Abstract

In one scenario, the logistics fulfillment system is configured to complete a commodity distribution service, specifically, a merchant initiates a commodity distribution request for commodity distribution, after receiving the commodity distribution request, the e-commerce service system transmits the commodity distribution request to the logistics fulfillment system, and the logistics fulfillment system completes a service of distributing the commodity to the intelligent cabinet. In the service process, the logistics fulfillment system is communicated with the intelligent cabinet network system, and after the distribution personnel reach the intelligent cabinet, the intelligent cabinet network system is used for sending a cabinet opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet grid corresponding to the commodity to the intelligent cabinet, so that the intelligent cabinet controls the cabinet door of the intelligent cabinet grid to be opened, and the distribution personnel can store the commodity into the intelligent cabinet grid.
In another scenario, the logistics fulfillment system is configured to complete a service of delivering an article of merchandise, specifically, a user initiates an article delivery request that the user desires to deliver the article of merchandise to home, the e-commerce service system receives the article delivery request and then transmits the article delivery request to the logistics fulfillment system, and the logistics fulfillment system completes a service of delivering the article of merchandise stored in the smart shelf to a user-specified address.
It should be understood that the above-mentioned logistics fulfillment system is an optional system in the business system of the embodiment of the present invention, and in the case of no logistics fulfillment system, the goods distribution service of the business system of the embodiment of the present invention may be completed offline by the merchant, and at the same time, the business system may not support the goods express service from the intelligent cabinet to the user-specified address.
According to the business system based on the intelligent cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention, the scene that online businesses utilize the intelligent cabinet to perform offline expansion is supported. By using the business system, the online merchant can rent a specific intelligent cabinet or certain grids of the intelligent cabinet and use the grids as windows for the online merchant to display and sell the commodities. By means of the special offline exposure of the intelligent cabinet, offline intelligent cabinet resources are utilized to attract users to conduct online transaction, and the utilization rate of the intelligent cabinet resources is improved; by using the convenience of the intelligent cabinet, the ordering decision path of the user is shortened, and the execution efficiency of online transaction is improved.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the interaction between an intelligent network system and an intelligent cabinet according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the intelligent network system includes: the intelligent cabinet network system is communicated with the intelligent cabinets through the intelligent cabinet network interfaces; the e-commerce service system communicates with the intelligent cabinet network system through the e-commerce communication interface. In the embodiment of the invention, the intelligent cabinets are distributed in different position areas, and each intelligent cabinet is remotely accessed to the intelligent cabinet network interface of the intelligent cabinet network system through the gateway. The basic capability of the intelligent cabinet comprises flow detection, door opening and closing control and object placing detection.
Further, the intelligent cabinet network interface includes: the device comprises a grid sensing module, a grid control module and a grid display module. Wherein the grid display module is an optional module of the embodiment of the invention. The grid sensing module is used for sensing the grid information of the intelligent cabinets sent by the intelligent cabinets, and the grid control module is used for sending cabinet opening instructions of the grids of the intelligent cabinets to the intelligent cabinets; the grid display module is used for displaying the intelligent cabinet grid information of the intelligent cabinets.

The merchant can also select different characteristic data such as physical capacity, commercial potential, price and the like for selection. Under the default condition, the size of the icon indicates the number of the grids of the intelligent cabinet, and the color of the icon corresponds to the daily exposure number. The merchant can also carry out more targeted screening on additional selection conditions such as capability, potential characteristics, available time periods, price and the like. Merchants can singly select or select a desired intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice in batches to rent.
