Abstract
The invention provides an alarming method and an alarming system in a vehicle, wherein a first mobile device worn on a living body is connected with a vehicle body control system, the first mobile device is used for detecting the position information of the first mobile device, and an alarming request is sent to the vehicle body control system according to the detected position information, so that the vehicle body control system can control other function modules on the vehicle to execute alarming action, and timely save the living body or inform a user.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a vehicle spare and accessory part and a working method thereof, in particular to an alarming method and an alarming system in a vehicle.
Background
With the development of science and technology, the automobile industry is also continuously developed and advanced, and the existing vehicles adopt high-performance glass and tight sealing in order to realize good anti-theft and other effects, so that the safety of articles in the vehicles can be effectively guaranteed, but meanwhile, the state of thin air in the vehicles is caused, and if people or other life bodies are trapped in the vehicles, the life safety is caused. At present, some technical schemes for detecting life bodies in vehicles and sending alarms exist in the market, but the requirements for vehicle safety cannot be met due to the fact that the positions of the life bodies are not accurately positioned, the alarms are not timely or mistakenly reported or are not reported in a missing mode.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an alarming method and an alarming system in a vehicle, wherein a first mobile device worn on a living body is connected with a vehicle body control system, the first mobile device is used for detecting the position information of the first mobile device, and an alarming request is sent to the vehicle body control system according to the detected position information, so that the vehicle body control system can control other function modules on the vehicle to execute alarming action, and timely save the living body or inform a user.
Specifically, the invention provides an alarm method for a vehicle, which comprises the following steps:
a first mobile device worn on a target object detects relative position information of the first mobile device and the vehicle;
the first mobile equipment sends an alarm request to a vehicle body control system of the vehicle according to the relative position information;
and the vehicle body control system controls an alarm device in the vehicle to execute an alarm action according to the alarm request.
Preferably, based on the above warning method, the step of the first mobile device detecting the relative position information of the first mobile device and the vehicle includes:
a vehicle body control system detects the current state of the vehicle and sends out a carrier wave according to the current state of the vehicle;
the first mobile device receives the carrier and calculates the carrier signal strength;
and the first mobile equipment calculates the relative position information of the first mobile equipment and the vehicle according to the carrier signal strength.
Preferably, based on the above warning method, the warning device executing the warning action includes that a horn device of the vehicle sends a whistle according to a first rule; and/or the audio device of the vehicle emits audio according to a second law; and/or the lamp means of the vehicle emits a flash according to a third law.
Preferably, based on the above warning method, the warning device executing the warning action includes that the window of the vehicle is opened to a safe degree according to the first instruction.
Preferably, based on the above-mentioned warning method, the warning device executing the warning action includes that the vehicle-mounted terminal sends warning information to the second mobile device according to the second instruction.
Preferably, the current state of the vehicle includes a power state of the vehicle, a seat pressure state of the vehicle, a window state of the vehicle, and a door state of the vehicle based on the above warning method.
In another aspect of the present invention, an alarm system applied to a vehicle is further provided, and includes a vehicle body control system and a first mobile device, where the first mobile device is worn on a target object, and is configured to detect relative position information of the first mobile device and the vehicle, and send an alarm request to the vehicle body control system of the vehicle according to the relative position information; and the vehicle body control system is used for controlling an alarm device in the vehicle to execute an alarm action according to the alarm request.
Preferably, based on the above warning system, the vehicle body control system is configured to detect a current vehicle state of the vehicle and send out a carrier wave according to the current vehicle state; the first mobile device is configured to receive the carrier wave, calculate a carrier signal strength of the carrier wave, and calculate relative position information of the first mobile device and the vehicle according to the carrier signal strength.
Preferably, based on the above alarm system, the alarm device includes one or more of the following devices: the horn device of the vehicle is used for emitting whistling according to a first rule; an audio device of the vehicle for emitting audio according to a second law; a lamp device of the vehicle for emitting a flash according to a third law; the vehicle window is used for being opened to a safety degree according to a first instruction; and the vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle is used for sending alarm information to the second mobile equipment according to the second instruction.
