At present, in the process of hose recovery, after a first section of dragging head is cut off, if a tensioner fails, the hose may fall back, and the risk of falling into the sea exists. Because the first section of the hose is pulled and has no lifting point on the hose after being cut off, a saturated diver needs to launch and install a hose clamp so as to salvage the hose, and the hose is salvaged again under the assistance of a floating crane. And oil stains are often remained in the hoses after cleaning, and the hoses of the TFPSO project contain toxic and harmful substances such as mercury and hydrogen sulfide and pollute the environment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a non-return device for recycling a hose, which is arranged on a production line for recycling the hose in advance. The hose can pass through fast in normal operation, does not influence the construction. Once the tensioner fails and the hose moves in the reverse direction, the non-return device will activate quickly, preventing the hose from being withdrawn and falling into the sea.
