiving and presenting an e-commerce platform page generated from e-commerce platform merchant information and counter identification information further comprises:
and receiving and displaying an e-commerce platform shop page and/or a commodity page generated by the e-commerce service system according to the e-commerce platform merchant information and the counter identification information.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein triggering the opening of the intelligent cabinet or intelligent cabinet bay further comprises:
monitoring user transaction operation in a page of the e-commerce platform, triggering the e-commerce business system to respond to the user transaction operation and finish commodity transaction processing, and then sending a cabinet grid opening request to the intelligent cabinet network system by the e-commerce business system, and further triggering the intelligent cabinet network system to control the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid to open the cabinet.
6. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein triggering the opening of the intelligent cabinet or intelligent cabinet bay further comprises:
triggering the e-commerce business system to send a cabinet grid opening request to the intelligent cabinet network system, and further triggering the intelligent cabinet network system to control the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid opening to open the cabinet;
after the triggering control of the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice is performed for opening the cabinet, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a commodity payment message fed back by the e-commerce service system;
and monitoring the payment operation of the user, and triggering the e-commerce business system to respond to the payment operation of the user to complete commodity transaction processing.
7. A commodity transaction processing method based on an intelligent cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an e-commerce platform page request carrying the counter identification information; the cabinet grid identification information is obtained according to user trigger operation aiming at the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid;
requesting to inquire the e-commerce platform commercial customers with the ownership association relation with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice;
generating an e-commerce platform page according to the e-commerce platform merchant information and the cabinet identification information;
and triggering and controlling the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid to open the cabinet.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the requesting an e-commerce platform merchant having a ownership association with the smart locker or smart locker bay further comprises:
and requesting the intelligent cabinet network system to inquire the E-commerce platform commercial customers with the ownership association relationship with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid.
9. The method of claim 7 or 8, wherein generating an e-commerce platform page from e-commerce platform merchant information and counter identification information further comprises:
and generating a shop page and/or a commodity page of the E-commerce platform according to the merchant information of the E-commerce platform and the cabinet identification information.
10. The method of claim 7 or 8, wherein triggering the controlling of the opening of the intelligent cabinet or intelligent cabinet bay further comprises:
and responding to the user transaction operation, sending a cabinet grid opening request to the intelligent cabinet network system after finishing commodity transaction processing, and further triggering the intelligent cabinet network system to control the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid opening to open the cabinet.

The method of claim 7 or 8, wherein triggering the controlling of the opening of the intelligent cabinet or intelligent cabinet bay further comprises: sending a cabinet grid opening request to an intelligent cabinet network system, and further triggering the intelligent cabinet network system to control the intelligent cabinet or an intelligent cabinet grid to open the cabinet;
after the triggering control of the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice is performed for opening the cabinet, the method further comprises the following steps:
feeding back a commodity payment message to the user side;
the user payment operation is affected to complete the commodity transaction processing.
12. A control method of an intelligent cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a request for inquiring the E-commerce platform commercial tenant having a ownership association relation with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice, and feeding back the information of the E-commerce platform commercial tenant to the E-commerce service system; wherein the request is sent in response to a user-triggered operation to obtain the counter identification information;
receiving a cabinet grid opening request sent by an e-commerce service system;
and controlling the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet lattice to open the cabinet according to the cabinet lattice opening request.
13. A user terminal, comprising:

The intelligent cabinet-based business system of claim 16, wherein the intelligent cabinet network system comprises: the intelligent cabinet network system is communicated with the intelligent cabinets through the intelligent cabinet network interfaces; the e-commerce service system is communicated with the intelligent cabinet network system through the e-commerce communication interface.
18. An intelligent cabinet for use in an intelligent cabinet based business system according to claim 16 or 17, comprising:
