Wherein:
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a sampling device according to the present application;
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an analyzer of the present application;
FIG. 3 is a flow chart of an embodiment of a sampling method for an analyzer of the present application.
Detailed Description
The following description of the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a sampling device according to the present application. The sampling device 100 includes a sampling needle 110, an insulated conduit 120, a suction assembly 130, and a cleaning assembly 140.
The sampling needle 110 is adapted to extend into the sample container to aspirate a sample and includes a fluid level detection module (not shown) to detect the fluid level of the sample.
The insulating tube 120 is made of insulating material, has insulating properties, and comprises a first end 121 and a second end 122 which are arranged opposite to each other, wherein the first end 121 is connected with the sampling needle 110, and the second end 122 is connected with the suction assembly 130. The insulating pipeline 120 may be any one of a rubber pipeline, a silica gel pipeline, a plastic pipeline, and the like, which are made of insulating materials, and is not limited herein.
Aspiration assembly 130 is used to drive sampling needle 110 for sampling.
The cleaning assembly 140 and the suction assembly 130 are simultaneously connected to the second end 122 of the insulating tubing 120 for injecting a cleaning fluid into the insulating tubing 120 and the sampling needle 110 to clean the inner wall of the sampling needle 110.
In this embodiment, suction assembly 130 and cleaning assembly 140 are connected to insulated conduit 120 via an on-off valve 150. Wherein, the switch valve 150 is an electromagnetic three-way valve, and the switch valve 150 controls the insulating pipeline 120 to be selectively communicated with the suction assembly 130 and the cleaning assembly 140.
Specifically, if the liquid level detection module on the sampling needle 110 is triggered to generate a liquid level detection signal, it indicates that the sampling needle 110 contacts the liquid level of the sampled sample, then the suction assembly 130 drives the sampling needle 110 to begin to suck the sample, and after the sampling needle 110 sucks the sample and discharges the sample, the cleaning assembly 140 injects the cleaning solution into the insulating tube 120 and the sampling needle 110 to clean the inner wall of the sampling needle 110, and meanwhile, the cleaned waste cleaning solution is discharged from the end of the sampling needle 110 not connected to the insulating tube 120.
Also in this embodiment, the insulated pipe 120 is configured to: before the sampling needle 110 sucks the sample, a filling medium with conductivity lower than a preset threshold is set to the insulating pipeline 120 to avoid interference of the interference signal to the liquid level detection module of the sampling needle 110.
In particular, the fewer ions in the filling medium having a conductivity below the preset threshold value makes the filling medium incapable of transmitting an electrical signal, so that the filling medium having a conductivity below the preset threshold value is arranged in the insulating pipeline 120, and the interference signal transmitted to the direction of the sampling needle 110 can be interrupted.
In the prior art, a liquid such as a cleaning solution, a sheath solution, etc. generally remains in a pipeline connected to the sampling needle 110, and these liquids can generally transmit an electrical signal, so during the process of the sampling needle 110 descending to suck a sample, the liquid remaining in the pipeline may transmit some interference signals to a liquid level detection module on the sampling needle 110, so as to trigger the sampling needle 110 to suck the sample, which ultimately results in sampling failure.
In the present embodiment, since the filling medium is already provided before the sampling needle 110 sucks the sample in the insulating tube 120, the filling medium in the insulating tube 120 can interrupt the interference signal transmitted to the direction of the sampling needle 110 during the process of the sampling needle 110 descending to suck the sample, so as to avoid the triggering of the liquid level detection module before the sampling needle 110 contacts the sample.
In other embodiments, the sampling device 100 may not be provided with the cleaning unit 140, and when the inner wall of the sampling needle 110 needs to be cleaned, the suction unit 130 drives the sampling needle 110 to suck the cleaning liquid, and then drives the sampling needle 110 to discharge the cleaning liquid, so as to complete the cleaning.
It will be appreciated that the provision of the cleaning assembly 140 allows cleaning fluid to flow in from one end of the needle and out from the other end, ensuring that the inner wall of the needle 110 is not contaminated with waste cleaning fluid.
In one application scenario, the filling medium is a gas with hydrophobic properties, such as air, nitrogen, helium, etc. In this application scenario, before sampling needle 110 draws the sampled sample, aspiration assembly 130 drives sampling needle 110 to draw the gas having hydrophobic properties and allow the gas having hydrophobic properties to stay within insulated conduit 120 while the gas having hydrophobic properties does not dissolve in the liquid within insulated conduit 120.
In one application scenario, the fill medium is a liquid having a conductivity in the range of 0 to 9.36us/cm, for example, a liquid having a conductivity of 0, a liquid having a conductivity of 5us/cm, or a liquid having a conductivity of 9.36 us/cm.
In particular, in this application scenario, the conductivity of the liquid is low such that it does not transmit electrical signals, avoiding interfering signals from being transmitted to the liquid level detection module on the sampling needle 110.
Wherein, when the filling medium is a liquid of 0-9.36 us/cm, the filling medium may be a cleaning liquid for cleaning the inner wall of the sampling needle 110. Specifically, the filling medium is set as the cleaning solution for cleaning the inner wall of the sampling needle 110, so that the types of reagents matched with the sampling device 100 can be reduced, the operation is simplified, and the cost is reduced. Meanwhile, in this application scenario, before the sampling needle 110 sucks the sampling sample, the suction assembly 130 drives the sampling needle 110 to suck the cleaning liquid and makes the cleaning liquid reach the stay in the insulating pipeline 120, or the cleaning assembly 140 injects the cleaning liquid into the insulating pipeline 120 and makes the cleaning liquid reach the stay in the insulating pipeline 120.