Preferably, based on the above warning system, the current state of the vehicle includes a power supply state of the vehicle, a seat pressure state of the vehicle, a window state of the vehicle, and a door state of the vehicle.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1) the relative position information of the mobile equipment is detected by the first mobile equipment worn on the target object, so that the position judgment is more accurate;
2) the first mobile equipment is used for sending an alarm request to a vehicle body control system of the vehicle, so that the condition that the life body exists in the vehicle is not reported in a false mode or in a missing mode, the life body can be effectively and timely rescued, or a user is informed.

Detailed Description
The advantages of the invention are explained in detail below with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic flow chart of an alarm method according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it can be seen that the alarm method applied to a vehicle provided by the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s01: a first mobile device worn on a target object detects relative position information of the first mobile device and the vehicle;
it should be understood that the term "wearing" is only used to describe that the relationship between the first mobile device and the target object should be a wearable device, but is not limited to a wearable type, and therefore, the first mobile device may be a wearable device, such as a smart band, smart glasses, smart clothes, smart headphones, or the like, and may also be a smart phone, a notebook, an iPad, or the like, where the target object is placed on the wearable device. In the present embodiment, the first mobile device described above is required to be able to detect relative position information between itself and the vehicle, preferably, the relative position information includes, inside the vehicle, or outside the vehicle; more preferably, it may be set that the first mobile device is inside the vehicle when it is detected that the distance between the first mobile device and the vehicle is less than or equal to a first threshold value or within a second threshold value range, and correspondingly, the first mobile device is outside the vehicle when the distance between the first mobile device and the vehicle is greater than the first threshold value or within a third threshold value range.
S02: the first mobile equipment sends an alarm request to a vehicle body control system of the vehicle according to the relative position information;
preferably, when the first mobile device determines that the first mobile device is located inside the vehicle according to the detected relative position information, a warning request may be sent to a vehicle body control system on the vehicle. Preferably, the first mobile device and the vehicle may be electrically or communicatively connected, and the alert request may be an electrical signal, a communication protocol, or other form that may enable information transfer.
S03: and the vehicle body control system controls an alarm device in the vehicle to execute an alarm action according to the alarm request.
The vehicle body control system in the embodiment is configured to have a function of receiving and analyzing an alarm request, and can control an alarm device on a vehicle to respectively execute various alarm actions according to the content in the alarm request obtained through analysis.
Preferably, such warning means may comprise horn means able to sound according to a first law, under the command of the body control system; the audio device can send out audio according to a second rule under the instruction of the vehicle body control system; the vehicle lamp device can emit flash light according to a third rule under the instruction of the vehicle body control system; the vehicle window can be opened to a safety degree under the instruction of a vehicle body control system, particularly according to a first instruction; and the vehicle-mounted terminal can send alarm information to the second mobile equipment under the instruction of the vehicle body control system, particularly according to a second instruction. As above, the second mobile device here may be a wearable device, such as a smart band, smart glasses, smart clothes, smart headphones, and the like, and may also be a smart phone, a laptop, an iPad, and the like.
Based on the above embodiment, in another preferred embodiment consistent with the present invention, there is further provided a method for a first mobile device to detect relative position information of the first mobile device and a vehicle, see fig. 2, which includes the following steps:
s011: a vehicle body control system detects a current vehicle state of the vehicle;
preferably, the current vehicle state includes a power supply state of the vehicle, a seat pressure state of the vehicle, a window state of the vehicle, and a door state of the vehicle, and the current vehicle state may be combined to reflect a current safety state of the vehicle including a state in which the vehicle is in a driving state, a state in which the driver is out of the vehicle and the doors and windows are not locked, a state in which the driver is out of the vehicle and the doors and windows are locked, and the like.
S012: the vehicle body control system sends out carrier waves according to the current state of the vehicle;
preferably, the vehicle body control system sends out the carrier when the vehicle safety state is that the vehicle is in a flameout state and the driver leaves and the door and window are not locked or the vehicle is in a flameout state and the driver leaves and the door and window are locked.
S013: the first mobile device receives the carrier and calculates the carrier signal strength;
s014: and the first mobile equipment calculates the relative position information of the first mobile equipment and the vehicle according to the carrier signal strength.
