背景技术
纸面石膏板是以建筑石膏为主要原料,掺入适量添加剂与纤维做板芯,以特制的板纸为护面,经加工制成的板材。纸面石膏板具有重量轻、隔声、隔热、加工性能强、施工方法简便的特点。

轻质:用纸面石膏板作隔墙,重量仅为同等厚度砖墙的1/15,砌块墙体的1/10,有利于结构抗震,并可有效减少基础及结构主体造价。
保温隔热:纸面石膏板板芯60%左右是微小气孔,因空气的导热系数很小,因此具有良好的轻质保温性能。
防火性能好:由于石膏芯本身不燃,且遇火时在释放化合水的过程中会吸收大量的热,延迟周围环境温度的升高,因此,纸面石膏板具有良好的防火阻燃性能。经国家防火检测中心检测,纸面石膏板隔墙耐火极限可达4小时。
隔音性能好:采用单一轻质材料,如加气砼、膨胀珍珠岩板等构成的单层墙体其厚度很大时才能满足隔声的要求,而纸面石膏板隔墙具有独特的空腔结构,具有很好的隔声性能。
装饰功能好:纸面石膏板表面平整,板与板之间通过接缝处理形成无缝表面,表面可直接进行装饰。
加工方便,可施工性好:纸面石膏板具有可钉、可刨、可锯、可粘的性能,用于室内装饰,可取得理想的装饰效果,仅需裁制刀便可随意对纸面石膏板进行裁切,施工非常方便,用它做装饰材料可极大的提高施工效率。
舒适的居住功能:由于石膏板的孔隙率较大,并且孔结构分布适当,所以具有较高的透气性能。当室内湿度较高时,可吸湿,而当空气干燥时,又可放出一部分水分,因而对室内湿度起到一定的调节作用,国外将纸面石膏板的这种功能称为“呼吸”功能,正是由于石膏板具有这种独特的“呼吸”性能,可在一定范围内调节室内湿度,使居住条件更舒适。
绿色环保:纸面石膏板采用天然石膏及纸面作为原材料,决不含对人体有害的石棉(绝大多数的硅酸钙类板材及水泥纤维板均采用石棉作为板材的增强材料)。
节省空间:采用纸面石膏板作墙体,墙体厚度最小可达74mm,且可保证墙体的隔音、防火性能。
由于纸面石膏板具有质轻、防火、隔音、保温、隔热、加工性强良好(可刨、可钉、可锯)、施工方便、可拆装性能好,增大使用面积等优点,因此广泛用于各种工业建筑、民用建筑,尤其是在高层建筑中可作为内墙材料和装饰装修材料。如:用于柜架结构中的非承重墙、室内贴面板、吊顶等。

本发明加工时,内部添加纸浆、轻质骨料,在不影响纸面石膏板重量的同时增加石膏板的强度,达到轻质高强度的效果,并且纸面内侧设有玻璃纤维网,可通过玻璃纤维网增强纸面的质量,而且防水液的浸泡使纸面达到防水的效果。

实施例1:
请参阅图1~2,本发明实施例中,
轻质高强度纸面石膏板,包括石膏板体1、纸体2、玻璃纤维网3、装饰纸面4,所述纸体2和装饰纸面4之间设有玻璃纤维网3形成纸面体;
所述石膏板体1上下两侧壁均贴设有纸面体。
所述纸体2的后厚度为0.2mm;
所述玻璃纤维网3的厚度为0.4mm;
所述装饰纸面4的厚度为0.4mm;
本发明还提供如下技术方案:
轻质高强度纸面石膏板的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原材料;
脱硫石膏、纸浆、发泡剂、缓凝剂、改性淀粉、水、促凝剂、轻质骨料、纸体、装饰纸面、玻璃纤维网、乳胶、防水液;
(2)原料处理;
a.研磨;
将步骤(1)中适量的脱硫石膏传输进焚烧炉内煅烧处理,经过煅烧处理脱水后的石膏冷却后,输送进粉碎机内,粉碎处理,排进研磨机内,研磨备用;
b.筛选;
将步骤(2)中步骤a内研磨后的脱硫石膏输送进筛选机内,筛选处理,并过滤网筛目为200,筛下细料排进存储罐内备用,筛下粗料重新输送进研磨机内研磨加工;
c.骨料处理;
将步骤(1)的轻质骨料输送进筛选机内,筛选处理,并过滤网筛目为50;
(3)制备处理一;
将步骤(1)的促凝剂和步骤(2)内步骤c筛选后的轻质骨料经定量泵,定量输送进步骤(2)中步骤b的存储罐内,并与石膏粉混合搅拌,备用;
(4)制备处理二;
a.成浆;
将步骤(1)的改性淀粉、纸浆、水、缓凝剂,分别经计量泵,计量输送进破浆机内搅拌,成原料浆;
b.存储;
将步骤(4)内步骤a的原料浆并经泵体输送进存储罐内,并存储罐内需设有搅拌机构,缓慢搅拌防止原料浆沉淀,备用;
(10)制备处理三;
a.混合;
将步骤(1)内的发泡剂、水按比例,经定量泵,泵入搅拌机内搅拌混合后,泵入存储罐内,备用;
(11)石膏浆制备;
将步骤(3)、步骤(4)、步骤(5)制备处理后的原料,通过泵体同时泵入搅拌机内,搅拌,成石膏浆;
(12)纸面制备;
a.防水处理;
将步骤(1)的纸体和装饰纸,浸泡在防水液内部,防水处理后,经传输带输送进烘干机内,经冷风干燥处理;
b.粘黏;
将步骤(7)内步骤a防水处理后的纸体正面和装饰纸面背面涂设乳胶,并将玻璃纤维网铺设在纸体和装饰纸之间;
c.压合;
将步骤(7)内步骤b粘黏后的纸体、玻璃纤维网和装饰纸铺设在压合机底部,经压合后,成纸面体,备用;
(13)成型制备;
a.注模;
将步骤(7)内步骤c制备的纸面体装饰纸面朝向模具底部,将步骤(6)的石膏浆注入模具内部,并将模具顶部内部放置纸面体,装饰纸面朝向上方,经成型机挤压,制成型石膏板;
b.凝结;
将步骤(7)内步骤a成型的石膏板,放置在运输轨上,自然冷却,完成凝结,成纸面石膏板;
c.切模;
将步骤(7)内步骤b冷却后的纸面石膏板,经运输轨移动至切割机下方切割处理;
d.烘干;
将步骤(7)内步骤c切割后的纸面石膏板,输送进烘干机底部,通过烘干机烘干后,备用;
(14)入库;
a.检验;
将步骤(8)内步骤d烘干后的纸面石膏板,检验并剔除不良品;
b.打磨;
将步骤(9)内步骤a检验后的纸面石膏板,经过打磨机,打磨边缘;
c.包装;
将步骤(9)内步骤b打磨后的纸面石膏板,成组完成包装、打包处理;
D.入库;
将步骤(9)内步骤c包装后的纸面石膏板,入库储存。