The electricity business system is further used for: and receiving a lease request of at least one intelligent cabinet or at least one intelligent cabinet lattice initiated by the merchant terminal, and forwarding the lease request to the intelligent cabinet network system. In a specific implementation scenario, the merchant initiates a browsing request of the information of the intelligent cabinet based on a merchant browsing operation, for example, the merchant tries to find a nearby intelligent cabinet based on LBS search, or the above-mentioned input keyword finds an intelligent cabinet matching the keyword; after receiving a browsing request of the intelligent cabinet information sent by a merchant terminal, the e-commerce service system sends a query request of the intelligent cabinet information to the intelligent cabinet network system; the intelligent cabinet network system inquires the physical capacity data, the business potential data and/or the price data about the intelligent cabinet stored in the intelligent cabinet information storage module, feeds back the inquiry results to the electric business system, feeds back the business results to the merchant terminal after business logic processing is carried out by the electric business system, and the merchant terminal displays the inquiry results of the intelligent cabinet. The merchant terminal monitors the leasing operation of the specific intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice and initiates a leasing request of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet lattice; the electric business system executes the intelligent cabinet leasing business logic and transmits the leasing request of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet grid to the intelligent cabinet network system. And the grid lease module of the intelligent cabinet network system responds to the lease request and establishes the ownership association relationship between the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet grid and the commercial tenant, and the grid operation ownership module stores the ownership association relationship between the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet grid and the commercial tenant. After the lease is successful, the intelligent cabinet network system updates data, including but not limited to updating the state of the grid, and opens the control right of the corresponding intelligent cabinet or the grid of the intelligent cabinet to give the business.
After the leasing is successful, the merchant can put the commodities on the leased intelligent cabinet lattice for displaying and selling. The intelligent cabinet network system sends a cabinet opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet grid opening to the intelligent cabinet so that the intelligent cabinet can control the cabinet door of the intelligent cabinet grid opening to be opened, and the goods distributor stores goods into the intelligent cabinet grid opening. Another optional mode is that the commodity distribution and shelving are completed by means of a logistics fulfillment system, specifically, the merchant initiates a commodity distribution request for expecting to perform commodity distribution, after receiving the commodity distribution request, the e-commerce service system transmits the commodity distribution request to the logistics fulfillment system, and the logistics fulfillment system completes service of distributing the commodity to the intelligent cabinet. In an alternative embodiment, the electrical commerce system is further configured to: the method comprises the steps that communication is respectively carried out between a user side and an intelligent cabinet network system, an e-commerce platform page request which is sent by the user side based on user trigger operation aiming at an intelligent cabinet or an intelligent cabinet grid and carries cabinet grid identification information is received, and an e-commerce platform merchant which has a ownership association relation with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid is requested to be inquired from the intelligent cabinet network system; generating an e-commerce platform page according to the e-commerce platform merchant information and the cabinet identification information; and feeding back the E-commerce platform page to the user side so that the user side can initiate user transaction operation or user payment operation in the E-commerce platform page.
The electricity business system is also used for: and sending a cabinet grid opening request to the intelligent cabinet network system, and further triggering the intelligent cabinet network system to control the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid opening to open the cabinet.
Specifically, a user finds a target commodity expected to be purchased on the site of the intelligent cabinet, and initiates a user code scanning operation by scanning a two-dimensional code on a grid of the intelligent cabinet for storing the target commodity. If a merchant rents a certain intelligent cabinet in a whole cabinet and the same commodity is stored in each grid of the intelligent cabinet, a user wants to purchase the commodity and can also initiate code scanning operation of the user by scanning the two-dimensional code on the intelligent cabinet. And the user code scanning operation is used for triggering the user side to send the e-commerce platform page request carrying the cabinet identification information to the e-commerce service system.
After the e-commerce service system receives the e-commerce platform page request, the e-commerce service system requests the intelligent cabinet network system to inquire the merchants having ownership association with the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid, and generates an e-commerce platform page to be fed back to the user side according to the merchant information provided by the intelligent cabinet network system and the intelligent cabinet information or the intelligent cabinet grid information. The e-commerce platform page can be a commodity detail page or a commodity payment page, and a cabinet grid opening request of an intelligent cabinet or an intelligent cabinet grid is transmitted to the intelligent cabinet network system based on user transaction operation or user payment operation on the e-commerce platform page; and the intelligent cabinet network system responds to the cabinet grid opening request and sends a cabinet opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet grid opening corresponding to the commodity to the intelligent cabinet so that the intelligent cabinet controls the cabinet door of the intelligent cabinet grid opening to be opened and the user takes away the commodity.
After the opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet lattice corresponding to the commodity is sent to the intelligent cabinet, the intelligent cabinet network system can also judge whether the commodity is taken away or not through the storage detection capability of the intelligent cabinet lattice, and if the commodity is not taken away according to the judgment result, a reminding notice is sent to the user side so as to remind the user to take away the commodity. And if the commodity is taken away as a result of the judgment, sending a replenishment reminding notice to the merchant end to remind the merchant of replenishment as soon as possible.
