一种防爆燃燃气阀,包括阀体、电磁阀、锁紧螺母、接头、驱动杆、顶杆、第一压力弹簧、第二压力弹簧、密封垫和E形挡圈,阀体包括进气腔、中间阀芯座、出气腔、进气接口管、母火管和出气接口管;母火管的封闭端设有母火孔;顶杆的主动端与驱动杆的连接孔固定、顶杆穿过第一压力弹簧、驱动杆腔、导向孔、第二压力弹簧,顶杆的从动端通过E形挡圈将密封垫限位,驱动杆与驱动杆腔滑动配合且密封;接头的外螺纹部与出气腔螺合,电磁阀的主体伸入进气腔内、通过锁紧螺母与进气腔固定,电磁阀的阀芯与开关阀芯座贴合;顶杆驱动电磁阀的阀芯。母火管的设置,燃气具点火时,首先点燃母火,母火点燃燃气具的主火;防止了点火时的爆燃。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气具的燃气阀。
背景技术
目前现有技术,中国发明专利申请201710497250.4,一种改进压板设置的燃气阀,包括阀体、阀盖、阀芯、阀杆、顶杆、压力弹簧、传动件、压板和微动开关,阀体包括阀芯腔、进气接口、电磁阀、内出气管和外出气管;阀芯包括上导向腔和导气腔,上导向腔和导气腔之间的隔板上设置有导向孔,上导向腔的壁上设置有径向驱动槽;所述阀盖包括盖板部和与盖板部垂直的座板部,盖板部上有阀杆转动孔;所述压板与阀杆转动配合;盖板部覆盖阀芯腔上开口并与阀体固定连接,微动开关固定在座板部上,压板与微动开关配合;压板和盖板部通过导向机构连接配合;顶杆的上端与阀杆下端的沉孔配合。存在问题是:点火时,内出气管出气量大,点火时产生爆燃,发出嘭的声音。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种防爆燃燃气阀,它具有点火安全,防止点火爆燃的特点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:它包括阀体、电磁阀、锁紧螺母、接头、驱动杆、顶杆、第一压力弹簧、第二压力弹簧、密封垫和E形挡圈,
阀体包括进气腔、中间阀芯座、出气腔、与进气腔连通的进气接口管、与中间阀芯座连通的母火管和与出气腔连通的出气接口管,中间阀芯座一端为开关阀芯座、另一端为点火阀芯座;母火管的封闭端设有母火孔;
接头包括法兰、外螺纹连接部、驱动杆腔和设在驱动杆腔封闭端的导向孔,
驱动杆的端部设有连接孔和环绕连接孔端部的弹簧座沉孔;
顶杆的主动端与驱动杆的连接孔固定、顶杆穿过第一压力弹簧、驱动杆腔、导向孔、第二压力弹簧,顶杆的从动端通过E形挡圈将密封垫限位,驱动杆与驱动杆腔滑动配合且密封;接头的外螺纹部与出气腔螺合,电磁阀的主体伸入进气腔内、通过锁紧螺母与进气腔固定,电磁阀的阀芯与开关阀芯座贴合;顶杆驱动电磁阀的阀芯。
所述的一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:还包括密封圈和限位E型挡圈,所述顶杆上设有挡圈卡槽;
限位E型挡圈与挡圈卡槽嵌合,限位E型挡圈一侧与密封圈贴合、另一端与第二压力弹簧配合,密封圈与所述驱动杆腔贴合。
所述的一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:还包括平垫,平垫一侧与第二压力弹簧配合、另一侧与所述密封垫配合。
所述的一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:所述电磁阀的主体的端部设有圆环形固定座板;
所述进气腔的端部设有固定沉孔,圆环形固定座板与固定沉孔嵌合。
所述的一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:所述接头的法兰呈六角形。
所述的一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:所述驱动杆上设有环形凹槽,还包括密封圈,密封圈与环形凹槽嵌合,密封圈与驱动杆腔紧密配合。
本发明一种防爆燃燃气阀,由于采用这样的结构,母火管的设置,燃气具点火时,首先点燃母火,母火点燃燃气具的主火;防止了点火时的爆燃。

具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1所示,一种防爆燃燃气阀,包括阀体1、电磁阀2、锁紧螺母3、接头4、驱动杆5、顶杆6、第一压力弹簧71、第二压力弹簧72、密封垫8和E形挡圈9,
阀体1包括进气腔11、中间阀芯座12、出气腔13、与进气腔连通的进气接口管14、与中间阀芯座连通的母火管15和与出气腔连通的出气接口管16,中间阀芯座12一端为开关阀芯座121、另一端为点火阀芯座122;母火管15的封闭端设有母火孔151;母火孔151直径小,通气量小,输出后点火防爆燃;