1.轻质高强度纸面石膏板,其特征在于,包括石膏板体(1)、纸体(2)、玻璃纤维网(3)、装饰纸面(4),所述纸体(2)和装饰纸面(4)之间设有玻璃纤维网(3)形成纸面体;
所述石膏板体(1)上下两侧壁均贴设有纸面体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻质高强度纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述纸体(2)的后厚度为0.2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的轻质高强度纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述玻璃纤维网(3)的厚度为0.4mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的轻质高强度纸面石膏板,其特征在于,所述装饰纸面(4)的厚度为0.4mm。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的轻质高强度纸面石膏板的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原材料;
脱硫石膏、纸浆、发泡剂、缓凝剂、改性淀粉、水、促凝剂、轻质骨料、纸体、装饰纸面、玻璃纤维网、乳胶、防水液;
(2)原料处理;
a.研磨;
将步骤(1)中适量的脱硫石膏传输进焚烧炉内煅烧处理,经过煅烧处理脱水后的石膏冷却后,输送进粉碎机内,粉碎处理,排进研磨机内,研磨备用;
b.筛选;
将步骤(2)中步骤a内研磨后的脱硫石膏输送进筛选机内,筛选处理,并过滤网筛目为200,筛下细料排进存储罐内备用,筛下粗料重新输送进研磨机内研磨加工;
c.骨料处理;
将步骤(1)的轻质骨料输送进筛选机内,筛选处理,并过滤网筛目为50;
(3)制备处理一;
将步骤(1)的促凝剂和步骤(2)内步骤c筛选后的轻质骨料经定量泵,定量输送进步骤(2)中步骤b的存储罐内,并与石膏粉混合搅拌,备用;
(4)制备处理二;
a.成浆;
将步骤(1)的改性淀粉、纸浆、水、缓凝剂,分别经计量泵,计量输送进破浆机内搅拌,成原料浆;
b.存储;
将步骤(4)内步骤a的原料浆并经泵体输送进存储罐内,并存储罐内需设有搅拌机构,缓慢搅拌防止原料浆沉淀,备用;
(5)制备处理三;
a.混合;
将步骤(1)内的发泡剂、水按比例,经定量泵,泵入搅拌机内搅拌混合后,泵入存储罐内,备用;
(6)石膏浆制备;
将步骤(3)、步骤(4)、步骤(5)制备处理后的原料,通过泵体同时泵入搅拌机内,搅拌,成石膏浆;
(7)纸面制备;
a.防水处理;
将步骤(1)的纸体和装饰纸,浸泡在防水液内部,防水处理后,经传输带输送进烘干机内,经冷风干燥处理;
b.粘黏;
将步骤(7)内步骤a防水处理后的纸体正面和装饰纸面背面涂设乳胶,并将玻璃纤维网铺设在纸体和装饰纸之间;
c.压合;
将步骤(7)内步骤b粘黏后的纸体、玻璃纤维网和装饰纸铺设在压合机底部,经压合后,成纸面体,备用;
(8)成型制备;
a.注模;
将步骤(7)内步骤c制备的纸面体装饰纸面朝向模具底部,将步骤(6)的石膏浆注入模具内部,并将模具顶部内部放置纸面体,装饰纸面朝向上方,经成型机挤压,制成型石膏板;
b.凝结;
将步骤(7)内步骤a成型的石膏板,放置在运输轨上,自然冷却,完成凝结,成纸面石膏板;
c.切模;
将步骤(7)内步骤b冷却后的纸面石膏板,经运输轨移动至切割机下方切割处理;
d.烘干;
将步骤(7)内步骤c切割后的纸面石膏板,输送进烘干机底部,通过烘干机烘干后,备用;
(9)入库;
a.检验;
将步骤(8)内步骤d烘干后的纸面石膏板,检验并剔除不良品;
b.打磨;
将步骤(9)内步骤a检验后的纸面石膏板,经过打磨机,打磨边缘;
c.包装;
将步骤(9)内步骤b打磨后的纸面石膏板,成组完成包装、打包处理;
D.入库;
将步骤(9)内步骤c包装后的纸面石膏板,入库储存。