The practical scenario that the embodiment is applicable is that a user purchases goods at the site of the intelligent cabinet to pick up goods, and in another optional implementation, the user can also choose to express the goods to home and complete goods express service by means of a logistics fulfillment system. The user side initiates a commodity distribution request for expecting to express commodities to home, the e-commerce service system transmits the commodity distribution request to the logistics fulfillment system after receiving the commodity distribution request, and the logistics fulfillment system completes service of distributing the commodities stored in the intelligent cabinet to the specified address of the user.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, the online merchant may rent a specific intelligent cabinet or some grid of the intelligent cabinet and use them as a window for the online merchant to display and sell the goods online. By means of the special offline exposure of the intelligent cabinet, offline intelligent cabinet resources are utilized to attract users to conduct online transaction, and the utilization rate of the intelligent cabinet resources is improved; by using the convenience of the intelligent cabinet, the ordering decision path of the user is shortened, and the execution efficiency of online transaction is improved. Furthermore, the intelligent cabinet network system can also provide data statistics of exposure rate, conversion rate and crowd portrayal of the intelligent cabinet or the intelligent cabinet grid selected by the merchant so as to help the merchant to operate better.
An embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent cabinet, where the intelligent cabinet is applicable to the service system based on the intelligent cabinet described in the foregoing embodiments, and the intelligent cabinet specifically includes: the control module is used for receiving a cabinet opening instruction of an intelligent cabinet lattice corresponding to the commodity, which is sent by the intelligent cabinet network system; and the execution module is used for opening the cabinet door of the intelligent cabinet lattice opening.
Optionally, the intelligent cabinet further comprises: the intelligent cabinet is characterized in that the storage detection module is arranged inside the intelligent cabinet grid and used for detecting whether articles are stored in the intelligent cabinet grid or not.

In an optional mode, a merchant logs in the e-commerce system and initiates a front-end page access operation, the merchant presents the front-end page, a map-based distribution diagram of the intelligent cabinets is displayed in the front-end page, the intelligent cabinets distributed in different position areas are presented in the distribution diagram in an icon form, and the merchant can obtain the impressions of different scaling scales by triggering page scaling operation. Further, a merchant can hover a page focus on a specific intelligent cabinet icon, and based on the hovering operation of the merchant, the merchant terminal sends a specific intelligent cabinet information browsing request to the e-commerce system; after receiving a specific intelligent cabinet information browsing request sent by a merchant terminal, the e-commerce service system sends a specific intelligent cabinet information query request to an intelligent cabinet network system; receiving specific intelligent cabinet information which is inquired and fed back by an intelligent cabinet network system; and feeding back the specific intelligent cabinet information to the merchant terminal so that the merchant terminal can present the specific intelligent cabinet information.
In another alternative, a merchant logs in the e-commerce system, and initiates a Location Based Service (LBS) search to try to find a nearby intelligent cabinet, and the e-commerce system receives an intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet bay information browsing request sent by the merchant based on the location; and the electric business service system feeds the acquired intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information matched with the position information back to the business user side according to the intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request. In yet another alternative, the merchant logs in the e-commerce system, and inputs search information (such as search keywords) in the search box to search for an intelligent cabinet matching the search information, and the e-commerce system receives an intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request sent by the merchant based on merchant search; and the e-commerce service system feeds the acquired intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information matched with the merchant search information back to the merchant terminal according to the intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request. Specifically, the e-commerce service system sends an intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information query request matched with the search information to the intelligent cabinet network system; the intelligent cabinet network system searches the matched intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information according to the search information, feeds the searched intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information back to the electric business system, feeds the business system back to the merchant terminal after carrying out business logic processing, and displays the intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information query result at the merchant terminal.

The merchant can also select different characteristic data such as physical capacity, commercial potential, price and the like for selection. In an optional manner, the electric business service system further includes: the commodity shelving processing module is used for receiving a commodity shelving request sent by the merchant end; and triggering the intelligent cabinet network system to send a cabinet opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet grid to the intelligent cabinet according to the commodity shelf loading request so as to control the intelligent cabinet grid to open the cabinet.