接头4包括法兰41、外螺纹连接部、驱动杆腔42和设在驱动杆腔42封闭端的导向孔43,法兰41呈六角形,供旋转工具转动接头4;
驱动杆5的端部设有连接孔51和环绕连接孔端部的弹簧座沉孔52;
顶杆6的主动端与驱动杆5的连接孔51固定、顶杆6穿过第一压力弹簧71、驱动杆腔42、导向孔43、第二压力弹簧72,顶杆6的从动端通过E形挡圈9将密封垫8限位,驱动杆5与驱动杆腔42滑动配合且密封;接头4的外螺纹部与出气腔13螺合,电磁阀2的主体21伸入进气腔11内、通过锁紧螺母3与进气腔11固定,电磁阀2的阀芯22与开关阀芯座121贴合;顶杆6驱动电磁阀2的阀芯。第二压力弹簧72使用密封垫8与E形挡圈9紧密贴合;使密封垫8与点火阀芯座122紧密配合。驱动杆5与驱动杆腔42之间有摩擦力,第一压力弹簧71的弹力大于摩擦力。
所述驱动杆5上设有环形凹槽,还包括密封圈17,密封圈17与环形凹槽嵌合,密封圈17与驱动杆腔42紧密配合。
作为本发明的进一步改进:还包括密封圈101和限位E型挡圈102,所述顶杆6上挡圈卡槽;
限位E型挡圈102与挡圈卡槽嵌合,限位E型挡圈一侧与密封圈贴合、另一侧与第二压力弹簧72配合,密封圈101与驱动杆腔42的封闭端贴合。防止燃气进入驱动杆腔42造成泄漏,提高安全性能。
还包括平垫17,平垫17一侧与第二压力弹簧72配合、另一侧与所述密封垫8配合。有效地保护密封垫8,延长使用寿命。
所述电磁阀2的主体的端部设有圆环形固定座板23;
所述进气腔11的端部设有固定沉孔,圆环形固定座板23与固定沉孔嵌合。
图2是本发明闭阀状态的剖视图,在图2状态下,按压驱动杆5,顶杆6跟随驱动杆5向右移动,第一压力弹簧71受到压缩,密封垫8与点火阀芯座122贴合且密封,顶杆6的悬空端驱动电磁阀2的阀芯22,阀芯22离开开关阀芯座121;燃气经进气接口管14、进气腔11、中间阀芯座12进入母火管15,再经母火孔151输送给燃气具的长明火燃烧管点火燃烧;
点火后,驱动杆5失去动力,在第一压力弹簧71及摩擦力的作用下,驱动杆5和顶杆6缓慢向左移动,密封垫8与点火阀芯座122之间的间隙逐渐增大,燃气量逐渐增大,实现防爆燃;燃气经中间阀芯座12进入出气腔13,经出气接口管16供给燃气具,长明火点燃燃气具,电磁阀2由热电偶为其供电,实现熄火保护。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (6)
1.一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特征在于:它包括阀体、电磁阀、锁紧螺母、接头、驱动杆、顶杆、第一压力弹簧、第二压力弹簧、密封垫和E形挡圈,
阀体包括进气腔、中间阀芯座、出气腔、与进气腔连通的进气接口管、与中间阀芯座连通的母火管和与出气腔连通的出气接口管,中间阀芯座一端为开关阀芯座、另一端为点火阀芯座;母火管的封闭端设有母火孔;
接头包括法兰、外螺纹连接部、驱动杆腔和设在驱动杆腔封闭端的导向孔,
驱动杆的端部设有连接孔和环绕连接孔端部的弹簧座沉孔;
顶杆的主动端与驱动杆的连接孔固定、顶杆穿过第一压力弹簧、驱动杆腔、导向孔、第二压力弹簧,顶杆的从动端通过E形挡圈将密封垫限位,驱动杆与驱动杆腔滑动配合且密封;接头的外螺纹部与出气腔螺合,电磁阀的主体伸入进气腔内、通过锁紧螺母与进气腔固定,电磁阀的阀芯与开关阀芯座贴合;顶杆驱动电磁阀的阀芯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特征在于:还包括密封圈和限位E型挡圈,所述顶杆上设有挡圈卡槽;
限位E型挡圈与挡圈卡槽嵌合,限位E型挡圈一侧与密封圈贴合、另一端与第二压力弹簧配合,密封圈与所述驱动杆腔贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特征在于:还包括平垫,平垫一侧与第二压力弹簧配合、另一侧与所述密封垫配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特征在于:所述电磁阀的主体的端部设有圆环形固定座板;
所述进气腔的端部设有固定沉孔,圆环形固定座板与固定沉孔嵌合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特征在于:所述接头的法兰呈六角形。
6.根据权利要求1、2、3、4或5所述的一种防爆燃燃气阀,其特征在于:所述驱动杆上设有环形凹槽,还包括密封圈,密封圈与环形凹槽嵌合,密封圈与驱动杆腔紧密配合。