Wherein, when the filling medium is a gas with hydrophobic property or a liquid with hydrophobic property, a portion of the insulating pipeline 120 filled with the filling medium is provided before the sampling needle 110 sucks the sample; when the filling medium is a liquid having hydrophilic properties, the filling medium is provided to fill all of the insulating tubing 120.
In particular, when the filling medium is a gas having a hydrophobic property or a liquid having a hydrophobic property, the portion of the insulating tube 120 filled with the filling medium is provided, i.e., the filling medium provided in the insulating tube 120 is not in contact with the sampling needle 110 nor the suction assembly 130 and the cleaning assembly 140, from the practical viewpoint and in order to facilitate cleaning of the insulating tube 120 (the liquid having a hydrophobic property is generally an oil-type liquid).
When the filling medium is a liquid with hydrophilic property, the liquid with hydrophilic property is easy to dissolve with other liquids, so that in order to ensure that the liquid with hydrophilic property still can play a role in isolation, the liquid with hydrophilic property is arranged to fill all of the insulating pipelines 120, even if the liquid at the ends of the insulating pipelines 120 is dissolved with other liquids, the liquid at the middle part of the insulating pipelines 120 cannot dissolve with other liquids due to the guarantee of the length of the insulating pipelines 120, and the liquid at the middle part of the insulating pipelines 120 plays a role in isolating interference signals.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in this embodiment, suction assembly 130 includes a syringe 131, syringe 131 being connected to second end 122 of insulated conduit 120; in another embodiment, the suction assembly 130 may not include the syringe 131, but include a suction pump, where the suction pump is connected to the second end 122 of the insulating tube 120, and it should be noted that the structure of the suction assembly 130 is not limited in this application, so long as it can drive the sampling needle 110 to suck the sample.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the analyzer of the present application. The analyzer 200 includes a sampling device 210.
The structure of the sampling device 210 is the same as that of the sampling device 100 in any of the above embodiments, and specific reference may be made to the above embodiments, which are not repeated here.
The analyzer 200 may be an immunoassay device, a flow cytometer, a blood cell analyzer, or the like, and is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a sampling method for an analyzer according to the present application, the sampling method includes:
s110: setting a filling medium with conductivity lower than a preset threshold value to an insulating pipeline of the sampling device.
S120: the sampling needle of the sampling device is driven to suck the sampling sample.
In particular, the conductivity of the filling medium is lower than a preset threshold, and its ions are less, and it is not possible to transmit an electrical signal.
Before the sampling needle absorbs the sampled sample, the filling medium is arranged in the insulating tube of the sampling device, so that interference signals generated by other elements of the analyzer can be prevented from being transmitted to the liquid level detection module of the sampling needle, the liquid level false detection caused by triggering the liquid level detection module before the sampling needle contacts the sample is avoided, and the smooth proceeding of the sampling process is ensured.
Wherein the filling medium may be arranged in the insulating tubing by any means, for example, driving the sampling needle to suck and stay the filling medium in the insulating tubing, or injecting and stay the filling medium in the insulating tubing by any element communicating with the insulating tubing.
Wherein the filling medium is a gas having hydrophobic properties or a liquid having a conductivity in the range of 0 to 9.36us/cm, for example a liquid having a conductivity of 0, a liquid having a conductivity of 5us/cm or a liquid having a conductivity of 9.36 us/cm.
Wherein, when the filling medium is a gas having a hydrophobic property or a liquid having a hydrophobic property, step S110 includes: setting a part of the insulating pipeline filled with a filling medium;
and when the filling medium is a liquid having hydrophilic properties, step S110 includes: a filling medium is provided to fill all of the insulated pipe.
In particular, when the filling medium is a gas having hydrophobic properties or a liquid having hydrophobic properties, the portion of the filling medium filling the insulating tube is provided, i.e. the filling medium provided in the insulating tube is not in contact with the sampling needle nor the suction assembly and the cleaning assembly, from practical operational point of view and in order to facilitate cleaning of the insulating tube (the liquid having hydrophobic properties is typically an oil-type liquid).
When the filling medium is a liquid with hydrophilic property, the liquid with hydrophilic property is easy to dissolve with other liquids, so that the liquid with hydrophilic property still can play a role in isolation, and the liquid with hydrophilic property is arranged to fill all of the insulating pipelines, so that even if the liquid at the end part of the insulating pipeline is dissolved with other liquids, the liquid at the middle part of the insulating pipeline cannot be dissolved with other liquids due to the guarantee of the length of the insulating pipeline, and the liquid at the middle part of the insulating pipeline plays a role in isolating interference signals.
The sampling method in this embodiment is applied to the analyzer 200 in any of the above embodiments, and the detailed analyzer structure can be seen in any of the above embodiments, which is not described herein.
In summary, the sampling device in the application sets up the sampling needle and is connected with the suction subassembly through insulating pipeline, and before the sampling needle absorbs the sample, set up the filling medium that conductivity is less than preset threshold to the insulating pipeline in order to interrupt the interference signal to sampling needle direction transmission, avoid interference signal to the liquid level detection module of sampling needle to interfere, and then avoid the sampling needle to be triggered by mistake before contacting the sampling sample.
The foregoing description is only of embodiments of the present application, and is not intended to limit the scope of the patent application, and all equivalent structures or equivalent processes using the descriptions and the contents of the present application or other related technical fields are included in the scope of the patent application.
