The rotating shaft 2 is meshed with the meshing teeth 42 on the inner side of the connecting belt 41 through the gear 40 in the rotating process so as to drive the connecting belt 41 to rotate, the meshing teeth 42 on the inner side of the connecting belt 41 push the blocking teeth 43 to rotate in the moving process of the connecting belt 41, meanwhile, the blocking teeth 43 are always attached to the meshing teeth 42 under the pushing action of the return spring 45, when the rotating shaft 2 is not conveyed upwards in an emergency, the blocking teeth 43 are clamped between the meshing teeth 42, so that the problem that the connecting belt 41 moves downwards under the action of gravity of the casting blank 10 is solved, the rotating shaft 2 and the lifting shaft 32 cannot rotate under the meshing action between the meshing teeth 42 and the gear 40 when the connecting belt 41 cannot move downwards, the casting blank 10 is supported by the chain 34 not to fall downwards, and the anti-reversion capability is improved through the limiting action of the blocking teeth 43, the problem that the self weight of the casting blank 10 on the chain 34 is heavy, so that the reverse rotation prevention effect of the connecting belt 41 is poor is solved, and accidents caused by falling of the casting blank 10 in an emergency situation in the lifting process are avoided.