Based on the above embodiments, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the alarm strength is divided into two levels, which are respectively: when the vehicle is in a flameout state, a driver leaves the vehicle, and the door and the window are not locked, a first-level alarm level is defined; when the vehicle is in flameout and the driver leaves and the doors and windows are locked, a secondary warning level is defined. Therefore, when the vehicle body control system receives the alarm request of the first mobile device, the vehicle body control system selects the corresponding alarm device to execute the alarm action according to the alarm request and the current state of the vehicle. Preferably, when the current state of the vehicle enables the warning intensity of the vehicle to be in a first warning level, the vehicle body control system controls a horn device of the vehicle to emit a whistle according to a first rule, and/or an audio device of the vehicle to emit an audio according to a second rule, and/or a lamp device of the vehicle to emit a flash according to a third rule, and/or a window of the vehicle is opened to a safety degree according to a first instruction; when the current state of the vehicle is at a secondary warning level, the vehicle body control system controls the window of the vehicle to be opened to a safe degree according to the first instruction, and the vehicle-mounted terminal sends warning information to the second mobile device according to the second instruction.
Referring to fig. 3, in still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an alarm system applied to a vehicle, which includes a body control system, a first mobile device, and an alarm apparatus. The vehicle body control system is configured to have the characteristics of the vehicle body control system described in the embodiments, and can realize various functions which can be realized by the vehicle body control system described in the embodiments; the first mobile device has the features of the first mobile device as described in the embodiments above and is configured to be able to implement various functions that can be implemented by the first mobile terminal as described in the embodiments above; the alerting device has the features as described in the embodiments above and is configured to perform the various functions as the alerting device described in the embodiments above. Therefore, the features and functions of the vehicle body control system, the first mobile device, and the warning device will not be described in detail herein.
In summary, the alarm method and the alarm system of the present invention utilize the first mobile device worn on the target object to detect the relative position information of itself, so that the position judgment is more accurate; the first mobile equipment is used for sending an alarm request to a vehicle body control system of the vehicle, so that the condition that the life body exists in the vehicle is not reported in a false mode or in a missing mode, the life body can be effectively and timely rescued, or a user is informed.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the embodiments are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above. Any equivalent modifications and substitutions to those skilled in the art are also within the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, equivalent changes and modifications made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be covered by the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An alarm method applied to a vehicle is characterized by comprising the following steps,
a first mobile device worn on a target object detects relative location information of the first mobile device and the vehicle,
the first mobile equipment sends an alarm request to a vehicle body control system of the vehicle according to the relative position information,
and the vehicle body control system controls an alarm device in the vehicle to execute an alarm action according to the alarm request.
2. The alerting method of claim 1 wherein,
the step of the first mobile device detecting relative position information of the first mobile device and the vehicle comprises,
the vehicle body control system detects a current vehicle state of the vehicle,
and sends out a carrier wave according to the current state of the vehicle,
the first mobile device receiving the carrier and calculating the carrier signal strength,
and the first mobile equipment calculates the relative position information of the first mobile equipment and the vehicle according to the carrier signal strength.
3. The alerting method of claim 1 wherein,
the alerting device performing the alerting action includes,
a horn device of the vehicle emits a whistle according to a first law; and/or
The audio device of the vehicle emits audio according to a second law; and/or
The lamp device of the vehicle emits a flash according to a third law.
4. The alerting method of claim 1 wherein,
the alerting device performing the alerting action includes,
the window of the vehicle is opened to a safe degree according to the first instruction.
5. The alerting method of claim 1 wherein,
the alerting device performing the alerting action includes,
and the vehicle-mounted terminal sends alarm information to the second mobile equipment according to the second instruction.
6. The alerting method of claim 2 wherein,
the current state of the vehicle includes a power state of the vehicle, a seat pressure state of the vehicle, a window state of the vehicle, and a door state of the vehicle.
7. An alarm system applied to a vehicle comprises a vehicle body control system and a first mobile device, and is characterized in that,
the first mobile equipment is worn on a target object and used for detecting the relative position information of the first mobile equipment and the vehicle and sending an alarm request to a vehicle body control system of the vehicle according to the relative position information,
and the vehicle body control system is used for controlling an alarm device in the vehicle to execute an alarm action according to the alarm request.
8. The alert system of claim 7,
the vehicle body control system is configured to detect a vehicle current state of the vehicle and issue a carrier wave according to the vehicle current state,
the first mobile device is configured to receive the carrier wave, calculate a carrier signal strength of the carrier wave, and calculate relative position information of the first mobile device and the vehicle according to the carrier signal strength.