In an optional manner, the electric business service system further includes: the commodity distribution processing module is used for receiving a commodity distribution request sent by the merchant terminal; and triggering the logistics fulfillment system to schedule the delivery tasks aiming at the commodities according to the commodity delivery request.

Fig. 6 is a functional structure diagram of a merchant terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the merchant terminal includes:
a browsing operation response module 610, configured to send an intelligent cabinet and/or an intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request based on a merchant browsing operation; receiving and displaying the information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet lattice;
and the lease operation response module 620 is configured to send a lease request of at least one intelligent cabinet or at least one intelligent cabinet bay selected by the merchant based on the merchant lease operation, so as to trigger establishment of an ownership association relationship between the at least one intelligent cabinet or the at least one intelligent cabinet bay and the merchant.
In an optional manner, the merchant browsing operation includes: location-based merchant browsing operations or search-based merchant browsing operations.
In an optional manner, the browsing operation response module is specifically configured to: and displaying the distribution diagram of the intelligent cabinet in a map mode according to the position information of the intelligent cabinet.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a nonvolatile computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction can execute the lease processing method of the intelligent cabinet in any method embodiment.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a computing device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and a specific embodiment of the present invention does not limit a specific implementation of the computing device.
As shown in fig. 7, the computing device may include: a processor (processor)702, a communication Interface 704, a memory 706, and a communication bus 708.

The program 710 may be specifically configured to cause the processor 702 to execute the rental processing method of the intelligent cabinet in any of the above-described method embodiments. For specific implementation of each step in the program 710, reference may be made to corresponding steps and corresponding descriptions in units in the foregoing embodiment of the rental processing method for an intelligent cabinet, which are not described herein again. It can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art that, for convenience and simplicity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described devices and modules may refer to the corresponding process descriptions in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.

Claims (21)
1. A lease processing method of an intelligent cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request sent by a merchant terminal;
feeding back the acquired cell information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet to the business terminal according to the cell information browsing request of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet;
receiving a lease request of at least one intelligent cabinet or at least one intelligent cabinet lattice initiated by the merchant terminal;
and triggering and establishing the ownership association relationship between the at least one intelligent cabinet or the at least one intelligent cabinet lattice and the merchant according to the lease request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the request for browsing information on the smart locker and/or smart locker grid from the merchant terminal, the method further comprises:
sending an intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information query request to an intelligent cabinet network system;
and receiving the intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information inquired and fed back by the intelligent cabinet network system.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the triggering of establishing the ownership association relationship between the at least one intelligent cabinet or the at least one intelligent cabinet bay and the merchant according to the lease request is specifically: and triggering the intelligent cabinet network system to establish and store the ownership association relationship between the at least one intelligent cabinet or the at least one intelligent cabinet lattice and the merchant according to the lease request.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the receiving of the browsing request of the information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet grid sent by the merchant terminal, and the feeding back of the acquired information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet grid to the merchant terminal according to the browsing request of the information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet grid further comprises:
receiving an intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request sent by a merchant terminal based on a position;
and feeding back the acquired intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information matched with the position information to the merchant side according to the intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the receiving of the browsing request of the information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet grid sent by the merchant terminal, and the feeding back of the acquired information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet grid to the merchant terminal according to the browsing request of the information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet grid further comprises:
receiving an intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request sent by a merchant terminal based on merchant searching;
and feeding back the acquired intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information matched with the merchant search information to the merchant terminal according to the intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request.
6. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtained intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet bay information comprises: physical capability data, business potential data, and/or price data for the intelligent cabinets and/or intelligent cabinet bays.
7. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the triggering establishment of the ownership association relationship of the at least one smart locker or at least one smart locker bay with a merchant, the method further comprises:
receiving a commodity shelf loading request sent by the merchant terminal;
and triggering the intelligent cabinet network system to send a cabinet opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet grid to the intelligent cabinet according to the commodity shelf loading request so as to control the intelligent cabinet grid to open the cabinet.
8. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the triggering establishment of the ownership association relationship of the at least one smart locker or at least one smart locker bay with a merchant, the method further comprises:
receiving a commodity distribution request sent by the merchant terminal;
and triggering the logistics fulfillment system to schedule the delivery tasks aiming at the commodities according to the commodity delivery request.
9. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the triggering establishment of the ownership association relationship of the at least one smart locker or at least one smart locker bay with a merchant, the method further comprises:
and receiving the commodity display configuration information uploaded by the merchant terminal, and transmitting the commodity display configuration information to the intelligent cabinet network system for storage.
10. A lease processing method of an intelligent cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
based on the browsing operation of the merchant, sending an intelligent cabinet and/or an intelligent cabinet cell information browsing request;
receiving and displaying the information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet lattice;
and sending a leasing request of at least one intelligent cabinet or at least one intelligent cabinet lattice selected by the merchant based on the merchant leasing operation, so as to trigger the establishment of the ownership association relationship between the at least one intelligent cabinet or the at least one intelligent cabinet lattice and the merchant.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the merchant browsing operations comprise: location-based merchant browsing operations or search-based merchant browsing operations.
12. The method of claim 10 or 11, wherein displaying the smart locker and/or smart locker bay information further comprises: and displaying the distribution diagram of the intelligent cabinet in a map mode according to the position information of the intelligent cabinet.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein displaying the smart locker and/or smart locker bay information further comprises: and displaying the intelligent cabinet and information of each grid of the intelligent cabinet based on the triggering operation of the merchant on the icon corresponding to any intelligent cabinet in the distribution diagram.
14. The method according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the method further comprises:
based on commodity shelf loading operation, sending a commodity shelf loading request to trigger the intelligent cabinet network system to send a cabinet opening instruction of the intelligent cabinet grid to the intelligent cabinet, and further controlling the intelligent cabinet grid to open the cabinet.
15. The method according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the method further comprises:
and sending an article distribution request based on the article distribution operation to trigger the logistics fulfillment system to schedule a distribution task for the articles.
16. The method according to claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the method further comprises: and acquiring the commodity display configuration information input by the merchant, and uploading the commodity display configuration information.
17. An electricity business system, comprising:
the browsing module is used for receiving an intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request sent by a merchant terminal;
the feedback module is used for feeding back the acquired cell information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet to the business user side according to the cell information browsing request of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet;
the leasing module is used for receiving a leasing request of at least one intelligent cabinet or at least one intelligent cabinet lattice initiated by the merchant terminal;
and the triggering module is used for triggering and establishing the ownership association relationship between the at least one intelligent cabinet or the at least one intelligent cabinet lattice and the merchant according to the lease request.
18. A merchant terminal, comprising:
the browsing operation response module is used for sending an intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request based on the merchant browsing operation; receiving and displaying the information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet lattice;
and the lease operation response module is used for sending a lease request of at least one intelligent cabinet or at least one intelligent cabinet lattice selected by the merchant based on the merchant lease operation so as to trigger the establishment of the ownership association relationship between the at least one intelligent cabinet or the at least one intelligent cabinet lattice and the merchant.
19. A business system based on an intelligent cabinet is characterized by comprising: the system comprises a plurality of intelligent cabinets, an intelligent cabinet network system, an electric business system and a business end;
the electricity business system is used for: respectively communicating with the business end and the intelligent cabinet network system, and receiving an intelligent cabinet and/or intelligent cabinet lattice information browsing request sent by the business end; feeding back the acquired cell information of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet to the business user side according to the cell information browsing request of the intelligent cabinet and/or the intelligent cabinet; responding and processing the lease request of at least one intelligent cabinet or at least one intelligent cabinet lattice initiated by the merchant terminal;
the intelligent cabinet network system is used for: and after the response processing of the lease request is completed, establishing and storing the ownership association relationship between the at least one intelligent cabinet or the at least one intelligent cabinet lattice and the merchant.

The intelligent cabinet-based business system of claim 19, wherein the intelligent cabinet network system comprises: the intelligent cabinet network system is communicated with the intelligent cabinets through the intelligent cabinet network interfaces; the e-commerce service system is communicated with the intelligent cabinet network system through the e-commerce communication interface.
21. An intelligent cabinet for use in an intelligent cabinet based business system according to claim 19 or 20, comprising:
the control module is used for receiving a cabinet opening instruction of an intelligent cabinet lattice corresponding to the commodity, which is sent by the intelligent cabinet network system;
and the execution module is used for opening the cabinet door of the intelligent cabinet lattice opening.
